This is my first Ford vehicle. Have had a few issues done at this dealer. This time an exhaust sensor went bad so I dropped it off for repair. The dealer appeared to have fixed the issue but upon picking up the vehicle, it hesitated so badly at 2 situations that I thought the vehicle was going to stall on me. Fortunately, it didnt because I was accelerating into traffic. I called the dealer immediately and took the vehicle back the next day. Indeed, they found another issue that somehow they missed during their test drive the first time around. Not sure how they could have missed that. Disappointed. They fixed it eventually.
It was horrible going there to just get a key made I was there at 5pm they close at 6 pm the guy behind the counter went to find someone to make the key and asked his boss if he could do it for me because it was the only key I have and it was broke the guy in the office said if he would have came 30 mins earlier he would done it. It dont take long to make a key lazy people there Im a District manager for my company if my guys had an hour left and someone had an emergency and my employee would have not helped them they would have been fired on the spot have a great day.
Service was fast and affordable. Was told it would take about an hour and a half but was done in less than an hour.
I have been going here for 20 years. Since it was Huntington. I have had the same salesman--Jim Bommarito because he has always gone above and beyond in treating me with respect and truth.
It took two weeks to get my appointment date then I found out that they no longer have taxi service so I had to find my way home that was hard to do
Absolutely fantastic mobile service for an airbag recall, from Mackenzie in scheduling, to Beau and his coworker as the mechanics. They even filled the tires, topped off the fluids, checked to make sure there were no check engine lights, etc. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Serra Ford Service Center, and would even drive out from Clinton Twp to Rochester Hills next time I need any service!
The customer service couldnt be any better. I had a situation with a tire and the manager took care of it immediately. I will never take my car to any other dealer.
Staff is courteous and level headed. Unfortunately cant see them smile right now, but you can feel they are. Worked well with what we had and made a better deal in the end.
If I would have known my car was going to be there 2 1/2 days I would have rented a car. And it took way to long for me to find out what as wrong. The employees were friendly and I didnt like the way I was charged with no discounts. I live from check to check. And can not live without my car. And when I called I would have liked a timely response. I understand being busy but that was rediculious.
Dropped off our Toys for Tots and tested the new Edge, we liked it and will get a new one when our lease is up.

These guys did a great job on a airbag recall. replaced the unit in my driveway. Took a half hour and very professional.

Seemed friendly....didnt get back with diagnosis in a timely fashion. If youre not under warranty dont waste your time because they will stick it to you price wise. Lets just say I got a quote for $3000.00 on a sunroof repair and took it elsewhere for $650. Ridiculous!
