I was traveling through Short Pump on a planned trip and needed to stock up. Quick attentive support from staff, great selection on cigars and pipe tobacco. In and out with everything I needed for the weekend in under 10 min. I will return.

Went in to buy a cigar for my father as a Christmas gift and the clerk refused to sell me anything because my brother, who is underage, was with me. The clerk assumed that I was intending to act unlawfully and give it to my brother, then assumed I was of poor integrity by denying my claim that if was not for him. I enjoy cigars occasionally and have never had a problem with any other shop, including other Havana Connections stores. Guess Ill avoid all of their shops and take my money elsewhere.

Great selection of cigars, I actually went to get pipe cleaners, and I ended up getting a bit of bulk pipe tobacco. I will likely be back to have a smoke and hang out. Also looking forward to checking out the bigger shop in Short Pump.

I was greeted warmly by Brian and after I told him I was looking for cigars for my nephew to celebrate the birth of his first child, he asked a couple of questions and went right to the perfect cigar. I appreciate great customer service and he is at the top of his game! Great selection and great aroma inside.

Had the requisite cigar aroma wafting out the door and infusing the place, which I love. Staff willing to help or leave you alone as you desire. Place to smoke if you want to hang out. I appreciated the labeling of the top 25 cigars of 2015.

Friendly staff that is always willing to help. Nice selection of cigars.Its a small shop located in a shopping center. this location does not have much room to sit down and smoke(only two chairs) but still a great little place.
