Great customer service, shout to Keith! He not only quickly assisted me with testing my battery. He also took care of replacing the bad battery with the new one and did a great job. He was also a really nice guy. Highly recommend this location.

There only one thing to say is The Best customer service. I was Help by a young man John Alvarez. He had the answer for every question I had and was very professional. You would of thought he was the manager at one point. This will be my go to place for parts.And John was a awesome person. Keep up the good job

Placed an order online for curbside pick up like the website offers and when I arrived on location they told me they dont offer said service even though they have a sign on their front door advertising as well as backed up online. When called to confirm they said they had the items purchased and hung up on me had to call them back and argue with them stating that they shouldnt have the sign up or the website have that selection if they are not going to honor it

Very friendly and speedy service. Went to get new windshield wiper blades. Associate came out to my car to make sure I got the right kind and then offered to install them. Will definitely return for future needs.

Good team at this location. If you go with proper feedback about an automobile or motorcycle issue, they will educate you more on the issue as long as you keep your ears open, especially in finding parts at the reasonable price.

This is my local go-to spot by my house for auto parts. Very friendly staff - I had a check engine light come on so Alex, management team member, did a code check and advised what it was. I conducted some research and found exactly what the issue was with my Jeep. I went back there the next day for further guidance and once again, Alex assisted me with the part(s) I needed and even helped with it under the hood. Saved me a mechanic trip and ridiculous expense!

It’s my first experience with AutoZone when I came in the morning to buy brake pads for my car and I was in shock. The lady who works there was straight up rude to my face. Total lack of customer service skills and politeness. Definitely never come back again.

Excellent private collection open to the public, traveling exhibits also from time to time. One of the largest private collections available for display to the public free of charge. What a generous contribution to the city, one of my favorites.

I previously had bad experiences at this location. Thats until I started running into an employee called Phat. He has a Vietnamese origin. One winter night this guy walked outside to my car and helped install a complicated headlight bulb. The next time i saw him, months later, and I could tell he didnt even recognise me, he was equally very helpful. So now i know its just in this guys nature to be helpful. If youre seeing this, AutoZone, Mr Phat is manager material.

I love my neighborhood AutoZone off Fm 1464. They helped me install my replacement headlight bulbs and filters. Always friendly staff.

Very rude store manager, was there first and was neglected to attend to white customers, then on the phone with another. So I had to walk out of the store. He saw me walking out and didnt even say word. That made me feel it was deliberate. May be he doesnt like an African black with an accent. It just happened today,, 06/24/19 at 5:40pm.

Folks there are attentive, helpful, knowledgeable, and computer literate! Not like the dummys at OReillys down the same street.

I oscillate between Auto Zone and OReilly, OReilly is closer so I come here a lot for odds and ends, nothing major...Its a great convenient place to go since they opened up the Bellaire Rd Extension, I shop the Kroger, Walgreens, OReilly on FM 1464 instead of driving back down to Hwy 6, a heckuva lot more convenient!

Friendly staff who also welcomes you in and always willing and able to answer your questions. No forceful upselling and they will give you honest answers about their product.

Very disappointed with the service given by Mr. Leo at this AutoZone location. We went in to get our car battery charged and find out how much power it has, after dropping it off for 4 hours we came back to be told by Mr. Leo the battery was only charged 50%! He said he did not charge the battery on their heavy duty charger. He asked us to drop it off for another hour and he will contact us himself when it has been charged. So we dropped it off for another couple of hours and after not hearing back from him we went back to their location. This time we found out Mr. Leo had already left for the day and the closing manager, Mr. Phat, explained to us our battery was 0% charged since it was clearly a bad battery. Basically, Mr. Leo was not direct with us and also decided to leave without fixing and handling the issue in a professional manner. Thanks to Mr. Phat we had our issue resolved and ended up purchasing a new battery after wasting our whole day running back and forth because of Mr. Leo not providing us with the right information or working diligently to help us with our problem. We would highly not recommend Mr. Leo to anyone going to this AutoZone location for any car issues.

The employees at this Auto Zone do not seem to actually know anything about cars. If they can not type something in to the computer or the computer does not tell them what part they are completely lost. My 10 year old Son knows more about cars.
