We are very pleased with Bath Planet of Richmond and the finished product they delivered to us. This was a remodel of a dark bathroom with limited space and a removal of a tub that was never used. Bigger shower and a new floor made my spouse very happy.

They explained everything, showed catalogs that helped us select the correct shower assembly and negotiated a reasonable price. Once the 2 man crew from Bath Planet arrived, I was informed of what would be done and how long it would take. They were very professional and wore their masks as required. Very professional company. Recently had my shower remodeled. The representative that came out was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. The price point was also better than the other two companies that came out prior to Bath Planet. The job was completed quickly and efficiently!

Communication was superb, whether it was with the sales manager or the installers. The installers did wonderful work on all 4 bathrooms, the workmanship is top notch and the bathrooms look great. The material quality is great, the showers and tubs feel sturdy and should last for years. Only wish they had had a way to capture the fine dust. All in all, Im pleased with the results.

My husband and I wanted to remove our bath and make it a standing shower so we went on home advisor to get a few estimates. Bath Planet contacted me and we set up an appointment later that week. Todd came out and we discussed what we were looking for. He was able to design it for us right on his iPad! The installation went smoothly and the crew was very polite! We would definitely do business again!

Loved the whole experience with Bath Planet. They are extremely professional and personal. Our bathroom situation was a unique one, but they completed exactly what I wanted, on schedule!

They came out and replaced two windows. Very professional crew and very helpful in explaining what they were doing and how the windows would work. I was a little surprised they would come out to do just two windows but I guess they needed the work. If we need other work Ill be glad to hire them again.

The glass panels were not as pictured in the sales literature. There is more metal than we were led to believe would be present. The shower door looks like our old door also with a lot of metal that we were told would not be needed. The wall panels are entirely different fron the samples shown to us by the last salesman. The grout line are barely noticeable. In the panel samples, the grout lines were very distinct. Overall, we were disappointed with the final appearance.

I used this business to remodel my walk in shower in my bed room . The first problem was the contractor did not wear a mask while working in my home. The second problem was he did not put anything up to prevent the dust from the materials. He was cutting from going all over my room and clothes. The work was good once completed. I was satisfied with the job until I realized that the hand held shower head was not working properly. I did not think it was going to be a problem with getting it replace. So I called the office and notify them about the problem. Well some lady claimed that the some guy named mike was out of the office and would not be back till Friday. Which was four days until his return. Ok, Friday about noon I called back and talked to Mike about the situation. He said to me no problem he would send some one out to replace the shower head. While I waited for approximately another three days some one finally came out. When the contractor enter my home I noticed he had a bucket with tools in it. So, I asked him where was the new shower head? He claim he was going to check the shower head out first suggesting that it might only need some tape around the threads where the head connects to the holes. He came back down stairs and claimed he fixed it and the problem was some spring inside the fixture that needed to be tighten. Well, at first I was disappointed because I was told it was going to be replace and not fix!! Because how? can you come to some one home to fix something thats brand new!! Well, I let it go. Until I went to take a shower later on that evening to find out the shower head still was not working!! I went down to the company in person demanding to speak the big boss. While some other guy name Mike believe it or not claimed that he was the co owner of the company. He made the same promise and did not delivery!!! So it now approximately three weeks after the work was done and I still have not been complete. So, I return to the company in person this time I spoke to the biggest wig and finally got the shower head.IT IS A SHAME THAT THEY TRIP OFF THIS LIL MAYBE $100 DOLLAR SHOWER HEAD AFTER ALL THE MONEY I SPENT THERE!! AND LATER I FOUND OUT THAT THEY WERE NO WERE NEAR THE BEST PRICE IN TOWN!!!

Bath Planet Richmond removed my old bathroom tub and tile and replaced it with a new acrylic tub and surround a year ago. I have been very pleased with the product, quality, and installation. Now I dont have to clean tile grout anymore, lol. All of the employees have been very helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I would recommend using Bath Planet Richmond.

Replaced the tub/shower and a shower in two bathrooms. The product is good. Installation took longer than expected because of installers delays that had nothing to do with business or customer. One leak was the result of installer error, causing a water stain on the ceiling below. The installer returned twice to repaint the stain. He did not use the proper paint, so eventually, the customer completed the repainting job.

The Bath Planet were very courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend them.

The sales portion of the process was great and the installers were wonderful. Our only issue with this company occurred when we spoke with the construction manager, Jeff Wagner, after the wrong tub surround was ordered. When the problem was brought to the companys attention, Wagner was beyond rude and bully-ish. When we asked to speak with his boss, we were told he didn’t report to anyone. If you do business with this company, I hope you don’t have to contact them with any issues. Eventually the problem was handled to our satisfaction, but the contact with Wagner was so bad it tainted the entire experience and made us extremely hesitate to do business with them again.

I called them about a quote back in March and was not looking to pay as much as they quoted me. It is now September and they still call me at least twice a week, if not almost every day and leave multiple messages asking about my bathroom remodel. I have finally decided to block the number.

Hired bath planet to demo and renovate the guest bath. Reasonable price, good work and they were able to complete the job at the scheduled date/time.

We found this company during a Home Show and signed up for a free consultation.We received both a phone call and an email to confirm the appointment.No one showed.We also got no call about why there was a no show.If this is how they treat you when they are trying to win you over, I dont want to know how they treat you when they get your money.We called the office and told them not to bother rescheduling, but had to leave a message because there was no one there to answer the phone.

Outrageously expensive, pushy and rude.

Was excited after seeing options on their website which led me to call for a consultation. Despite not hearing back from the Richmond location after leaving a voicemail, I decided to call the number online to set up a time. Upon the scheduler confirming the appointment a few days later, I was informed that my husband had to be present. I was taken back as I am responsible for making the decorating decisions in the home. Thus, I explained that my significant other could not attend the meeting and that I was more than capable of making decisions. I was told that both homeowners being present was a company requirement, but that the scheduler would speak with the manager to see if an exception could be made. Not surprised that I never heard back. This is an old sales trick that is way outdated. The policy is quite offensive and sexist to say the least. Dont waste your time with this company. Over a month has passed since my original phone call; now having to start over.

Bath Planet of Richmond has been great to work with and their staff is very thorough.

Salesmen dont even know the cost of tile, office staff is extremely ride and condescending not to mention they didnt even pay the SUB CONTRACTOR they used (without consent) to do installs. Big time gimmicks, small time results.

Food was not up to par!!!!
