I WISH I COULD HAVE GOT A PICTURE BUT I WAS TOO DISGUSTED AND SQUEAMISH… I TOLD THE LADY AT THE REGISTER SHE LOOKED AT ME AND SAID NOTHING THE FIRST TIME I SAID IT AND POINTED TO THE DIRECTION . SHE DIDNT LOOK SURPRISED AND ASKED WHERE …. HE’S SO BIG I KNOW HE’S EATING ON SOMETHING IN THAT STORE OF COURSE HE’S IN ALL YOU GUYS SUGAR . YUCK !!!! More quality meat, never no sale, unclean store. Good for paying your light bill

This is a small store with limited selection. It is clean enough but seems old and in need of updating. The cashiers are competent, but dont expect anyone to come running if theres a problem. Theres a real supermarket about a mile south on Hull St, but this place will do in a pinch.

The customer service here is trash... The cashiers are rude and don’t care you are spending your money... No hello, no thank you, the prices are expensive... The chicken looked gross... never again. Save a lot across the street was cheaper and they were nicer. Straight garbage.....

I like this store they had a variety of foods including exotic products. The prices are good and the cashier was friendly, no wait in line. I used to come here years ago when we had a small restaurant in the Southside. Its now under new ownership and has made many improvements. I will definitely become a regular.

Typical ghetto supermarket. Bad produce. The cashiers are just as ghetto. They wont even take your groceries out of your basket, but they dont tell you that they dont take the groceries out of your basket they just stare at you until you take them out. Krogers is way better than them and they take your groceries out of your basket and help you to the car. This place is for picking up something really quick but no quality food.

Great grocery store love the seafood salad they serve in the back goes great with Ritz crackers the only issue I have every time I go is when I go over to the counter to get formula for my child the people who work at that counter are slow and dont even acknowledge you when youre standing at the counter the lady was stocking cigarettes and looked at me maybe five times before she finally came over to assist me

Everything i needed was there. The cashiers were great and cheerful. The van was all ready for me when i was done shopping. Cashier #108 helped with heavy things due to my back issues. Good job!!!!

New ownership has done a really good job in revitalizing the community! AND they have a lot of different types of foods! Definitely remember to get their 8pc fried chicken for 4.99!!! Those ladies know how to drop their chicken!

Its not bad, but it could definitely be better. Ok it is kinda bad. The glue trap and rodent feces found in the same place as the bread is very disconcerting. The 8pc fried chicken for $4.99 is a great deal tho. A little more effort could be made to bring it up to par but its good. They have a good wine selection.

After purchasing frozen tacos, I tried to return the item because they all had freezer burn on them and had bursted open but was still frozen. The manager Kim (male) told me he was unable to, because they were not in resellable condition.. Which is crazy because, how do u sell someone an item that is fully covered in freezer burn and wont take it back.

Its an ok market in an emergency situation,but the night of my visit, the parking lot was dirty and I was confronted by a panhandler begging for change.once inside,it looked like it hadnt changed since the 60s, and the floor was also dirty,dimly lit and some of the shelves needed stocking up. I wouldnt make this my steady market unless improvement has been made since my last visit!

Kind of smelly and not organized but they have what you need! Its similar to the type of markets you would find in the Miami/Lauderdale area.

Fast service, polite staff, and you can find produce that may not be at other markets. Also the hot food section, has great prices for lunch or dinner.

This place has always been on the nasty side, whatever manager owns it or whatever place it turns into same ol same ol Southside . it smells like old left out meat, all of the vegetables literally are old af, mold growing on squash and tomatoes, others, roots growing like trees in potatoes and carrots and others. its says fresh and not even close, not worth the visit at all!! or prices! the tortillas are expired. they dont care how they sell it to you

This store lacks adaquate customer service. The prices are way too high vs. other stores, but because of the location, I believe that the residents in the area are being taken advantaged of. Several occassions the staff have had inappropriate conversations in front of my children and myself. Just because the area is occupied by a majority of low income families, the store seems to not care how they treat the customers, acting as if its their only option. Very Poor overall.
