Awesome facility and customer service!! I really liked this location because everything is on one floor. Drive up access to most of the units. I got one with my friend to store our college furniture over the summer and it was easy to rent and easy to cancel as well. 10/10 recommend!!

The online reservation process was great but the help I got from Jimmy the manager was outstanding. I appreciate him going above and beyond to help me find the right unit.This is a great facility, however, the site needs to allow exit after 10pm.

Jimmy helped my mother make a decision on which space best fit my needs. Took his time explaining coverages and pricing to make sure we felt 100% comfortable with the space we were getting because it will mostly store baby clothes/items. I literally got locked in first night and time ever using them it should be some type of switch without having to find a number to call and wait for someone to answer to give you a code just so you can get out. I had no tour and was not at all explained YOU WILL GET LOCKED INSIDE IF YOU ARE NOT OUT BY A CERTAIN TIME...should be a better way to handle this situation

All paperwork was taken care of online. Drove right past the office, went to the unit I was shown on the map CubeSmart sent me and loaded my unit after office hours. Wish everything was this easy.

Just moved from a Cubesmart in Gainsville to this one in Richmond. As with all Cubesmarts, and especially the one in Richmond, the management is very helpful and friendly. The manager of the Midlothian location (sorry I didnt get his name) went out of his way to come out of the office and help me find my space when he saw me wondering around trying to find the proper parking spot. I would definitely recommend this location.

The cube smart staff at 5050 middilothian turnpike are helpful, curtreous and extremely professional which made renting my new storage unit a very wonderful experience I highly recommend the facility to anyone that needs additional storage is it the place is clean secure and is sort of up scale for a storage unit facility. They have a very nice layout of different size units and they also have RV parking in the back which is also in the fenced and gated compound and its well-lit theres temperature controlled units and theres also a large selection of drive-up service storage units did you can pull your car right up to and there is handicap units and all the sizes as well so I found that the place was very well thought out and the layout was very well designed good job CubeSmart keep up the good work

The manager was very polite, works quick and offers you some pretty good deals. He made sure I had the perfect size storage for a reasonable price and the untis are very clean as well.

This storage place is beyond nasty. They letting people store anything in the storage. People are sleeping in their storage. Now they put these rat traps everywhere.
