This whole set-up is extremely sketchy and everyone should be buyer aware! The pictures here are when it first opened years ago. Now.... It looks like a bomb went off. Inventory, boxes, strewn all over and filthy. The place is so stuffed that its impossible to walk around without being worried about knocking something. Theyve go a security person that follows you elbow to elbow around the store. They do not speak English so they tend to increase increase prices based on ethnicity. Yes, I know that sounds bad, yet its the truth.NOTHING, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING HAS A PRICE TAG!! Why? Because they price their items based on their preferential treatment and profiling of who walks in. Proof. My wife walked in alone and received a higher price on items than when I walked in with her. Professionals do not buy here for a reason. This place is a total scammer paradise. Buy from Amazon, its safer and simpler and less expensive.This place will jack up prices based on mood and profiling.If anyone is willing to open their own competitive beauty supply wholesale store in this area they will make an honest and lucrative living.This place will steal your money. Not posting pricing on items borders on the illegal and this place should be investigated by the Citys business licensing commission.

Although they are a nice place to shop their customer service is horrible. In spending a considerable amount of money there some of their gel products were old and unusable. And they have no resolution in making it right. I will not be shopping at this establishment anymore

The most awesome nail supply store in Richmond that I know of! The owners are extremely helpful and very nice! Ms. Hue is very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions you may have. Theres a slight language barrier, but that will not hinder the level of service she gives which is definitely 5 star!! I plan to return often since she carries any and everything a nail tech could possibly need!!

I had a great experience here.I just left and the lady was very nice and helpful and also the man.I hope to come back and get more things to start being my own nail tech.I am 14 years old and learning.

They are really helpful and have a lot of things the local nail salon uses and also shops with them. Great prices as well. They help you to get on your feet with whatever products you need. I just wish the sold YN, not polish and Valentino products 🤦🏽‍♀️

The owners are very informational and will answer any questions you may have. Their is a bit of a language barrier but they will help you to the best of their abilities!

Professional haircuts! Cant talk to him while hes cutting but he is AMAZING@what he does! 5 Star service...Id put 10 Stars if they were available!

I walk in and immediately Im being stared down I knew exactly what I wanted but looked around for about a bit, I was watched as I walked isle to isle. I wasnt asked if I could be helped until I approached the counter. Instead of helping me with what Im looking for I was bombarded with several irrelevant questions. I guess I dont look like the average nail tech. I guess once they saw money in my wallet their attitudes changed and wanted to show me other things. I paid for my things and left, didnt want to spend my money there but I made the drive out there. Not a wholesale business I want to support & definitely wont be returning 😊
