The radioshack on GW Way in Richland, WA has been a long-term vendor for me personally as well as for my company. The managers have historically been very helpful and responsive.However, today I saw a completely different side... The new manager Nicholas or Nick deliberately helped 2 other customers while I was standing at the cash register way before either of the other 2 customers had finished shopping and had come up to the cash register. The manager Nick deliberately looked around me and helped another man that came up behind me. Then, while Nick was processing this guys transaction, another gentleman who was shopping there walked up to the other cash register and Nick proceeded to cash him out before me. I said; well, since Im apparently invisible here, I guess I will go somewhere else and left the store.I then called Nick and complained about how I was treated. He argued that the other 2 customers had walked into the store before me, so he chose to cash them out first, even though I was the first in line at the cash register... I asked him if a manager was there, and Nick said, sure, come on down and speak to the manager. I said, if he is there then can I speak with him now? Nick said; yes you are speaking with him, Im the manager, now do you want to do business or not?I have since instructed all staff and personnnel of my company and subcontractors to CEASE all future electronic purchases from this store. What a way to start my day...
