All the sales associates here are incredibly helpful and pleasant. There’s typically a pretty long line but that’s okay it’s not too bad. Interesting selection of makeup and body products. Excellent service at the salon. So glad they brought Ulta Beauty to this location!

The staff was extremely helpful. My fiancee needed some products and was helped by a very polite professional helpful staff member. While waiting I was approached by another staff member who asked me if I needed anything and I said well do you have any mens Hair gel she was very knowledgeable polite friendly and took the time to show and explain the different products they have for men. I totally recommend this place. Every single staff member there are absolutely awesome!!!.

First of all Im only giving 4 stars because they didnt have what I was looking for and Im petty sometimes. I must say the store was clean and well put together. The BEST thing about this Ulta were the people who work there! They were awesome ALL of them. They went out of their way to be helpful and they all had makeup and lashes for the GAWDS! Will definitely go here again and I suggest you all visit too....Just not on the same day I do #CROWDED

Super helpful staff. Even with covid, they were able to get my color almost dead on. All safety precautions were followed and I still walked out with everything I needed.

Fast and friendly, the parking in front of the building might be a pain. You might need to have a slight stroll to the building. The practice social distancing and cleaning . However I noticed a lack of stock for the most part . Particularly with the Dions products.

They had some of the things I needed, but couldnt help noticing the security guard started lingering around me and my mother seconds after walking in after being greeted by staff. This is the third time I felt like this at this ulta. He was just standing on the other side of the alse, like waiting for something to happen. I barely come to this ulta, but whenever I do, its always so uncomfortable. Idk if its cause were being profiled, but it was just upsetting.

First of all its after Christmas so everyone is going with gift cards in hand, but the line outside waiting to get in is like a ride at theme park. LONG. This particular store was messy, like it hadnt been dusted in awhile. I have NEVER been to an Ulta that has what I wanted in stock and Im not exaggerating. This store was no different. There was a really nice person who helped me look for the item but they never looked in the back or asked to see if I wanted the item ordered. I am slowly but surely weening Ulta out of my life. I go to brick and mortar stores to get what I want immediately and I cant with Ulta.

Great local cosmetics and beauty supply store. Staff is almost always super friendly and helpful. They carry a ton of brand name products and regular over the counter items. The consultants have always done a great job helping me find new brands and products I wouldnt have tried on my own, and loved most of it. Their return policy is excellent.

This was my first visit to an ultra beauty I had a salesperson help me find the product I need I havent had a chance to try it yet but Im hoping it does what they say

I believe his name was ricardo! He went avovr and beyond to help me find a product, the store was super busy, but he never made me feek like he was hurrying trying to get done with me and move on! It seemed like he genuinely wanted to help and makesure i got what I came for! I hope he sees this! I told him i woukd review back in September, sorry it took a while, bht hopefully this gets and gives proper recognition.

The staff was kind, but the security guard followed us throughout the entire store during our 15 minute trip. Being the only African Americans in the store it was evident that we were being racially profiled. Very uncomfortable experience and I don’t know if I’ll be back.

The people are friendly but the cosmetics I bought were useless and expensive. A 24.00 lipstick smelled and leaves a funny taste on the lips. A 14.00 pair of eye lashes cannot be used because the darn things do not stay on its messy to put on. And the bottle of make up sold to me leaves my skin chalky. Never had a problem before but this time .... Hummmm!!

The customer service with this company is very poor. I accidentally ordered the wrong color of a product. Went to the Riverside store to exchange. They said they needed an email confirmation of my online order. Even though they look up my rewards and know my name they are unable to see online orders. Long story short, I had to call their customer service, get an order number, go back through the long line and finally made the exchange for a product that cost under $20.00. I was then told I had to pay the tax which was $.19. The whole process took about half an hour. Ulta needs to get it together! I am going to try Sephora to see if they are more responsive.

Was very well organized and clean, but the security officer followed behind me the whole time I was there. Annoying and disappointing. I dont feel like I fit that discription. Oh wait. I mustve bumped my head! Im black!

Meh...The customer service is okay, Nothing to really brag about. They always seem to be out of products when I go there. Never stocked on the newest items that are put Put in the ads. Also, I became a platinum member and when you do that you are supposed to get a birthday palette, bonus points and perks. Never happened. Not even doubled points like promised. I even emailed the cooperate office to see if they could send me one, Perhaps there we a lot of birthdays in my month. Nope, They didnt send one either. All they could say was they no longer did a birthday palette and to keep an eye out for future coupons, Not even a freebie. After all the money I have spent there. So buyer beware, if they say you get a free palette & points, You wont. Just watch your account and see. Its a shame really.

I was so excited to finally have a ULTA around the corner from me! Super nice and clean and everything is easy to find. The manger was so nice and kept asking if I needed help with finding anything. Treated me like family. Definitely recommend this location!

I went there to get my hair and make-up done for a wedding. I left the store knowing that I will never be returning. The makeup artist used cheap products which made my face look so cakey. She didnt know how to do my eye makeup!!! And when I told her the thick eyeliner made my eyes look so droopy! She got so rude and told me she had other customers waiting. The hairstylist spent the whole time taking to the makeup artist about her ex boyfriends! No professionalism what so ever!!! I dont recommend this place for anybody.

My sister and I were in a while back. Both of us were testing perfumes because we were looking to buy and the security guard was watching me lol. I get it, Im 43 and I dress in jeans and convers. She finally gave in to her intense watching and walks right over to me and tells me about the sale going on. I laughed when she walked away and mentioned to my sister that she was making sure I wasnt stealing. And I was pleased she was doing her job, also used the sale she told me about! I guess I could have been annoyed that she was profiling me but nah, I know I look like I would steal. 😂

I purchased one item on a Saturday noon and was out of there within 10 min. I was there for a short time, but noticed that the place was organized and clean. Thank you Ulta.

Went to exchange an Anastasia Beverly Hills cream contour for the powder Contour. They made my transaction very easy and price matched for the price that I had initially received even though I had used a coupon. Everything seemed pretty organized even though they had just received their shipment.

Got my hair colored and it didnt take due to my hair being so over processed. They gladly saw me again to help get my hair to where it needed to be. I highly recommend the salon. They are professional and knowledgeable.

Needed more customer awareness. Not enough to go around in helping. When checking out and asked if I found everything ok, I expressed that I couldnt find a leave in conditioner, her sorry was insincere and did not offer to look for one or recommend one. Bummer.

My sweet boyfriend obliged me by accompanying me to this location a few nights ago. I love stores like ulta, sephora and even target or drugstore. I tend to get lost in looking at the product and ignore everyone else. My attention during this visit was on the product and my boyfriends silly and slightly annoying comments on what I should get. I unfortunately did not notice that we were followed our entire visit. I didnt bring a bag...just my wallet and phone. So Im not sure what made us look suspicious. In my experience, loss prevention in the retail business would also include offering customer service, which would also deter the theft of said products. My only verbal interaction was with the employee at the register(1. when we walked in and 2. when I paid). My boyfriend told me when we got home because he didnt want to ruin my time. I will not return to this location. So, I would not recommend this location as they seem to profile their customers and they do not offer any customer service to those that they profile. Best of luck out there to all the beautiful people...I hope you are treated with respect.

I love ulta but the security guard is too much . I always shop here and all she does is constantly follow me every single time I come and I work retail and I understand but its every time I come in. I could be grabbing a quick pick up and she is still making me feel uncomfortable.

I couldnt find a single thing I was looking for then when I went to use my $ accumulated via points (a lot I might add) for a 19$ bill (told you I didnt find what I was looking for) as i bought two back scratching washers for my hub and son...took 3/4 of my points. Their system is messed up. if you have a high dollar amount due to points and you want to pay for something small, you will lose that money. Now I have to go back and return and repurchase, just so I can retain my dollars (which I accumulate for hair svc).The other thing is...it is hard enough looking at a total catfish at the register, but when its a male...no-homophobe at all, but really?? I get it, but this guy had more makeup on than all of the women there, which obvi sparked from my 6 & 7 year olds as it confuses both my son and daughter, especially my son. I wont be returning to this location. Thanks but no Thanks!

Great store! Only issue is I’ve seen lots of sketchy activity around the store (homeless etc) and security (I assume) followed people around the store constantly it was weird! Made me so uncomfortable! The staff was super helpful though

It was my first time coming here and i hated it. i walked in and no one greeted me despite there being a group of employees right by the door. one girl looked directly at me then quickly looked away. along with that, the security guard continued to follow me around the store as if i was going to shop lift. he was not secretive about it, either, as he literally came beside me as i was looking at brushes. the only one that was polite was the girl at the register but everyone else was another level of rude. do //not// waste your time here, it’s better to make a drive to another store. my advice: don’t hire people that are only kind to those that look like themselves or those that dress more fancy.

If I could give it negative stars I would. Came to the salon blond highlights and first it was purple, then after she tried to fix it is was grey. At the end they just dyed the whole hair darker and made us pay for the original style. Said it was store policies and that nothing could be done.

Working with the staff has been an absolute pleasure. I will miss each and everyone of them and see them as my little Ulta family. This team is full of the sweetest/ smartass people I have ever worked with. I really love Ulta, and thought the employees were sweet and helpful. However, the security guard made me feel very uncomfortable like some of the other people mentioned. I hope someone will look into this and train him to be more discreet and helpful to well meaning shoppers. No woman wants to be ogled and followed throughout the store as they are spending some relaxing shopping time. I have not found this problem in any other store. I find that I avoid this Ulta because of this person, which is very sad.

I was not impressed with this Ulta at all. Couldnt find any help. Security guard kept starring at me if I was going to steal something. The customer service is awful atleast for personal experience. Im glad this isnt the Ulta I normally go to. Too busy staring at me that someone walked out with merchandise.

I went yesterday to do a balayage for the first time. I was scared that it wasn’t going to come out right, but Nikki did the most amazing job! My hair looks so healthy and it’s blended in so good.

Nikki is the Best hair stylist I have ever been to. She listens and advises. I have been coming here for a year now and my hair has never looked better. This is a nice small Ulta. The manager is not the best but I come here to get my hair done right.
