I called Seredni Tire on a Saturday morning. Because of my job, weekdays are impossible. I knew the chances of finding a place that would do an inspection on a Saturday was improbable. Being that the sticker on my windshield had a 6 and a 21 and it was October, I was a tad bit stressed about it. They said they would work it in if I dropped it off. They were very pleasant and professional. I picked up my truck at noon with a new sticker on the windshield. They unstressed me and I am very appreciative!

This isnt a fake review. My tire was slashed from sheet metal on job site. I quickly drove here and Loretta walked out as soon as I pulled up outside to check on in it and got me in right then and there. No lie, within 10 minutes (long enough to get some cool videos of the parakeets in the lobby calling me a pretty bird) it was done. She was the coolest and sweetest

ZERO stars! They are a FRAUD! BE AWARE OF THESE CROOKS!! Not sure why they are still in business. They have turned service down several times. They say they cannot do it. And now I know why!! I could not find an appointment elsewhere when the engine light, on my newer Focus, and the faulty transmission sign came on the panel They ran a diagnostic that took 15 min.; charged me $79 and did not check for a vehicle recall! The women in the front, the owner, said It is what it is, drive the car until it dies... ! I told her the car only has 48K!! I asked them to check the transmission fluid, they said only the dealer can do that and told me to take to Ford. Two days later the car broke down in the middle of the highway! It would not change gears and only moved at 5-10 mi. an hour. I manage to take it to the nearest Auto Shop (CARTECH off Iron Bridge Rd. by the U-Hall) and it was the best thing ever! They were honest, quick, charged me only $45 and gave me a complete report on a RECALL, with all details and everything. When I called Seredni to tell them I should sue them for not disclosing the recall, they said it is not their obligation to search for recalls!! And the person in the front said it was hard to believe that anyone would tell me to just drive the car until it breaks completely. What a bunch of dishonest and liars. They refused to give me an money back and kept. The woman owner never called me back. Barton, the manager said she will not refund anything and she will tell me the same: It is not their obligation to disclose any recalls!FEEDBACK AFTER TALKING TO YOU ABOUT THIS.: I had to call multiple times, never spoke with the owner and kept being pushed around. Every time I called the manager did not even remember what it was about!! Had to repeat the whole thing, over and over again and heard lame excuses and nothing was resolved. Waste of my precious time and breath. Still crooks! So, best thing to do is to avoid you guys forever and warn others here! Wasted my time trying to make things right, and got only worse.

Super impressed. Called all over for an inspection and everyone was booked out at least a week. These guys got me in right away and had my car ready earlier than planned. Friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Found this place on google at 1:30 pm on a Saturday and they closed at 3pm, needed a state inspection, called and they told me I could come in. Got there at 2pm took 15 minutes to inspect with no wait at all. Very friendly people with wonderful customer service. I will definitely return to check out other services in the future.

The front office folk may not always say it how you want to hear it but they are always straight up and clear about what they tell you. Plus they look out for regulars!

Front staff has no respect for there customers. Mechanics do good work but I refuse to spend money with this company ever again.

Been going here for almost 10 years, never had any issues with them until now. Was told i needed new rotars, brakes, calipers(said that one was stuck), ball joint even though theyvsupposedly replaced that the year before. I was told wouls be $800 to fix then it jumped to $1400. Told them i would do it myself. Buy all the parts take off tires to replace rotars and they are still in almost perfect condition no divits or anything. Caliper wasnt stuck and worked just fine. Ball joint still looked brand new. Took parts to another facility they said none of that needed to be replaced other than brakes. Then on top of that they said 7 lights were out...went and checked them...1 count them 1 light was out...sad to say but i wont be going here ever again.

I absolutely love this particular Seredni Tire and Auto! The young lady that works front desk is so nice and very welcoming! The owner is very knowledgeable and has a very good heart for her customers! I will always come back any time my vehicle needs a service! 10/10 highly recommend!!

Completed.my.oil change and I was on my way in less than one hour. The waiting room is small but there is a tent set up outside with a couple chairs. Must wear mask inside.

I have used Seredni several times without any problems. I took my truck in for a power window motor problem and this is the finished outcome when i complained they told me that was the way it was when it came in. Which was a lie, I think I would have noticed the switch panel pulled away from the door panel.

I made an appointment online at the website for a state inspection and oil change for 10/3 at 12 and 10/10 at 12. I got a confirmation emailed from Loretta Seredni stating that 10/10 would be great and to allow about 2 hours. I arrived today at 1150 and informed the man at the front desk that I had an appointment for an inspection and oil change. He said we do appointments here everything is first come first serve. I must have made an appointment for goodyear corp office for a vehicle maintenance inspection not a state inspection because no one does appointments for those. I said good to know. I left and emailed goodyear, seredni, and Loretta to figure out how I messed up...but I didnt they just dont care about their customers or time. I immediately got in with express tire and auto and I was good to go in 45 mins...thats customer service!!

I took my 2018 Chevy equinox to get it inspected it failed inspection for bad lower ball joints I took it back to the dealer had the dealership to look at them they told me there was nothing wrong with the ball joints so never again will I take my car to this place and have it inspected due to COVID-19 I have a feeling they were just trying to make a little extra money. Dealership we had inspected it for me for free and found one thing that they never even caught during the inspection and that was my emergency hand brake tensioner was not tight

Seredni runs a rapid, quality focussed operation. Vehicles are examined and serviced as needed to maintain safety and function. Work that is requested or needed is performed and the customer advised before additional discovered needs are addressed. And they will check things and advise work is not currently needed rather than running up charges. The folks are direct and personable. I have been taking vehicles there over 10 years.

We have used them many times with no problems. Always had a good experience until recently. Got an oil change and tire rotation and balance in May and they broke the lever to open the hood! Didn’t say a word to us about it. We drove the car on a trip and went to refill the windshield washer fluid and there was no way to open the hood!! No parts laying on floor board and we weren’t last ones to open the hood so it was easy to figure out who did it. Very disappointed!!

Have always received good service for all my familys cars at Seredni. Will keep coming back. They often have digital coupons that reduce costs for oil changes, inspections, and tires. The entertaining birds in the waiting room are an added bonus.

Be careful! For 5+ years weve brought cars there for inspection and you would think they would come up with another way of lying other than saying we need to replace your right front ball joint. Weve taken an impala, a Durango, a Ford f150, and now a 2015 sonata that was just purchased in 2016 and its the same reply??? Never again. Well I just took it to another mainstream shop and it passed with no recommendations. Sounds fishy???

Had the much needed items,that I required, service sharp and mannerable.

Took my car there to get the alignment done because my car is has been pulling to one side. Agreed to $50 to have them check my alignment, and theyd charge me an extra $30(total $80) to do the alignment if it needed it. They did the check, determined the alignment was fine and that the car needs to be taken to a frame shop. Didnt charge me at all. Heck of a nice guy.

We have been taking our 2009 Toyota Sienna to this location for about three years now. We started there just doing oil changes but in Dec 2011 they sold us a set of tires as well. We went with their recommendation for the type and brand of tire, Kelly Touring. They also include in their package a free tire rotation with an oil change. We went to them for oil changes over the next 2 years and always asked them to rotate the tires as well. Now the tires are ruined in about 25k miles which is below their rating. We took it to another shop for an opinion and they said the tires were bad and were crap to begin with. They told us they were wearing all wrong because they were not good tires. We called Seredni about this and they said the tires had been discontinued and when they looked up our records they show NEVER rotating the tires. They claimed Toyota vans wear out tires fast and that we could try to go to Goodyear about it but they doubted anything could be done. I find this an appalling lack of customer service and will never ever recommend or take any auto there. They need to stand behind the products they sell. In addition to this, one time an oil change was done and they did not tighten the drain plug properly so thank god for a low oil light! They immediately did another oil change when we called but this could have cost us the engine.My gut feeling about the tires is they were pushing these crap tires because they knew they were going to be discontinued and wanted to get rid of as many of them as fast as possible. When they never rotated our tires when we specifically asked to only confirms this theory. Also, when the tires were discontinued why did they not warn us about bad wear on these tires they sold us? Even if all this is off base a good shop would have noticed the bad wear on tires and said something to us about it when they did an oil change would they not? In any case we got no satisfaction from them and not even an apology. Avoid this place.

I like the Ironbridge location, my family has dealt with Loretta for years.I had a unexpected issue with my truck I thought was one thing. Got a quote, found out it was some other issues, no problem. Loretta was fair, truthful diagnosed my issue without trying to scam or gouge me.Got another quote and after he staff got involved working come to find out one of the original problems I thought it was, was actually there kinda hidden. They immediately called me to tell me of the problem and they had the part to fix it. And I respect that.My vehicle was ready in less time than expected, runs better than it has in a long time and I know the job was done correctly with a great price and no hidden issues or fees. And Thank you Loretta and staff. I am no novice to mechanic work it was something I wasnt able to do and they treated me fair and respectfully. And trust me bad pullies and a fuel pump are a pain.Highly recommend!!!!

I will never go back to seredni tires again lady at front desk very rude, went In for inspection had purchase 2 tires was not satisfied tire pressure light came on wasnt on when I drop my car off they refuse to see why the light was on had to take my car to Firestone to rest the light... honestly I dont trust them or believe them.i had to different tires on my car when I pick my car up those were not the tires that was on them .

I drove my car from Philly the weekend of 4th of July and pulled into Richmond, and my car was idling pretty hard. I brought it to Seredni a few days later to figure out what’s going on. They fixed the mass air flow sensors, and the car was running fine but the engine light remained on. So I brought it back the same day and said it needed to be smoked for $90, it’s the fuel system. Ok, I have to go back to Philly and I’ll bring it back in August. It’s been driving just fine the entire time since I left July 9th but the engine light was on.I brought it back Aug. 9th. They didn’t charge me to get it smoked (I don’t believe they smoked it),and recommended I take it back to the dealer because they can’t fix it. They replace the mass air flow sensors again when the car was just running fine. I picked it up on Monday, and drove it less than a mile down the road and we’re back to square one. Why would you replace the mass air flow sensors again if the car was running just fine, and were supposed to be smoking it for the fuel system?I just want my car to run the way it did when I brought it a few days go, then I’ll take it to the dealer. I just wanted my engine light completely off, but instead I can’t keep my car running to drive it back to Philly, and I need to take it elsewhere? Ok.They’re saying my car is finally breaking down. It’s funny that I’ve had my car for 6 yrs, bought it brand new, and this is the first time the engine light has ever came on with 106,000 miles. Just say your mechanics are unwilling to do the job or take the “certified” from in front of “auto service”, and I will expect & accept bad service.I apologize I’m holding you to a standard. I am a businessman on a tight schedule. Now we’re wasting time and money. My partner brings their vehicles from their company here. This is more embarrassing to them because they recommended me. As a veteran, imagine if I serviced this country the way you serviced my car? There would be no Seredni.

Never had an issue with our cars tires until Seredni! Brought our vehicle to Seredni for new tires... Have had MULTIPLE issues with the tires including the tire pressure sensors. Have had to replace two since the tires were put on 10 months ago as the tire valves were leaking. Car is over 10 years old, have had tires changed multiple times and have NEVER experienced this... They even charged us for both replacements - $150 a whack! STAY AWAY!

I went in last week to replace tires on my car. They did everything they could to find a leak I suspected came with the tires and were unable to find anything wrong. I was ready to pay. They wouldnt even talk about new tires because there was nothing wrong with the ones on the car. This is why I love Loretta Seredni and her staff. They have yet to milk me for money and never leave me stranded or uncertain with my vehicles. They have taken good care of me for 7 years and I trust them, which I dont easily do.

Left my car there to get a state inspection while I was at work. Told them to call me at work attend gave them the number. No one called. I finally decided to call and see what was going on and they were closed! And not only did they have my cat keys but the key to my apartment! I do not have a spare key to my car and luckily I had just given my boyfriend a spare key to my apartment! Huge inconvenience to not only me but other people! Absolutely ridiculous. Never going there again!

No more good mechanics here - These guys have become “Jiffy Lube” notice all the 5 star reviews dont involve getting anything fixed - but instead are happy Oil change and Inspection folks - When i 1st started going, there were some real mechanics and they fixed many issues - Back in Decemebr however I went confidently for a radiator leak - They did find and fix the leak, however properly filling my radiator was a task they couldnt handle - Leading to overheating and a blown head gasket (according to them) - I take the vehicle back didnt accuse them or point out the mistake but instead let them know it was overheating - The young lady told me “the engine now needed to be replaced because the head gasket needed to be replaced and said we couldnt put any more band aids on it this time” This confuses me in so may ways, but The main thing is I take my car to THEM when theres an issue, so is she admitting they are trash?! What band aids?! Im paying them to fix the car?! - My FINAL trip a few weeks ago I take my car in and list on the key drop envelope: Lube Job - Replace Air Filter. - Car taking a little long to start, mentioned i put a new battery in it 2 days prior. They changed my oil?! Say they changed the air filter (i havent verified yet) and told me the Brand new battery was good haha - “ $200!”- I paid $200 for a $12 air filter - an oil change I didnt need or request & $150 of this was to tell me my brand new battery was good - Didnt check the starter or solve anything. Never again! - I now go do to Hancocks Automotive @ kingsland and rt 10 - Totally different world AND they fixed the issue - Night drop and everything the same. Could have spent the same $200 1 time - Do yourself a favor and don’t trust Seredni theyve gotten $1000’s the past few years. The first few years were great, but the same mechanics have not been around NOR had my car gooten fixed - Even ruined my last car - Best of luck

I just left here i walked in at 450 to see about an inspection and the lady at the front was like Nnooooo no way.At this time very unprofessional and rude and mind you they close at 6 they only had 1 car lifted in the shop and 2 mechanics was in there with her talking when i came in and 1 came in while i was leaving. Inspections only take about 20 minutes.never again.

Did not prorate tires . Had 50,000 mile tires only used 42,000. Brought two. Free rotation but not aligning. Also put old tires on front and had problems with low air pressure and flat tire .Was not told about any problems with old tires and broke down on 95 next day. Disappointed with service.

Absolute worst experience with any service provider that I have ever had. Do not take your vehicle to this place. We had an 8:30 a.m. appointment to have tires changed on two different vehicles, and as soon as we arrived they said it would take 4 hours. I can understand the service taking some time to complete; however, the first vehicle was not even put into the garage until about 10:30, and that was after I (the customer) contacted another company to assist them in their process. Furthermore, the second vehicle did not get into the garage until 12:30, and after they completed the service they parked the vehicle at the end of the shop, and left the keys in the vehicle vice returning them to the front desk so the customer could be notified. We could hear the gentlemen working the front desk quietly talking with his fellow staff about inducting our vehicle into the maintenance cycle, and it was very obvious he had no sense of urgency in taking care of us (the customer). I am very disappointed, and I do not recommend you utilize this business for any of your service needs. Go somewhere else.If any local, regional, or cooperate managers are reading this please realign the behavior, and conduct of the employees at this service station.

1st time coming here. I pulled in, and hadnt even parked, a man in the garage screams angrily at me NOT TODAY! Not someone Id want to do business with, so i guess its better to know right away before I had put in any time and money. No worries sir, NOT EVER!!

The worst place to go for inspection they will fail car and once you get things replace at another place since they want to charge an arm and leg they come up with more things wrong with car! Will contact state on this matter since they just are after money!
