Stan & his staff are amazing - they are always so pleasant and knowledgeable. When I walk in the door or call, they know me by name. I work in customer service and its the little things like a smile, hello and have a great a day that make a big difference to me. And of course, I will always be a lover of Ben Moore paint products!!!

I ordered the paint online. Minor screw up because the branch the order went to couldnt fill it. This branch took care of things!

I go to Spectrum Paint often and have always had a good experience but today an older gentlemen who helped me was very rude am I’m not white sure why. I knew what color of paint I wanted but wasn’t sure of the line or finish and he seemed annoyed about that. Then once I texted my husband and figured out what to choose he just shrugged and acted angry. He even bumped into his co-worker and didn’t say excuse me or anything. Then when I checked out he just handed me the bag and said nothing. I love spectrum and Benjamin Moore paint and will be coming back because y’all have been great aside from today but if that’s how he treats customers that have to ‘trouble’ him with their ignorance on paint lines and finishes then he needs to get it together. Lol

I love Benjamin Moore paint and used to think highly of this store, but that changed the first time I encountered an angry, mean almost scary man who works here who I fear may actually be the manager. Every time Ive seen him, which involves multiple occasions, Ive witnessed him practically yelling at customers. On my last visit I was standing in line and he singled me out and yelled at me saying he didnt have time to help me. It wasnt personal, this man just doesnt like people. I will not return to this store.

These guys are the best. They worked with us to help us try to get the right colors picked out for our new house. We ended up not liking the primary color, so we brought all of our paint back and they worked with us to tint the paint to get it to a color we were happy with. You pay a little more for the Benjamin Moore paint, but once you see it on, you understand why.

The best of the best, always great service, knowledge staff and not only great paint but also good tools.
