I recently relocated to RVA from Hampton Roads and was looking for a quality motorcycle shop. I called the shop on a Saturday morning (8/28/2022) and talked to Michael about changing an Ultra Classic rear tire that was already removed from the motorcycle (I had the new tire). Michael told me he could install my new tire on the rim if I got there by 1:00 p.m. because closing time was at 2:00 p.m. I arrived at 12:45 p m., Michael and Shovel Head immediately went to work. They removed the old tire from the rim, cleaned the rim sealing surface with a wire weel, removed the old brake rotor/installed a new one that I brought with me, installed a new valve stem, and installed my new tire on the rim (after spraying the sealing surface with silicone). They had to use heat in order to remove the old rotor screws as they were a bear! Michael and Shovel Head were very professional and efficient. They completed the work in an hour and even allowed me to watch the entire process. I am very pleased with Michael and Shovel Heads professionalism, craftsmanship, and work ethic (they treated as if I were a long time customer). I will definitely return to this shop to have future work done on my motorcycle. This is exactly the type of motorcycle shop and service I was looking for (they know their business). I shall look no further!

Was traveling near RVA on a holiday weekend. Needed an emergency tire replacement so gave PSC a call. Fortunately, Michael and his team were there. I was able to purchase a tire, get it mounted and balanced and was back on the road without much trouble. Michael was a consummate professional & the overall experience was great. Would definitely recommend them

Mike and his guys have always done a great job. I used to work around the corner from them and would take my bikes there if I didn’t have the time to do it myself..today I needed a rear tire (nail) and have been very busy myself. they knocked it out the park for me today. I was in and out maybe there an hour if that. Thank you guys

I put my rating on Yelp on 7/17/2021. Felt it needed to be shared on Google, too.I took my metric bike to this shop in Sept 2020 because of a sudden noise. The owner, Michael, was very friendly and helpful. Said he would look at it and let me know. Unfortunately, he failed to mention it would be 2 weeks before he would look at my bike. He told me I was rushing him when I called to see what the status was on my bike, and at one point told me to come pick up my bike, that it would be outside. I shouldve done just that but decided I would let him work on the bike and keep my mouth shut. Once he did look at it, he told me he took it out and dogged it. Wasnt happy about that since I dont ride like that. His mechanic was committed to discovering the issue and took the time to talk with seasoned metric mechanics about the issue. It ended up being the springs that are built into the clutch basket. Due to COVID and parts shipments from overseas being delayed, I got my bike back in January. I discovered one of the belt adjusting slides was loose so, I tightened that up. It wasnt until May that I realized a part was missing off my bike. I immediately contacted Michael. After our initial messaging, he refused to answer my text messages and phone calls concerning the missing part. Told his front desk person to tell me he couldnt find it and wasnt replacing the part. So for a $33 part, he lost a customer that spent $1,500 at his shop. Its not the part missing as much as the way Michael treated me as a customer. I just sold the metric bike and bought an HD (shouldnt have an issue getting parts). I will not do business with this company ever again and would not recommend them, either. I gave them 1 star because the mechanic was good, even though he didnt put the part on and didnt tighten one of the belt adjuster.

I drive almost an hour to go to Pro Street despite having a competitor about 15 minutes away on Broad Street. The quality of the work at Pro Street is second to none. Additionally, the customer service and kindness from everyone in the shop has really impressed me. They were extremely accomodating when I told them I could not pick my bike up due to Covid and held onto and looked after my bike with no issues. Received the bike as good as new today. I will be returning to Pro Street whenever I need work done on my bike, and I would recommend you do the same. Thank you to everyone at Pro Street!

I had some handle bar/cable work done to my Iron 883 at Pro Street Cycles a month ago. Michael and the couple other guys I dealt with were very friendly and informative with my wants. They even had my bike back to me within 2 days even after some stuff had to be ordered/shipped. Overall, I had a great experience with these guys. I will definitely use them again.

Needed new tires for my Versys. Called and discussed which tires would be best for my bike. Michael did a great job of helping pick out the tires, then he ordered them. A day or so later they arrived at the shop. I took the bike and had them installed and couldn’t be happier with the results! Thanks for the quick turnaround and excellent service. I will be back when I need any additional work done!

Hey Mike,I didnt forget about you. Last year I brought my M109r in for some fork seals. Mike said it would take a couple of days. Two weeks later, he said he didnt have my parts and it would take a while for him to get the seals from Colonial Heights, Va. I offered to pick them up, it would take me 25 minutes. I had to pass by his shop to reach the shop with the parts? I picked up the parts and gave them to Mike and asked how much the bill would be. He originally gave me an estimate of $150 which I agreed to, but to confirm his price after waiting a month for fork seals, his price was almost $400. He then proceeded to throw his staff under the bus, blaming them for the misunderstanding when I only spoke to him. But he said he was the boss. Then he said If I didnt like his service, I could take my business elsewhere. I immediately agreed and notice he talked to me different than the white patrons. I will no longer patronize nor be silent and let racism live unchallenged! If you get your bike fixed here, youll be a person that supports mistreatment of minorities and is the symptom of backwards thinking and ignorance which keeps racial tension alive. I found out later from an elder biker that this is a racist shop. Its your choice, my choice is hell no! Like the post to let him know how racism and bad customer service looses money... By the way, he has another shop in the city of Richmond.The good side is I found a shop thats great (All Sycles Xtreme). Its a little farther out of the city but the young guy up front has great customer service, very fair prices, they do awesome work and little to no wait! Great option...later Mike...

Staff was more than helpful with me on my project, I spent 3 hours earlier in the week driving from shop to shop with no luck should have went there first! They can work with you regardless what type of bike you have even a honda xr650l thanks guys!

Went to Pro Street Cycle to get my tire changed for my Goldwing Gl1800 & what I thought was going to be a $40 change ended up costing me $300. The guy who changed my tire broke my TPMS (Tire Pressure Management Sensor), and then he blamed me for him breaking the TPMS. He said I should have told him that there was a TPMS and he is not responsible for breaking it. Well the valve stem was clearly stamped TPMS, and out of all of my tire changes for my Wing I have never had to tell anyone about the TPMS. So now I have to go to Honda and get a $200 TPMS and $75 of labor to fix what they messed up. On top of that he charged me full price for the tire change that he didnt even do right. That was my first time and last time going here! Goldwing owners and anybody else with a TPMS, BEWARE!!!
