Customer service was good. Too bad only one guy at the service desk and there were three other customers in line. The CSR even asked for help but the other, younger guy did not show up until 15 minutes later. It was a day to realize again, the younger generations understanding of immediate urgency for customers was not that important. Unbelievable! Kudos for the older guy multi-tasking and decent enough to keep cool. Four stars for him!! None for others!
