Guy who answers the phone is a liar. I came up there today around 10 PM for a car inspection, told me to come back around 12 PM since other cars were ahead of me. I called to confirm if it was okay to bring my at 12 for service, dude lied and told me he didnt remember anyone coming up there and that they leave at 3 and for me to check back next week. Didnt argue, said ok and hung up, could have at least had the courtesy and tell me that today wasnt good to begin with. Completely unprofessional, will know in the future to steer clear of this place if my car ever needs any actual mechanical service. Glad I found this out now.

Ive been bringing my company vans/truck to this shop for over 2 years. Ive been always treated fair and my issues were always resolved quick. Everybody you are in contact with are respectful, my estimate is always done a few hours after I drop the vehicle. The operation of my business has dramatically changed since I started using their services. Highly recommend.

I went to this shop because I was told my car would be finished by the end of the day. I arrived at the shop at 12:30pm and leave my car. After I wait for two hours I called the shop because I still didnt have a quote on my car. I call and they tell me that they will call me back with a quote an hour goes by so I decided to walk up to the shop and see whats going on with my car. I find my car with its wheels taken off so I go in to get the quote I have been waiting for. They finally tell me how much they are going to charge and it ends up being three times how much I was quoted at another inspection shop. I proceed to ask if the car would at least be done by the end of the day and I was told maybe if the parts get to the shop on time. At this point I just decide to Uber home and leave my car there since it is being held hostage at the shop. Also keep in mind I was still not even asked to sign anything allowing the shop to work on my car. I finally get a call at 10 am the next morning to pick up my car. Also, when I was finally able to go pick up my car, they had my key in the car instead of behind their office desk. I do not recommend this place as Ive never been anywhere so unprofessional.

Wanted to give a good review, but I can’t.I went here to get my inspection and initially left a good review. Later, I suspected my shocks were worn on my wrangler and then it suddenly started shaking on the highway. I took it to Bruce to look at, telling him about BOTH issues. He drove it around the block and said it “could” be the shocks but you probably don’t need new ones. He did nothing else to look into the shaking issue. I was in a rush to fix the problem so I had him put in new shocks and do a tire balance hoping this would fix the issue since he didn’t seem concerned enough to take a closer look. Surprise, surprise. My car is STILL shaking on the highway...I just don’t understand the mentality of a car shop that can’t or won’t tell you what’s actually wrong with your car and instead say “well, it COULD be this..” ....??To add insult to injury I called another place this morning to get an estimate on new shocks, to do my post mortem due diligence and they quoted me TWO HUNDRED dollars less than what I paid.I could have wasted only $540 on a problem that didn’t need fixing instead of $760. I’m aware that this is all on me because I should have led with the assumption, like every smart person, that mechanics are either crooks or incompetent, and looked up the issue online, priced parts, called a bunch of places etc. but I was busy and hoped that FOR ONCE an auto shop would actually fix the problem, without robbing me and without the need to bring a man with me. Maybe in another dimension, but Definitely not in this one... smh

Bruce is one of the most honest mechanics and sincere mechanics I have had the pleasure of knowing. I cannot recommend him enough. My car had a complex problem involving the air conditioning so I took it over to Quality Auto Services first to have them look at it. They were able to give me recommendations on what the exact problem was and even pointed me in the direction of a specialist who is the best in the area for my specific issue. Moreover, Bruce ended up not charging me anything for the week when he was working to figure out what was happening. Now whenever I have car troubles, I always call here first. I am incredibly happy to have discovered Quality Auto Services.

Very slow Penske truck rental . Did not have the truck that I had reserved . Had to take larger truck. That truck was left dirty by the previous customer . Trash and French fries laying on the floor and in the seat.
