I have had the absolute best experience with Fremont. I live in Casper, but for my last two vehicles I have contacted Brad with Fremont and he has always done an exceptional job to find me the vehicle that I didnt even know I wanted! He and Adam Trujillo are patient, trustworthy, and truly care for their customer, even after the sale they continue to assist me and support me with any questions or concerns I may have. Although I live a couple hours away, I will never take my business elsewhere. Best and most trustworthy in the entire state of Wyoming!

I was working in town and my wife was hauling our horses out from Wisconsin. She was only going to be in town for 2 weeks. Our current truck had broken down and was being repaired 3 hours away from where we were staying. I decided it was time for an upgrade but didn’t wanna spend the price for a new truck. Not sure what kinda customer service I would get being 1000 miles from home and no way a local. My first contact with Fremont Chev fell short as i had a truck in mind and gave all the info to the salesman and promised a return call later that day or Monday. I didn’t hear from anyone for 5 days. The truck they had was one i was really interested in so i decided to reach out one last time. I was put in touch with a salesman named Robert Terry. He was by far one of the best customer service individuals i have ever dealt with when buying a vehicle. He listened to what i wanted, my situation and the time frame we had to do it in. It’s now Tuesday and my wife returns back home Friday night. I explained to him that if we couldn’t make the deal happen it wasn’t a problem. My other truck was fixed and ready to haul back home. Robert assured me that even though the truck had just come in on trade and hadn’t been inspected and service he would push it through and make the deal happen. Now I’ve purchased a dozen new vehicles in my time and know for a fact that its never a fast process so I didn’t have high hopes that this would get done before she left. Robert contacted me Friday morning and asked if we were ready to sign. I was amazed to say the least at the amount of effort it took to get all this pushed through. He is very good at what he does making you feel very comfortable with the buying process and overall what really took me back was his professionalism in the fact I didn’t feel like just another sale. I would definitely look Robert Terry up if you are ever in need of a vehicle or are just shopping. He seems to care about each customer individually and makes sure their needs are met. My coworker and daughter will also be buying from him in the next couple weeks.

I met with Robert Terry at approximately noon after listening to my explanation of what type of vehicle I was looking for Robert brought me a Ford Escape from the Ford store. We took it for a test drive and it was EXACTLY what I was looking for in a vehicle. I went back to work and by the time I was done at my job for the day, Robert and Nick Hughes had everything ready for me to sign. Nick was incredibly patient and explained everything and Robert was so great at listening to what my needs and wants were. Both of these guys need a raise! First time buying a GMC product. I can say that I am impressed with the truck I bought. Mike Stone,the salesman, was patient with all my questions and test drives of other GMC models. I ended up buying one off the showroom floor. Mike had no problems taking it out of the showroom and letting me test drive it. The buying experience was not bad. The sales manager ( cant remember his name) was very helpful in finding all the discounts he could on the vehicle. There was no pressure to buy anything, rather they let the product sell its self. I went in pre-approved from the finance company I had been using. Mike and sales manager found me better financing at a lower rate. Not many do that for you. Overall I think if you want a good car or truck buying experience, I dont thing you could go wrong at this dealership. I cant comment on service because I have had nothing to go there for yet. I am definitely going to be a repeat customer.

A year ago we purchased a GMC Acadia from Fremont, Adam and Jayson were fantastic and super easy to work with! I was very impressed with the service department. I went in for a Crystal Fusion treatment on my windshield. I was told I did not need an appointment. They were so quick and friendly. I travel from eastern Montana to deal with Fremont Motors.

We are from NC and had Chevy truck problems due to bad fuel from a local gas station. We were towed to the dealership. Because we were the second truck in a week to have fuel issues, they knew immediately what the problem was. The service manager made sure a wrecker was available, kept in touch into we were in his shop, found us a hotel, negotiated a better hotel rate, provide a loner truck and expedited the work. We loss only 1/2 a day. The service was the best.

Went in for oil change and service was excellent. They asked me if i needed a ride somewhere but i waited in lobby instead. All of the staff I encountered inside were so nice. They offered me water and helped me when I had questions. My car was washed when they were done. Great place to take a vehicle. Thank you Fremont Chevy!

There was no wait when I brought my car in for the appt and they were done with the diagnostic in 10 minutes. I was given information on what caused the error and instructions for if it happens if it occurs again.

At Fremont Chevrolet they work for the customer. My husband is employed there, but I was totally impressed when a few customers had issues with their new (used) vehicles and the Manager said get the vehicle in here and get it fixed! They were purchased as is no warranty and they fixed them anyway, that says volumes to me about their customer service! Dont take my word for it go check it out!
