My first Brazilian wax!! I felt comfortable 100% from start to finish. I was nervous at first but my technician talked me through the process. I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all even with being exposed to a sensitive area of my body. She was knowledgable to my questions and made me feel comfortable. I was done in no time with little pain and no pain after. It was new and different to me but I feel comfortable enough to go back for a second round! Also it was very clean and sanitized between each guest! I highly recommend! I most definitely recommend for clients sensitive to razor bumps and shaving in general I’m high sensitive areas.

Got a brazilian and she didn’t finish the job and left a patch of hair there. Definitely not going back and why I hate european wax centers. Because they don’t care and you’re better off supporting a local business.

3rd visit update:Today i went in for my usual Brazilian which is 63 tipped my lady 10 thats 73 but the total pending is $87.60 I called and asked where the extra charges came from and she said well we only show 73. Thats not what it shows on my bank statement. Who did the other $14.60 go to or where did it come from. Not to mention the last visit I had which I also left a review about as well. Which I also updated because I ended up giving them another shot and they were kind about the situation so I came back this 3rd time. I just dont know about this place anymore. If I could post the screenshot I would.Update:After being upset and looking at other places I decided I really liked the environment there so I tried again and called around 930 they gave me another appointment. When I got there Ms Joanna, I think that was her name, was very pleasant and helpful. She didnt make me feel unwelcomed, uncomfortable, or awkward that I was upset about my situation. I really appreciate the gratitude given to me and Im and so glad I decided to give them another chance. Made my 3rd appointment today along with one for my mom because the environment and estheticians make it comfortable to keep going back.Original:Went for a Brazilian the first time about a month ago. I was scared but I felt comfortable with the lady I was with. Yesterday I got a call and said that my lady pulled out the day I was scheduled for my second Brazilian. They rescheduled me at 8:30 the next morning. At 7:30am they sent me a text saying my new appointment was canceled because that lady also called off. I drop my kids off to school by 8 and call them and was told there was nothing they can do for me if I couldnt get there in 15 minutes to meet with the only open person they had available. I found that absolutely ridiculous being that I live 27 minutes away. Unprofessional to me, maybe I wouldve felt better if I was accommodated but there was nothing they could do for me.

When I arrived for my appointment I had waited 20 minutes from the time it was supposed to start because my waxer was running late. Not only did she have the wax unbearably hot but it also got onto my clothing. When checking out I was not offered any consolation for my waxer being late and therefore throwing off my schedule. After this I probably will not return to this location and will go to St Johns Bluff.

I decided to try them out, everything went great the 1st visit.. I referred 2 of my friends as well.. All other visits have been a horrible experience, I came for bikini wax, and full face I get home to look at how it looks and not a difference. Called to complain and instead of a refund or some sort of compensation, all the front desk girls tell me is I am sorry your experience was not the best.. mind you I paid for a full year service for my underarms.. last visit I go in for my underarms wax, lady rudely rushed me out without letting see how the waxing came out. Not only that the front girls harass me over the tip because I felt I didnt have to leave a tip since I was so rudely rushed out of room, and the past couple of times I have been there I paid for a service and it was incomplete.. I go home to check underarms and of course they are not waxed correctly, again I called front desk to complain all they say I am sorry.. but what you fail to understand a simple sorry does not fix these errors, the pain I have to endure AGAIN, and worse now since its scattered hair, and the time you are taking away from me, I do work and I believe it is very unnecessary to have me come in twice in 1 week for the same service. I will be reporting this to the BBB AND I WILL BE SPEAKING WITH MANAGER AND IF NEEDED I WILL ALSO SPEAK WITH OWNER.. I would definitely like to get out of contract and take my money elsewhere

Love Riverside European Wax Center. The staff at the front desk is friendly and welcoming, they always greet me with a smile. Salma is amazing! She is punctual, fast, and does an awesome job. Additionally, she is funny and has a great personality, really makes the appointment fly by. Joanna, the manager, is caring and really ensures that her customers are pleased with their services. I absolutely recommend this place.

Vanessa or Corene are amazing. I faithfully get Brazilian and underarm waxes. The wax pass helps save too and to make your waxing experience that much easier invest in the product. I get the wash and the scrub. The pink or blue kind smells the best. I have so much of the old formula of the ingrown hair serum Im waiting to run out before I buy the new one.

First of all I would like to say that if your interested in a Wax to go try it out yourself. This was my experience and this is why Im giving this place a 3. A friend of mine who is an Aesthetician recommended me European Wax center. I made an appointment and when I get there the specialist didnt give me privacy to take off my clothing. Also she didnt provide me with a robe and didnt mention the complimentary wipes were in the restroom. For being my first time I would think that they would be a little more attentive. The lady was rushing with my service and left the room and only covered me with napkins. Now you have to think that I was half naked. After my serviced I paid and left gratuity. Once I told my friend about the experience she was shocked that they did such a horrible job and even apologized for recommending this place. She said other European wax center locations have better service then the one in Riverside plaza. Keep in mind this office is headquarters, the main office. I called and complained and the manager wasnt helpful with my complaint. They didnt seem concerned about the complaint. I felt like they were just blowing me off. The only thing she did was gave me extra points. I mean that didnt really help my complaint. So like Im saying go yourself to check it. Next stop will be Pretty Kitty.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I’ve been an EWC visitor for quite awhile. I love being able to use the passes at most locations I travel to. Today was the worst I’ve ever been treated. I showed up to my appointment less than the 10min grace period but the receptionist CLARISSA was on the phone and told me to wait. I waited patiently until she was done with the phone call. She finally checked me in and told me to take a seat because the aesthetician was running behind. It wasn’t until after some time had passed that she then tells me I can’t be seen because she checked me in 10min after my appointment. I then tried reminding her that I understand the grace period is 10min and I arrived before then, but she was on the phone and the aesthetician is running anyways so it shouldn’t matter. CLARISSA then got very flustered and rude telling me to “step aside” and “there’s nothing that can be done.” I then asked to speak to the manager but she said there wasn’t a manager on duty and she couldn’t get ahold of them. After asking multiple times for the manager’s number (which she said there wasn’t one), she miraculously remembered there was one “in the back office” and refused to give in to me. CLARISSA said the best she could do was submit a digital form and someone would reach out. When I asked to see the form she refused again, so who knows if anything was ever sent in. She tried blocking me from speaking to anyone but her. Hoping the manager, Joanna, will read this review and do something to fix it. The franchise owners should also be away that a rude and unqualified receptionist is representing their business.

The ladies are amazing here! But Im giving it three stars because online is says open until 9:30 pm and Im currently sitting outside the salon and it is closed. The door says they close at 8 pm. Its a bit frustrating to drive all the way to the salon and have it closed.

I always come here and try different girls the last two were hesitant to thin my eyebrows like I asked the other girl did it so I came back and this time the new girl didn’t know how to shape and thin them she just kept asking me if it was fine and I kept telling her to take some off and she had them looking the same I was so sad as my eyebrows didn’t look the same and looked horrible . I had to go to a threading place to get them fixed .

I went there today and I was seen by Isabelle 😍😍😍😍 😍 She is AMAZING!!!! Absolutely looooooovvvveeeedddd her. It was first Brazilian wax ever and she was patient understanding and help ease my nervousness!!!! She keep me laughing 😂 Definetly will be sticking with her 😁😁 thanks a ton girl!!!
