Prices blew me away!! No they don’t have every single variation of every product but the prices on what they do have are amazing. There is also a section with good home items and clothing items priced even lower than Amazon that you wouldn’t expect to see. A great place to come and get those things you’ve been needing and looking for at a great price. Bring your own bags i didn’t realize you have to do that.

Very nice grocery. Im excited that Lidl sells fresh salmon now. If they were selling it before I could never catch it there. Prices have risen some but still a little cheaper than other grocery stores.

All fridges and freezers were shut off both times I’ve tried to shop there this month, forcing every bit of product to get thrown out. Very annoying, when do I catch this store on a good freezer day? How does this keep happening?

Management and employees are very helpful and courteous. And they are easy on the eyes, attitude-wise.

Fresh produce was the saddest grossest experience Ive ever seen in a grocery store. I think the air conditioning isnt working properly, causing fresh goods to suffer.Extra star because I found a cheap backpacking sleeping bag and a few boxes/canned goods.

Im glad to have a Lidl in walking distance of my house. They offer several products at a lower price or at the same price as Wal-Mart and Krogers. But, like everywhere else, you have to comparisin shop. Lidl is a regular store in my shopping routine.

You always have to be sure to check your receipts. Im frequently overcharged for items (usually its when something is on sale, I later see that I wasnt given the sale price). Its super annoying to realize when you get home that you were overcharged for something.

A shopper looking for good deals so thats my idea there. I get weekly specials and sometimes international food I want to try. Used to see white choc macadamia cookies but not the last few times Ive beenI dont go weekly though. They sell boxes cookies I like but I see versions of them at aldi as well.

Nice store but the day I went they were out of the things I went for. They seem to be very low on inventory.

I needed a price override, and a friendly lady excused herself to get a motorized shopping cart for a disabled man at the entrance. She recognized him as a regular shopper and met him at the door. I noticed him struggle to walk as I entered the market earlier. That level of customer service during my first visit to this location, instantly makes this my favorite location.

Love Lidl they always seem to have something I need on sale and if you bake their all purpose flour is as good or better than the name brand. If your looking for European brands its the place to go.

I Iove and hate this store. The food is great and if very high quality. The food is varied enough that any type of pallet can be satisfied.I received a money gift card and I could not use it at the store. I dont actually know why because when I checked, there was money on it, and it worked in another companys store.

Meh, many of their products are the same price as the big chains like Kroger. Produce is fine, their bread is really good. The store staff are very friendly!

Ive been to this store the times this week. Not once has anyone, Any single employee uttered a single word. Not hello, how are you, can I help you? But theyll watch you like you are speaking getting their house. I hate this store.

I probably go here every week. Everything is an amazing price for the quality. Its never busy here, so I dont have to worry about not being able to social distance. Sometimes the lines get a little long when the self-checkout is closed and I wish there were more options for fresh produce, but I cant really complain when I like everything else so much. Also, I cant recommend buying the mint fudge cookies in the baking/cookie/cracker aisle enough. Tastes identical to Girl Scout Thin Mints!

LIDL has the best prices on many common items. Also, the bakery items are surprisingly great. Many items in the store have a high quality European origin at a low price.

Was very difficult to locate items. Was unable to get numerous things and will have to go to my regular grocery store.

I love lidls but I had a not so great experience. I did self checkout and paid attention to the price. Overcharged a dollar on each pack of bacon. Manager was rude. Reluctantly credited me when I brought it to his attention. Other items also ring up higher than advertised. Buyer beware. I do appreciate their household section though. Alot of cool things.

First time at this Lidl. Had to ask an employee to bring me a handicapped electric cart as the were parked in the back. Not much use to us if we cant walk far. Lots of unattended bins of boxes in the aisles for me to maneuver around. Did like ed that the cold meats cases are open as it makes it easier for me to shop.

Its clean and well organized with high ceilings and large windows. Theres plenty of variety so there are dietary options for everyone. The staff is helpful and friendly. You should bring your own bag, but they sell paper bags for $0.07 each (as of this review) or theyll let you have boxes (like Costco or Aldi). They have a good sized wine and beer section, and they even have novelties like liquor filled chocolates. I highly recommend this grocery store.

For some reason this store only ever has like 1 register open at a time. Itll be like 45 ppl in line and they still wont open another register. 😒 They have self checkout but it sucks cause you can never use it since they always close it. Theyll let like 1 person through then be likeself checkout is now closed 😑 meanwhile, I got a basket full of offbrand items Im tryna buy that I have to bag myself! 😠 I keep coming because I pass it on the way to work. 😕

Wow! Todays visit was just a disappointment! The food quality was great as usual one exception, the 18 count eggs all had broken eggs in every container. No big deal. The big disappointment in our experience was at checkout. The cashier, Princess, was really having a bad day. (Im being polite);She was literally shoving our groceries down the conveyor and generally being rude. I dont fully put that on Princess. I put a lot of that on management. It was obvious that she just was not feeling her job today and management should have had their eye on the ball. Disappointing. Not what weve come to expect from Lidl.

Lidl is a low cost alternative grocery store similar to Aldi. The Lidl on Broad Street has lots more non grocery items in the middle of its quite large floor space. The visit today was odd because of panic shoppers cleaning out paper products and other items. Still I was able to buy most of the things I was looking for at very low cost. I will stop here again.

What a great place to find European products at a very reasonable price . Great European hams . The whole wheat flour is great for bread makers .

Theres nothing more frustrating than working a 12 hour day, knowing you still have to go home to make dinner yet Lidl is once again, poorly stocked. This includes pre-covid times as well. The items that you would like to purchase have no price tag on it and theres only 1 check out lane open and 5 people in line with full carts. I want to like Lidl because of their stock of novelty items, but whats so great about being able to get escargot if their meat section is completely baren??? Smh

Good grocery store overall...didnt have any grape jelly though. I thought that was kind of shocking. They had multiple types of peanut butter but no one wants a Peanut Butter and Apricot Jelly sandwich.

Good place for the Staples. Milk eggs bread. And surprising finds. They have a fresh daily bakery that is very good and cheep

Some of the advertisement sales were out of stock. Very limited vegetables and fruits lots of can food and food boxes. The home stuff they sale mostly is not something you need. Just my opinion as an expert grocery shopper

Great supermarket and people. Self checkout needs a little help without having to ask the cashier to leave his/her post in every location Ive visited. Ive never checked out without a need for assistance required by the system and its the only place I experience that problem consistently. (Walmart sometimes acts up too in that area, but not as much as Lidl)

Clean and well kept store. Great when items are in stock. Not so great when items are not in stock or same week to week. But thats expected. Ill return. Wheres the grape jelly?

For a European, it is the ideal place to do your shopping without being disoriented. The staff are friendly except for a cashier. There are good French wines (Le Saint-Emilion!). I recommend this place!

I love this store so much. We always find what we need and a little extras. This last trip wasn’t as great. Asked someone about a price and the experience was not welcoming at all. The cashier complained the entire time I was standing in line. Maybe some work on professionalism? I get the holidays are stressful, but leave it at home.

Lidl has taken over as my #1 grocery store. Love the atmosphere and shopping experience. Great prices on organics and their weekly deals have me shopping with them multiple times a week. Not to mention that they have fresh baked goods, random household sale items, and a great staff. I would recommend them to anyone looking to increase their shopping experience and the quality of take home food for themselves or their family.

Its a good store with okay prices. Dont expect it to be a lot less expensive than regular grocery stores unless youre getting regular things that are the store brand. Produce and meat are almost the same as what you will find in Walmart or Kroger. But overall I enjoy my experience in lidl especially when I can find things that have been reduced

I love this place! Saves me anywhere from $10-20 on my usual grocery list which is huge. Very affordable European cheese and meats and fresh baked bread. Its the best

This was my first time visiting this location. Overall, I was pleased. There was a bit of a smell down the produce/meat isle and I was hoping that its not due to how they have them stored. Other Lidl stores have them stored in a floor model fridge with see through sliding doors which helps to regulate the temperature better. However, this location have them stored in an opened faced fridge display with no doors and the area wasnt all that cool.

It was very clean and well laid out, and has a lot of merchandise for a smallish store. There were some nice holiday items at good prices. I would have given 5 stars except for the very heavy incense/air freshener/ Yankee Candle kind of smell when I came in. It was so pungent, I almost left right away.

First time in. Was just going to look. Instead I walked out with $60 of their product. Store is clean, well laid out and prices were great. The flowers, bouquets, mini Roses were too good to pass up. Plus my girl was happy! Thanks Lidl, great job.Hat

I love this great grocery store. Great prices, produce, baked goods, etc. Favorites are the bakery pretzels and the beer selection and prices. Where else could you buy an excellent craft pale ale for $6.99 a six-pack? I also love rooting through their assorted merchandise and food specials. Buckwheat flour from Poland? Australian lamb on sale? Blueberry Christmas wine on clearance?Keep doing what youre doing, Lidl!

Great prices on a limited number of items. Found the same or similar items for 40% less. New building. Very clean and fresh. Visited at noon on a Thursday and the store was very quiet. Overall a rather pleasant first impression.

You have to check it out! Great prices if not name brand loyal. A few name brands mixed in, but mostly Lidl brands. I never expected to see the random tools, totes, clothing, or other odd the wall items, but neat stuff. I got some pickles that were fine. Awesome bagels! Definitely need to stroll through again to see what I might have missed.

Yo the Lidl is like shopping in another universe, or like Europe or something. I love it, super clean and simple. Staff is always very friendly if you need help finding anything. Im sure some people would think charging for bags is a negative, but Im here for it, my girlfriend is all about the reusable bags. Yall need to build one in Shockoe Bottom or Manchester!

Im a new convert to these places. The produce seems high quality, the selection is pretty decent. Theres still a necessity to hit up a full service grocery store occasionally, but Ill be happy to do 90% of my shopping here.

I love this store. They are nice and helpful. The prices are great. I bought something that I used but ultimately did not like and took the container back and they refunded my money. It is the cleanest store I have neen in lately.

Prices are amazing. Store is clean and set up like a warehouse. Nothing fancy here which helps keep prices low. All products are top quality.

Great prices. Minimalist set up, like Ikea or Save A Lot. Bring your own bag and help reduce plastic pollution. Yogurt, veggie straws, veggie burgers, and random fruits and veggies are staples for me here. Excessive plastic packaging on produce. Otherwise a frequently visited family spot.

Has some pretty cheap options. They have a store brand red bull for 59 cents. Its basically the main reason I go there. Be sure to bring your own bags, it does cost money when you use the ones from the store, but its pretty cheap, only a few cents per bag. Lots of Greek food located in the store

Great store for the basics and organic foods at crazy low prices. Plus, there are always different foods that you wont find at other stores. They have a pretty decent bakery too. Well worth a stop on grocery shopping day.

Id prefer going to Lidl for the berries, blueberries and strawberries. They could beat the ones available at Kroger. Also Lidl is way better off than Aldi and this store is huge comparatively.
