Being from Ohio and Georgia, this place has a nice selection and great pricing.

Not my favorite smoke shop, but hands down the best in the Westend. Atmosphere is amazing. The clerks are SUPER awesome in almost every way. Prices are comparable and even though they have a ton of top tier sticks, you can still find a deal. They have SOOOOO many exclusive cigars. If youre not a poor, this is where you buy your sticks when in the Westend. Everything about this place is top notch

The staff there are super helpful and knowledgeable about their selection, which is enormous. I bought one of their brand cigars, Shockoe Valley, which was a great smoke and stayed to smoke it in their lounge area. There were a bunch of regulars there (I just moved here so Im not a regular, yet) and they and the staff were all friendly and sociable while I was there.

Small shop, big selection.

When I started enjoying fine cigars back around 1999 a friend of mine told me about a cigar shop in Westbury Shopping Center. I asked him if they had a walk in humidor. He said, The whole shop is a humidor. In my confused curiosity I had to check it out. 21 years later I still get the same sense of excitement when I walk into any Havana Connections location. You might say Im obsessed with cigars and I wont argue with you but in my travels I havent found a finer cigar shop than Havana Connections.Sincerely,Chris Williams

It may be 1 or 2 decent customer service reps in this place... overall service SUCKS! I was passing by multiple cigar shops to come here! After my last encounter....I WILL NEVER RETURN.

Id give them a zero for customer service if I could. I was in a hurry and bought over $1k worth of cigars for an event I was hosting later that evening and they nickle and dime me over a cutter. I went back and spoke with the owner, Shorty, said he was sorry and his people werent allowed to give any breaks on pricing or comp anything. Even though they made over $500 on my one purchase. If I wasnt in a hurry I would have gone elsewhere. No common sense.

I walked in looking for pipe tobacco. The clerk hounded over me as I looked through the selection.What’s worse is the fact that the entire store is a humidor and people are smoking in it. This taints the cigars. Not to mention it’s foolish to have electronics running inside the humidor. It might be why the scale was off by 1/4 of an ounce.

The cigars are not fresh and the cigars are open to people smoking. The whole store they is a humidor there is no way the cigars are fresh tasting. The cigars I have gotten from here they split all the time. I recommend going to Cigar Realm they have more selection and fresher cigars.

They are very friendly and always willing to help if you need it.

Excellent selection but it is negated by the dryness of the cigars in addition to the customer service. It felt as if the store attendant thought I was stealing and I really didnt appreciate it. After seeing the other reviews I see I am not alone.

Excellent selection of cigars especially hard to find smokes normally not available at other stores. . Store is well humidified so that u can select a cigar without entering a separate humidifier space. . Staff is friendly and quite knowledgeable. Best cigar shop in rva area.
