Delicious!!! I get the waffle cone with two scoops. Perfect treat! The rainbow cookie, mint oreo and just ask are the best flavors in my opinion. I was recommended to go here and not disappointed at all :)

I’ve been wanting to try this place for yearsssss. So when I was in the area it was a no brainer. There were a lot of flavors to choose from and it took me a while to decide but ultimately I chose the honey badger and birthday cake flavors and got them in a waffle cone. I loved birthday cake but the honey badger was just ok. The stroopwaffle pieces in the honey badger were chewy especially being in the ice cream.My boyfriend’s 2 scoops were rainbow cookie and strawberry cheesecake. The rainbow cookie 10/10! It was vanilla ice cream (I believe) and the ukrop’s rainbow cookies. Heaven. I’ll definitely be back for that flavor.We ate outside because there was no seating available for anyone indoors due to covid. They also don’t allow tasting or eating inside the establishment due to covid so be prepared to sort your flavors by description.

This may very well be the best ice cream in Richmond. Its decadent without being overwhelming, and just the right amount of indulgent to feel special but not extravagant.They have a staggering selection of flavors, perhaps too many. They were especially busy when my wife and I visited, and I felt as though I was holding up the line in trying to figure out which of the flavors I wanted. There are worse problems to have, I suppose.The pricing is a bit high, but honestly, I would rather have this slightly less often than any other ice cream more frequently.I found the medium size to be about right for balancing indulgence with sugar overload, not to mention price.

Cant get enough of their Blanchards Darker than Dark flavor with Cookies and Cream!! Heres a tip---get the quart.

My FAVORITE place for Gelati!!!! This pic was taken after I got through the first scoop of Dark as Dark.. or Espresso. This is made from the beans of Rostov Beans!!! ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!! And for the few of you that dont want to eat it because of the caffeine.. that is just silly. There are zero affects from the beans.. you will not be jittery or unable to sleep.

Best Gelato choices in town. Honey Peanut Butter Cup was an absolute dream. The lemon custard my partner ordered was equally lush and delightful. My twins rounded it out with Oreo and Birthday cake - classics but still just perfect. My 2 year old did get a small chocolate, and since Im not really into chocolate ice cream, it was tough for me to rate. Id say it reminded me of a high class frosty. Treat yourself!

Our favorite ice cream spot.Right next to the new Trader Joes, this spot is excellent to hit up whether you need some dessert after dining at Southbound restaurant or taking an afternoon at the bookstore next door.

This is the best frozen treat I’ve ever had in my life. We typically do ice cream or froyo - gelato is hard to come by. Well. It was amazing. Better than any froyo or ice cream I’ve had in my entire life, literally. I got the “just ask” which was vanilla ice cream with peanut butter and Oreo - there was SO MUCH mixed in (not the typical vanilla with some stuff added, sporadically- this is not only well mixed either. It’s huge chunks that are well mixed!) generous portions. I’m really impressed. I’m glad I passed by the other day & found it. We found our new place.

As a fundraiser for my kids elementary school, i took them here for ice cream. They loved it. They went out of the way to make sure they used a new scoop and a new tub for my son with a peanut allergy which was really amazing of them. The kids loved the ice cream and ran into friends too. A good night out.

The best ice cream in Richmond! The home made flavors are always changing, giving me a wonderful choice every month. My favorite is chocolate chocolate chip but the have another called just ask that have peanut butter, chocolate and other wonderful things that I forget now. Go there, you will fall in love.

Portions are ginormous--toddler size is plenty. All the flavors weve collectively had here have been really good. Pretty wide selection of flavors, and while theres not a ton of room to sit inside, theres quite a bit of outdoor seating in the courtyard if the weather is pleasant, along with some covered outside tables.

I have always loved gelati celesti. Definitely try the birthday cake and the salted caramel. They are amazing.I went in shortly after Chesterfield went into phase 2 during Covid-19. They got a pretty good system for pick up when you order online. As with all technology theres slight hiccups. The receipt didnt print but they got my stuff together incredibly quickly.Be nice to your servers and food prep people. Tip well. Theyre having to learn new procedures while being busy during this incredibly weird time.

Tasty, lots of flavors. They have dairy free options (what the options are change). I really like the dairy free chocolate sorbetto that they have off and on.

The ice cream at Gelati Celesti is out of this world. Besides the constant flavors they will have 6-8 rotating flavors that can typically align with the current weather season. The toddler size (one good-size scoop) is the perfect size for me whenever I go.Favorite flavors have been the chocolate peanut butter, spiced apple, and Oreo.

Very fun and delicous ice cream. It is a great place to hangout because it has got lots of seats and nature outside of it. There are tons of flavors to suit your desire. My only complaint would be that the sizes are all pretty big. Other than that 👌👌

My favorite ice cream shop in Richmond! Their banana ice cream will change your life. No artificial banana flavor. It tastes just like a banana! Other favorites include: The Dude (Kahlua with fudge swirled through it) and Just Ask (white chocolate ice cream with peanut butter and Oreos). Sugar come, waffle cone, cake cone...theyve got it all!

My familys favorite local ice cream shop! Worth every calorie, and every penny. This particular location is in a lovely plaza with a courtyard that we sit at while our 3 year old gets to run around in and play, after devouring her ice cream, of course.

I brought three kids, two of which were real brats, to this place and was impressed at their selection of flavors. Even the pickiest kid could find something they liked. I think we all made a good choice and although some of them didnt finish (read: brats) it was very good quality and I would recommend it.

Amazing quality, always.... But my friend and I were talking and would suggest a more specific entrance and exit strategy. An entire family of like 8 people cut in front of us after we had waited several minutes, but its hard to tell whos turn it is.

One of the best ice cream/gelato shops in Richmond that my family and I go to regularly. We like being able to try the flavors before we choose, and the kids like the chalkboard wall to draw on while we eat. My favorite flavor is Just Ask.Would rate 5 stars except for the noisy atmosphere in their Boulevard location. They have a concrete floor, no soundproofing, and heavy metal chairs that make a terrible racket when someone sits down or gets up and drags it on the floor. It also gets loud and echoey if theres a crowd when busy. But none of that will keep me from continuing to get my gelato fix there.

Great tasting desert but don’t go if your in a hurry!!! They take there time and don’t have any sense of urgency in there service. Tried going on my lunch break thinking it would be a quick in and out and that was not the case!

Love the Stony Point store! Amazing gelato, attentive (and patient) staff and a nice courtyard in which to enjoy it - great all around experience. I have tried many flavors there and all are fantastic, but I always come back to the salted caramel...simply the best!

Visiting family in the area and went there upon my sister’s recommendation. The ice cream or gelato was heaven-on-earth! In other words “to die for!” Soooo good! The lady that served me gave me samples and was so helpful and courteous. The medium cup was huge and packed to the rim. Can’t wait to return.Mint oreo!!!
