Poor customer service! Had me on hold for over 20 minutes. It was the actual Pharmacies that answered the phone. I called back after 20 minutes and the phone kept ringing over 4 minutes. I know they are not that busy at 9:30 a.m.! Horrible and it took 40 seconds to give my information in order for my meds to be transferred to this walmart pharmacy!!! Horrible!!!
Worse customer service I ever seen. I just picked up my medication the pharmacy technician very rude has 0 customer service talking with rude attitude it didn’t even let me check the medication with pharmacist
Milk, I bought here yesterday and this morning to open the drink that milk has gone bad, look at the date was overdue for a year, I went to wal-mart to find the manager, the manager did not give me any explanation, I waited for twenty minutes just said help me return money. My niece drank the milk today. Is it because Im Asian that discriminates against us? I wish I could give me an explanation!
Terrible CS. Total incompetence. Waited 1 hr. for script and no one would give me any considerable amount of help to find an answer to the issue with the electronic sent script. Then I left and called an hour later and they said it was ready. Went the next day to get it and it still was not ready!!!!! The work ethic and general CS of the associates behind the counter is deplorable!!!!!!!!!!! Many should be on unemployment because it is obvious they do not want a JOB!!!!
Finally after the line reached the registers did a second worker come to assist her coworker at the Customer Service Desk. Thank Ya Jesus
