Everyone was super kind and helpful. Answered all of my questions and got my daughter and I in and out in about 30 minutes. Wow! The doctor was super informative and checked every little thing concerning my eyes which shows me he knows exactly what he’s doing! Lol thanks again!

Hi everybody. I had a GREAT experience @ Richmond Eye Experts. Dr. Chetti was very patient, nice, funny, and answered every question I had. The staff (Meryem, Nida, and Flor) were all super helpful, and insisted I take a picture with them for making them laugh! The establishment is very clean, and everyone was wearing a mask. First-time visit, perfect setup, and they used new advanced tools for an eye exam. Dr. Jordana does a thorough exam and listens to any issues you are having. Also, the staff is following safe practice during COVID and clean setup. They also have modern frames and a wide variety if you choose to get your glasses there.

I went to get an eye exam for contacts and lenses. I was pleasantly surprised with how good the service was. It was my first time and the whole visit was very smooth. Dr. Jordana was ver pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Even though they don’t take my insurance I will continue to come here because of my experience. I rather get refunded by my insurance than go somewhere else where service is poor.

I went in for a regular contacts check up and refill. Dr. Chetti did something no other doctor has done before and gave me a set contacts hat help me read so much clearer now. Best part is, my prescription didnt have to change!

I have been a long-time patient at a well-known eye Dr. For years. Needed to be seen on short notice (ripped my last contact, of course!) And previous office couldnt see me for 3 weeks. Got in same day here (actually within the hour) and had a great experience, I will absolutely be back and have already recommended to a few people! I walked into honestly the most beautiful eye center I have ever seen. The colors scheme, chairs, floors cabinets, ceiling and even chandelier are very warm and inviting. It was like entering a high quality spa, but for your eyes. Then I met the staff and owners who were just as wonderful as I would expect at such a place. The place is clean and makes you feel less like a customer and more like a family being treated at home. The Dr. Chettiparampil and her husband Joe are so welcoming, knowledgeable and honest. My wife first went there to since to have a few things checked out and I had to go for something going on with one of my eyes. Dr. Chettiparampil had great bedside manner and helped me get sorted out with what was going on. After a couple of tries, found a place where I can finally trust. The dr is best around the area. She is very detailed and will give you time till she and you are satisfied with the results. Prior optometrists simply rush through with the patients. The prescription for the glasses is completely wrong and waste of time, money and worst is the impact on your eyes. Dr Chetti is very patient and diligent, and never rushes through with her patients. After the eye exam, Joey, is very knowledgeable to guide people with the right frame and the correct glasses that fit within insurance. He too gives every patient all the inputs needed.

Dr Jordana was wonderful, very attentive and took the time to really explain what was going on. Her staff were wonderful and easy to work with.

I was very impressed with the office including their COVID safety standards, the quality of the office, and the nice front desk ladies. It got even better when I met with the Dr. She was sooo friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was great until it came to my glasses/lenses. I blame one person for that and that is the gentleman who pops the lenses in only as he put it. My husband dropped off glasses I already had to have them replace the lenses with my updated prescription. It was very quick, they texted me an hour later saying they were ready so I went and picked them up. I tried them on and told the front desk lady they were a little loose and she adjusted them the best she could which seemed okay until I got home. When I got home the screw was about to fall out on one side so I went in the next morning for them to try to fix. The Dr. again very friendly and sweet tried and told me she needed to wait for the gentleman to look. He walked in much later than when he told the Dr he would be there. He probably spent 30 min working on them to come out and ask me if I replaced the screw. I told him no I have not Ive not done anything with them since I bought them. He continued to say the screw is a different color over and over alleging I switched the screw out. I told him sorry I do not know why but I do not recall ever switching a screw out. I told him I need to get going for some meetings, what can he do? He continued talking about the screw and brought it over and put it on the table and said see? (Remind you he has my glasses so I cannot see what he is throwing on the table for me to look at). I told him that and again said I just need them fixed so I can get going. (It was borderline an hour now that I had been waiting). He walks back and says well I need to put one of our screws in and its $5. I said thats fine whatever you have to do so I can get going. He was then done in a matter of minutes and had the nerve to bring me the screw and say Here is your screw. I laughed and said I do not need that screw. When I was at the desk paying, I made the recommendation to him that next time bring up the screw needing replaced with one of theirs before making someone wait an hour. He argued with me and said he didnt want to charge me the $5 right away. I said I understand but thats my decision to only pay $5. I then made the recommendation to avoid all the wasted time, that next time he should return the product in tact in the beginning so people do not have to return. He said thats not his responsibility all he does is pop the lenses in. I told him that is poor business and that we should be handed our glasses fully in tact. He told me they were given to him loose. Then he tried to blame the fact my husband dropped them off and he needs a waiver to fix the loose screw. I said you could have asked him or called me to get that permission. He just wanted to argue and in the end say itll be $5 dollars. He completely ruined my experience. I have worked in HR Management the past 5 years in the service industry and he definitely needs some coaching. I have debated on returning but was so pleased with the rest of my experience that I will probably return. Sorry for long review but hope this gets corrected!

Dr. Chetti is wonderful and so is her staff! The office has amazing technology too. I don’t have eye insurance and her prices are super reasonable. Glad to have her and her office so close to home.

I was very happy with my experience. I got two pairs of glasses in the best progressive lenses. Very cost friendly because I got my sun lenses for free. I have never adjusted to progressive lenses faster with my earlier glasses. I had a warranty issue with one frame which was resolved swiftly with no delay to me!
