Wow. They probably have everything here. Also their product arrangements are very attractive. They sell flowers in the front if you werent aware (if you arent going to Safeway, do you live under a rock????). The floral arrangemnts smell very nice and they are by the checkout so you can smell them for as long as possible. They have ideal Halloween products, and their store has a cozy feeling to it. It is a store that has what youre looking for, while not being enormous and overwhelming. Please give them business, I love this particular store. But maybe not too much, as it might disturb the balance and cause it to be less authentic.

They have products that other stores do not. Only store in town with real mortadella (this is not cheese) and fresh crunchy French bread and a great selection curry sauces

Overpriced, and overshopped. They pretend that you save lots of money on their in-store specials, but $7 for a 12 pack of soda pop even after the coupon is ridiculous.

Seth is amazing! I have been getting my groceries car side for the last year. He is always kind and so sweet! You have an amazing employee! He makes me keep coming back!

It was dinner time and the fried chicken was horribly dry and there were no potato wedges. It wasnt slammed either.I was happy the store had things that I cant find in other stores though!

Love Albertsons produce and meat depts. They are a step above the rest as far as quality goes. They are a bit on the pricey side but you get what you pay for. Customer service in all depts is impeccable as I have come to expect from Albertsons.

Stopped in to get a birthday cake for my grandson. Bakery had lots of choices and staff was very helpful.

Associates by & large are great. Always helpful. Prices are a bit high. And phone discounts annoying.

Non compliant grocer (Ethan) with a tiny mask on his chin checked me out at 7:21 am. Are you going to come up and put your card in, he asked. After we agree masks cover noses, I said. Ill step away from the register. Is this the best Albertsons can do???

Although the price is a little higher you always will find a fresh produces, adorable gifts, space to walking, very polite costumers, nice staff. It is a very clean and organized store! I love shopping over there!Go visit Albertson closer to your house ;)

This location has fresh vegetables, delicious baked goods, and a nice butcher shop. They also carry a great selection of wines and have beautiful bouquets in the floral section.

This is now a Safeway. I prefer Albertsons.

The new checkout machines are annoying if you have coupons, so going with a person becomes mandatory. Sometimes they only have one person checking for people with more than 15 items in their cart.

Great store. Ambience and full stocked shelves. Produce department where I spend most of my time well stocked comparable pricing and unlike Albertsons on Clearwater they have friendly customer oriented cashiers.

I recently relocated from Arizona and i shopped at Albertsons all the time. This one is very expensive but i shop there because of the location. The deli dept leaves a lot to be desired. I love the chicken pot pies but they are seldom available. When i ask when they might be ready i was told to come back later in the afternoon, i came back at 3pm and still not available. Same with the fries, it was early in the afternoon and they where all gone and i was told no more would be made that day. When i want deli i go to Yolks. Sometimes its less expensive to shop there and they have a great selection.

I ordered a cake from the Albertsons Bakery on Gage Blvd, a birthday cake for my husband. Over the phone while I was ordering it I asked if curbside pick up was available. The lady I was speaking to seemed flustered but told me it was no problem, just to call when I got there and they would bring it out. I arrived and called as instructed and was told that I would actually have to come in to pick it up. I was slightly annoyed but went on it to pick it up, I got home and opened the cake and they spelled the word “funnier” as “FINNIER” and used the wrong form of “than”. The cake over all tasted great and looked nice, but the incorrect spelling and the fact that they gave me misinformation about pick up put a bad taste in my mouth. They shouldn’t have told me curbside pickup was available if it wasn’t; If I would have known I would have ordered elsewhere.

Honestly its one of the nicest stores in tri-cities. But its also one of the most expensive places to shop. Good and quality but not a place to save money. Its very organized and clean.

Earlier this week I needed a large order from the deli. Unfortunately due to my job I got there late. The deli was obviously trying to shut down and clean up. The guy (no name tag) taking care of me was so obviously irritated with me and mumbled something to a co worker. I heard the coworker say We have jobs because of customers. He told the first guy to go do something. Matt finished up my order and was the nicest, sweetest young man that has ever taken care of me. With a smile from ear to ear. Good job Albertsons on that hire. Matt you ended my long horrible day on a high note. Thank you for your kindness. I hope you get recognized for this.

I like shopping at the South Richland store. Lately, when in the store I was disappointed that some workers are not wearing masks over their nose and mouth. Several had their masks below their noses. I wear mine to protect your staff and customers and hope you will ask all your employees to do the same. I am older, have a compromised immune system and transplant— if I can wear a mask properly I think your employees can do the same. Someone else posted a Facebook complaint about this and I think it is something you may want to take care of right away. I like your store and employees and hope this review is helpful.

Very friendly staff. The prepared food is great and well priced. The grocery store is well laid out and has plenty of options at competitive prices.

Always clean, controlled climate, and friendly. They just re-organized/relocated several aisles so no I am back to relearning the layout. Produce is good, meat is great and the butcher is always so helpful. Every Saturday we go, my little girl with her long curly hair insists on coming. She loves the pink car/ shopping cart. They are always conveniently located at the front by the soda machines.

Great Deli! Ordered 50 pieces of chicken fried and baked. Done on time, juicy and hot... What more can you want for a bosses potluck.

This visit was disappointing. My son and I went in specifically to get plain chicken wings from the deli/bar area. They were out so we went to the counter. I am disabled and use the electric cart. We had to wait several minutes. The guy behind the counter asked if he could help us finally. I asked if he had any plain chicken wings. He came out and looked at the chicken bar and said no sorry. I would not ask if I had seen chicken there. He did not even offer any estimated time they would be available or offer to make any. I stated we came in specifically we came in to purchase them. I said we would leave then. He just said sorry. We ended up going to the Kennewick location and got what we wanted as well as other items. Sorry guys, you lost nearly $200 in sales that night.

I miss having Albertsons in Denver, Colorado! So, I love shopping here when Im in town. Albertsons has always had the best meat section, compared to their competitors!

Typical grocery with the basics I was looking for.

Great grocery store. Staff is always helpful. The one thing they wish that they would bring back is the self-checkout stands. However it is nice to have a cashier and a person bagging her groceries. It reminds me of the way grocery stores used to be. this location has a Starbucks inside as well which is a nice bonus.

Good selection of groceries, all workers wear face masks. I also wear a mask.

Prices are high. And if you go at night and go through self check out expect no one to help you if you need help.

Hadnt been to Albertsons in years since they closed the Richland store. A little pricey but some good deals. I just like Albertsons, cant really say why.

This is a very clean store. The employees I ran into were friendly and attentive. The in-stock position was reasonable. The store is set up to be able to shop quickly and get out again. Unfortunately there is somebody in the doorway blocking the way in and out looking for donations. I didnt mind the donations I just minded having to work so hard to get around them.

Im disappointed that they removed the self check here. It has drastically slowed check out on what should be quick trips in and out. Originally they assured us that there would always be express lanes open, but often there are not. Other than that, the store is wonderful, clean, friendly, convenient.

Don’t go to the Starbucks in Albertsons! They don’t brew fresh coffee & it tastes absolutely awful and stale. No telling how old it really is! Just gross! The manager of this Starbucks is rude & I witnessed her yell at a disabled lady for accidentally knocking over a cup. Come on! I promise it’s worth driving over next door & it’s a couple cents cheaper.As for Albertsons, prices are extremely & unnecessarily high unless they have a sale on the item however you can’t beat the convienience of the store. It’s not too far from home for a lot of us. Employees are generally nice but there are a few ones who could learn some customer service skills.1 star for Starbucks in Albertsons4 stars for Albertsons.

I would like to praise produce employee Ryan Bailey at store 252. My 92 year old mother shops at Albertsons a couple of times a week and she is so happy when Ryan is working. He treats her with patience, kindness and respect as a valued Albertsons customer. Sometimes it is hard to get her to move on. She jokes about him as her boyfriend. Thank you Ryan for making her day.

Xander is always going the extra mile to make customers feel appreciated. The store always has great produce everythings fresh in the meat department is one of the best Ive ever seen. 5 stars out of five stars.

Store is clean and organized, prices are quite high. Staff is generally helpful and food is decent. However, I never feel comfortable or welcome when shopping here. Without fail Im pestered by other shoppers with invasive, rude or strange comments and questions. If you dont fit the typical demographic of shoppers here, probably best to steer clear.

Firstly the chicken was amazing and deli folks were wonderful. However, in my opinion, the bakary and dellecedessant should switch locations. The alcohol is in an off location as well. The store is dreary and somewhat unpleasant. At not much fault of their own -- getting in and out of the barrow dim parking lot is not pleasant either. The staff seem pleasant enough...
