Quite above expectationsI went to this storage center with a friend who was looking for an immediate indoor location due to an unexpected housing situation. The location didnt seem promising to me but he had used the facility under a different name in the past. I was seriously overwhelmed with the quality and cleanliness of the facility, the knowledge and friendliness of the staff, and the up to date nature of their business model. I would be personally quite happy to use their facility for any storage needs I had, and would recommend it to anyone. As a plus the rates seem quite reasonable as well.

I came to this location only for a few things and was honestly in a rush. I was then pleasantly greeted by Rhonda who assisted we with the few items I needed along with some additional help and advice for my personal needs. Im an elderly woman that has a unit here at the Jahnke road location. I wanted to say that Rhonda is very respectable and polite in these crazy times. She allowed me to sit in my car as she took my payment and it was raining outside! She did the walking in the rain so I didnt have to get out of my car and she did it with a pleasant attitude. I was shopping around to fine a storage facility to house some old items that I was looking to move. With this being the first time coming to life storage, I wasn’t to sure about pricing and products. There I met the store manager Rhonda! She was very warm and welcoming. She made the process seem so simple and effortless. Rhonda was very informative and paid close attention to my needs with storing my belongings. Even though at that moment I didn’t purchase a unit. Rhonda was still able to provide me with boxes, packing tape and other items to at least get my items ready should I decide to go forward in the process! If I ever decide to purchase a unit Life Storage will DEFINITELY be my first choice!

Ive only just rented the space, but Rhonda was very friendly and personable. The process was easy.

They are amazing. We got a truck last minute and only had to pay the insurance fee because we did it within 2 weeks of being there and used under 25 miles. Storage is easily accessed and they are so friendly.

The facility manager was full of information and was very accomidating with reserving the space days before arrival to insure a space big enough to store a Camry. I was traveling from out of state to attend a masters program in Richmond and Life Storage on Jahnke road seemed like the perfect fit. They have cameras on site and walk the property periodically throughout the day to check all units are locked and only open if the tenant is present. Safety of their tenants belongings is very important to them as they also require a personal code to enter and exit the premise. It only took about 10 min to complete all the paperwork and get my storage locker. The faculty manager is always insuring the property is safe and clean! Very happy with how we were treated to rent this facility!

Latoya the Manager was very friendly and informative. She assisted me with a great price for a unit that I only needed for a few weeks. It was a fast and efficient processes when I got the unit and when I left the unit. Shawn the maintenance worker provided me help when I left the unit. He was also friendly and professional. I had a great first time experience with them.

Rhonda and Faith provided excellent customer service and access to our new unit is very easy. The lobby and office area is very welcoming and clean and provides much of what one might need to move in for purchase. I proudly give this business five gigantic glowing stars. This place is great. I showed up at Life Storage a few weeks ago prepared to rent a storage unit. I knew approximately what size I needed and Latoya was so accommodating and helpful, showing me a number of different units before we finally found one that would suit my needs. The price was reasonable compared to other storage units in the area, and the location works great for me since I live in the city where storage options are scarce. I would definitely recommend Latoya and Life Storage to friends and neighbors.

Life Storage is a clean, and safe place and making it easy access to your storage. I have never had such a great experience at a storage business. Very helpful and on point with information. The staff was excellent, I was helped by Ciarra and she was very friendly and knowledgeable, with that kind of customer service I wont be storing anywhere else!

Easy to get to, nice access and units. Worked great for short term use! Office had plenty of supplies and friendly staff!

They are pretty good. Dont go to far behind your payment they will lock ya container with another lock quick, which is fine with me. Once its paid its off the same day so thats kool. I have nothing bad to say. It was easy getting a unit on a Sunday. Prices are slightly higher than the regular competitors but you get more for what you are paying for. It has a gate, it has climate control and 24 hour access so its worth it.

It couldn’t have been easier to reserve a unit! Also the lovely ladies behind the desk were so nice and helpful! 24-hour access is just the cherry on top! More space for less money!!

Faith the store manager Helped me find a storage that was bigger and cheaper than the price I was going to pay for at both Uhaul and public storage she was super professional and would be the main reason I recommend EVERYONE to go to LIFE STORAGE ON JHANKE ROAD!!!! She assured and showed me and my wife that we would not have mice and other unwanted things in my storage and as I walked around the facility it was very clean from the front parking lot to the back of the storage lot. She also made renting a truck very fast and easy. She is the absolute reason for the 5 star review

I went to check out the storage options they have at the Jahnke Road location and Ciara helped me. She answered all my questions and was so sweet!

I would rate my experience a negative number if I could. I was very disappointed. I reserved a stage storage for a 7.5x 10 ft storage unit only to go and look at the unit to see a 3 ft pole blocking the entrance. Customer service would not offer a further discount on the storage unit and no other units that size were available, so I ended up having to rent with another facility. I was nevertheless extremely disappointed by the false advertisement, time wasted, and lack of remediation. I would not recommend this company. Customer service was not helpful.
