Love their selection. Hands down my favorite Westend cigar shop. Great prices, great service, great selection. I have nothing but great things to say about this shop. If I lived closer, Id shop there more often.

This is a tobacco shop. You dont show up to buy cheap things. They supply quality products and have great service.

Im a regular customer. Been stopping in more-or-less weekly for about a year now, usually picking up a tin of Cohiba Miniatures (which are increasingly hard to find).Staff is always pleasant! As noted in another review, they have an excellent selection given the size of the walk-in humidor. Good selection of pipe tobacco (I dont smoke a pipe - but it appears to be a good selection). I also pick up screens, occasional smokeless devices, incense ...Great little shop that packs a lot into the available square footage.

Interesting shop. Accommodating, good selection of smoking materials, and products. Nice selection of incense, and you can pick up the Richmond newspaper.

Things are way too expensive. Dont think youre saving money bc its a tobacco store. Rude and unhelpful employees are always available!!
