My first experience with Cigar Realm was out in Hanover when it was just opening I didnt like it. Was not customer friendly at all towards minority females.But the one I visited today on Three Chopt, I will definitely go to again. Very customer friendly very helpful. Please pay a visit. I am not a smoker. I stopped to buy some cigars as a gift for a friend who is a smoker. I described what my friend told me he liked. The person behind the counter took time to show me the brands and flavors that would be the best. Excellent service and a real expression of appreciation for choosing his shop.

Super helpful people at register, and on phone.Was sent on a mission for Leather Rose -- they had it.. Came into listening to guys smoking talking about best rub for BBQ rubs.Upon checking out -- he kept offering to help with any questions.... and then was legitimately grateful for the business.Look forward to coming back!!

I’ve been to every cigar shop in the West end of Richmond. This one is hands down the best. Knowledgeable and friendly staff (being left alone to browse and pick out what I want is worth more than gold), awesome selection of premium sticks, great smoking lounge setup but most importantly, well maintained cigars that are a joy to smoke as soon as you get home and don’t need humidor time to rehumidify because of the terrible conditions they are stored. This is my spot now and I’ll be back!

Great place with a huge selection. The gentleman working there was very kind and we just shot the breeze for a few minutes about various cigar makers while I picked out a few sticks. He had all the answers to my questions and recommended some great Liga Privada sticks when I told him I’d never tried them.

Easily the best cigar store in Richmond. They not only have a great selection but the space is super clean and you feel like you could hang out here for hours. The staff is knowledgeable and very kind. I am newly into cigars and, unlike at other shops, I didnt feel singled out or out of place. They were happy to answer all my questions and give me suggestions for brands to try. Only thing I can knock them for is they dont have some of the newer brands like Roma Craft or Southern Draw, but otherwise they have an amazing store! 100% recommend!

My first visit was over a year ago. I was nervous being a female that they would treat me differently or try to sell me nonsense, as Ive experienced at other cigar shops. Completely the opposite. They made me feel so welcome, educated me on a few things and always have a great suggestion. The guys here know me by name and its always a pleasure to stop in here. Great selections, great prices, great atmosphere. Ill go out of my way to make it here before I go somewhere else.

Bad experience with the person working the cash register. Two time I have gone there when I ran out of cigars in Richmond working . I just cant take when I have the common courtesy to put my credit card in your hand, but you put my card on the counter when giving it back . Even while I have my hand sticking out to receive it back . I let it slide the first time thinking he just doesnt know better . But next time I was in there he did the same thing and I had a bit of a problem then . Rather then then making a huge fuss . I just decided not to ever go back there . So now I just load up at my shop locally The Smoke Shack before going to Richmond for work . By the way my average cost per cigar is $12.00 . At typically 4 to 7 at purchase. Oh well their lost .
