So I have to shout out the treat shop for being a last-minute lifesaver. We normally order our treats from another supplier but they had our order listed under another date. I called the treat shop and they took care of me from beginning to end. They helped to make my daughters party spectacular.

Placed a large order of donuts for our wedding dessert. Everything was delicious and came together great. Super easy to work with!

Easily my favorite place since moving to Virginia! I live just down the road from the Woodlake Treat Shop and I can say that Im addicted to their yummy donuts and cookies.My favorite are the blueberry or chocolate cake donuts, and the cinnamon and sugar coated donuts are the best (twist or regular donut!).And if you dont want donuts or cookies, theres always the ice cream! I look forward to many more visits in the coming years!

This place is a hidden gem! The doughnuts are great, and the cinnamon roll stacker is something special. I wanna talk about their breakfast sandwiches though! I got a turkey sausage, egg, and cheese, and it was so delicious. The owners are also incredibly sweet and warm people, as are the employees. I will definitely be back.

This is an awesome place to get a meal or a treat. Great alternative to fast food but you still get your order fast. The service is great as well as the food. Just go and see for yourself 😉

You should NEVER go to a chain donut shop if you have this in your backyard. These are the most spectacular donuts Ive ever had. Im only visiting RVA, but will 100% be trying a funnel cake when I get back.Amazing.

Honestly this was one of the best businesses I have ever encountered! The employees greet you with both a smile and genuine enthusiasm. I have since moved to the West End but I really miss the interaction... and of course the cinnamon roll donut!

This place is a hidden treasure on Jahnke. THE best donuts I’ve had in Richmond. The apple fritter is excellent and the the cinabon donut is probably the best donut there. In addition to sweets, this place has a full menu, albeit it’s quite eclectic. Nonetheless, the food is tasty. There are a few spots where you can sit and enjoy your order. Friendly service, quick turnaround, HIGHLY recommended.

This place will take you back to when you were a kid. The prices for their products are amazing and options are endless. We were immediately greeted by the owner and his employee. They gave us time to decide what we wanted while assisting other customers and never neglecting us. This is the perfect place for all savory and sweet tooth lovers. You have to try them. For the first time i ate a BBQ sandwich with coleslaw in it it and Carolina BBQ at that. I moved from NC AND DIDNT LIKE IT WHEN I TRIED WHILE LIVING THERE. JOE surprised me with this and I just ate it without question.IT WAS THE BEST ONE I EVER HAD. DEFINITELY WILL BUY ONE AND TRY OTHER STUFF ON MENU. SRACC IS AWESOME

I went there thinking I was going to be able to get a actual waffle cone which was a disappointment,was told they do sell them at the other location,well why it sell them at both locations???that makes no sense to me, I gave a 4 stars because the variety of ice cream I got was really good,down side of that was they had all ice cream but the very one I went there for the banana pudding ice cream but I realize its really popular, hopefully next time I go their have that on, but I will be revisiting maybe Ill try calling before I go to double check on that banana pudding ice cream

My kiddos wanted Ice Cream so we checked the website closing time listed 9pm. We arrive at 8:30 only for the workers to say we are closing early. So I called they answered to say yes we have been closing early for 2 months now. We haven’t updated the website sorry about that. Just horrible

Omg hands down the best service I ever ever ever had! I have been looking for a funnel cake place for forever now since i moved here & right when I went, the customer service went above & beyond. They have every desert i can think of and it’s sooooooo sooooo soooo dag on good. I’m so happy I found this spot. & even though we bought some donuts, she gave us extra free ones bc they were closing & didn’t want them to go to waste. I believe that is the best customer service & also a blessing for us and for herself. I immediately came back to my car just to write this review because of how impressed I am and because I don’t really see good people like that anymore. It’s so rare to see good customer service along with great people! I pray her business prospers and I’m sure it will because of how much of an amazing woman she is. Food is great but it’s no way I don’t like the fact that I had to pay almost $11 for fish and a small corner of fries. The picture advertised on the website for fish and fries is not what’s displayed upon picking up my order 😡

The donuts are so fluffy and full of flavor, especially the cinnamon roll donut. Better than sugar shack and Krispy Kreme. Didn’t try anything on their actual menu but I cannot wait to go back and try it!!

This place is AMAZING! 24 hour treat shop, with amazing donuts and sandwiches. Service is great, the owner is often working the counter and just being an ideal business owner. Prices are also very competitive, making coming here a regular activity. Best donut shop in Richmond by far! Best kept secret on the south side.

Called to check if store was still open (I called at 8:25 pm and website says they close at 9 pm) and was met with an insanely rude person on the phone. They answered the phone “Treat Shop we are closed”. I tried to clarify about the hours posted online and all they said was “no”. As I proceeded to ask another question, they hung up on me. Maybe they were having a bad night, but there’s absolutely no reason to have been that rude. Will never be giving them my business.

I always call my order in the worker Mark always gives me great coustmer service when taking my order over the phone the fish is what I order with buttered toast and fried onions sometimes i order the combo or some times the sandwich it self. My other sandwich is bacon scrambled egg & cheese with xtra bacon you can request turkey if you like try there funnel cakes donuts and more. Stop by youll like it❤

Delicious!! We got candy apples, which are the real deal with the candy coating usually found at fairs. Cotton candy, which is my kids favorite, and fried Oreos. All of which were so good! Also got a chili cheese dog, which was probably the best Ive had in a while. Very reasonable prices, so many treats to choose from as well as food items too. Will definitely be back!

I have gotten food from here 3 times. Donuts first time very good. Tried to order them again 2 other times and they were closed when they were supposed to be open. Ordered burgers and fish second time. Burger was dry and gross. Fish was good. 3rd time tonight. Got doordash and they confirmed it and when driver showed up they said they didnt confirm it. They refused to make my food I had ordered and paid for. This place is right down the street from my place. I really wish they were on it. But they have dropped the ball too many times.

I gave 3 stars because the strawberries on top were not fresh. They were canned. And also the chocolate sauce was really sticky as if it was from a can or something cheap. It did not taste like chocolate. The funnel cake it self was good. The dough was sweet. Id suggest just getting powdered sugar on it. I had a cookies and cream milkshake. It was DELICIOUS!!! The only thing I would suggest is that they use fatter straws to get the pieces through.

Each time I visit this shop the staff is always courteous and polite. The food is serve in a timely manner and during these times of the pandemic they have shown to keep the safety of the patrons and staff in mind. Everything is delicious and quick and priced for regular visits. Feels like a mom and pop shop, like you stopped by your neighbors house. Everyone there is a pleasure first thing in the morning. They serve up delectable doughnuts and easy breakfast sandwiches - perfect for car munching (guilty!). In 2020, what a delight to have CARNIVAL FOOD, like fried oreos, cotton candy (but I prefer how Australians call it Fairy Floss), and FUNNEL CAKES every which way! Somehow, they find the time to serve BBQ too, which I still have to try.

We were leaving Richmond, on our way back to Ohio, when we stumbled upon The Treat Shop RVA. The donuts taste as good as they looked! This is already on our list of places to visit during our next trip. They also have food. If the burgers and the fried fish are half as good as the donuts, we will be in for a treat!
