I love this shop. The lady there is extremely informative and helpful.

Bought a Hyde disposable vape pen here a week ago... its broken and still visibly half full of liquid... they will not refund or exchange, because they have a tiny sign at the register... As well as a cashier that rushes you to make your purchase and get out the door... never returning to this dump..

Now the shop is great my first time in 5pluse stars 5 is not enough had every thing I went in for and found things on top of that

Need a bigger selection of inventory because there isnt much to choose from.

The owner of this vape store is amazing. He exchanges any faulty disposables without question, allowed us to go behind the counter to check out the selection, etc. Hands down the best within a 30 mile radius!

Amazing place. Manager very knowledgeable. Told her my needs. She explained thoroughly everything to me. Stayed a long time. No judgment...you will leave a happy returning customer. My first visit there was the same. She helped me so much. Thank you manager. She was great. Ill be back alot.

Just visited the shop! It looks awesome but unfortunately I had a very bad experience, very horrible unprofessional customer service!I was asking for a product and the African American lady would not physically get up to show me the product as I could not see from where I was standing and I told her I was struggling to see where she was pointing. She repoint to the object while sitting down on the computer, then told me to leave the store after I expressed my frustration of not being able to view the product and would not sell me anything as she cut me off and told me “have a good day ma’am “ in the middle of me talking.

The lady is very rude! This was my first time coming here and it was terrible. I am in the marines active duty, I showed her my military ID and she said no. If you’re active duty military you do not have to be 21. She didn’t even really acknowledge me trying to show her and tell her that. This is the only place ever that I have been denied service.

Great prices. I know the dude who owns the store and hes always helped me out when I needed. To the person who said their vape prices are expensive, its buying those vapes from the same online store you are. He has to make a profit. Thats how ALL brick and mortar stores work... you pay for the convenience of getting it immediately. His juice prices are awesome. Been a loyal customer for years

When I first went here it was an amazing experience! I have been a repeat customer since. Their prices are the lowest of anywhere I have found in RVA. Large selection of premium juices and mods.

They sell broken pipes. Wont let you inspect it before you buy it. Rush you if you have questions before purchasing it and when you come back with a problem their excuse is you shouldve said something in the store. What a waste of $34. #NeverAgain

If you are looking for a vape, do not even walk in the door. No selection off any of the top names and the juice selection is horrible, again none of the popular flavors or names.

The customer service was horrible. The guys were laughing and talking another language the entire time we were trying to get some vape supplies. They were acting like they didnt know what we were talking about when she asked a question he would respond in english and make a side comment in his native tongue immediately after. The prices are rediculously high ($50 vape kit on ebay $90 at store). Do not recommend this store for any purpose you may be looking for.

I didnt get his named but the gentleman that helped me went above and beyond to make sure my own personal products were cleaned for free. Like most vape shops they let u test flavors but they have very limited sanitary methods for samples. Regardless, the gentleman was very knowledgeable and made sure I had everything I needed before I left. Also their prices are really cheap for good quality. Its a diamond in the rough out here in south Richmond. If u vape, smoke blunts, joints, bongs, stogies, you name it they have it at a price hard to beat. I almost couldnt believe they could sell products for that cheap and make money?? Richmond shops and bigger franchised shops, especially, usually try to take your money, but this place focuses on customer service which sets them apart. The dude wasnt focused on upselling or shoving things in my face that I didnt need, he just wanted to help me find exactly what I wanted. Their clientele is kind of rough amd really impatient but the man behind the counter made slight work of the difficult customers that couldnt even close the drink cooler after themselves. I give this place 1000 stars for my first experience. Ill be back and probably wont go anywhere else for my supplies.AND THEY HAVE HOVERBOARDS

You guys are just racist. My Friend came in there to get some e liquid and at first was charged higher than was advertised and when my friend called him on he was told by the person working the store that he doesnt like it when you people carry guns. My Friend who is African American is longer going to that place and neither will any of my vaper friends.
