I took my car here today after having a botched oil change done elsewhere. The oil change place (Valvoline) left an underside panel hanging from my car. The guys at A’s took me in immediately without an appointment and fixed me right up. I was back on the road within 20 minutes, free of charge. They were honest and told me that the filter Valvoline sold me looked like it had been used before as well. The lady on the phone from A’s who I spoke to was super friendly and personable and both mechanics I had interface with at A’s were knowledgeable, personable, and professional. Needless to say, I will be back! A’s has earned my future business and I will happily recommend them out to my family and friends! Thank you for taking care of me today, A’s!

Gary, Laurie, and Leonard were AMAZING! They were able to find me a new door in the exact same color. The time they spent to ensure my car was fixed in a timely manner was greatly appreciated. I was expecting to have to pay a fortune due to not filing an insurance claim but I was wrong! I’m so thankful for all of their help and will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know!

My Ford Fusion got hit by a deer. I brought my car to this collision shop because my Insurance agent recommended it. NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME HERE. My car was deemed totalled on Friday. I called them on Friday to let them know I am in Nashville for the weekend and will be picking up my items from my car Monday after work. I come at 5:15 p.m. and the RUDE lady at the front tells my my car has already been picked up after I called her on Friday to tell her I am coming on Monday and she said that works great. She then proceeds to tell me there guy looked through my car and didnt find anything which was the BIGGEST LIE. I had work materials in the back and items in the glovebox along with my Wifes raybands and my air pods. This place is a SCAM and I advise EVERYONE TO NEVER USE THIS PLACE.

One of the fiest body shops Ive ever dealt with. Capable of the same quality of work as many supposed, higher end shops that charge significantly more. Great company to work with. Excellent staff across the board to with. Highly recommended.

Terrible customer service. They some how didnt see any personal belongings in the car that were expensive items and then sent our car to the junk yard. Could not provide us where the car went or any phone numbers. Spoke to us extremely unprofessionally.

This place made my car accident repair experience as easy as it could be. They were helpful, knowledgeable, dealt directly with the insurance company with very little involvement on my part, really took care of everything. The car came out flawless, they also detailed the inside and it’s spotlessly clean on the outside, like a brand new car! They also provided me with a loaner car while they worked on it. Couldn’t be happier with the overall experience, only thing better would have been to never have gotten in the accident to begin with!

Ive brought my car to A Auto Point twice, and I had a great experience both times. They provide a rental car while they are working on your car, which is great if you dont have rental insurance. Customer service was excellent. My car had significant body damage, but looked good as new when I went to pick it up. I would (and have!) recommended it to others.

They had my car for over two months. Told me several dates Id be able to pick it up and kept changing it to a later date. Told me several times theyd call me back about updates and never did. I would not recommend this place to anyone for a car repair.

I got my BMW repaired at this facility to fix minor impact. Yes, it was minor. Simple repair has out to be science project and they billed iinsurance company almost $6k. They replaced head light which was in perfect condition. When. I asked for a part back, I got only the cover, not the bulb which is more expensive part.If you have foreign car dont to take to these guys. Look for more qualified collision shop

Gary was super helpful! He went above and beyond. I wasn’t sure what the next steps were in fixing my car. He not only was able to tell me, but he called around to find the parts I needed even though he wasn’t comfortable doing the job himself (I replace the airbags, and did a lot of the work myself already). If I ever need work done again I will definitely be going back!

Very friendly staff, and they seem very honest. I have had two vehicles repaired there in the last 2 years. Both cars were completed on time and the repairs were perfect. I was very pleased with their paint work - one of my vehicles required a complete repaint - now it looks just like new. Highly recommended. Their free loaners are not exactly luxury cars, but they are free - thats hard to beat.

The car was returned very clean inside and out. They worked well with my insurance company and my deductible was waived. They also made good on a lifetime repair warranty and fixed a dome light that was not properly repaired the last time I had my car in. The repair estimate was one week, it ended up taking 12 days, but the free loaner car was nice, so it didn’t bother me much. They replaced my liftgate. it does not shut smoothly, (Max says it can be adjusted). They replaced my rear bumper, I was hoping the color would blend more smoothly wih the rest of the car.

I needed an estimate for my insurance and had it within an hour of calling. They had a technician available right away even during lunch hours. The staff was helpful was didnt talk down to me when I wasnt sure how the process worked. Also the waiting area was very clean and inviting.

I took my Buick in to have my rear door and quarter panel fixed after it was smashed. They did a great job and had it turned around quickly. The door and paint job came out looking like it was brand new. They even touched up a scrape on my bumper. If you like great service and supporting a family owned business I highly recommend them.

Awesome! I needed some body damage work done on my car and drove around getting estimates. Theirs was definitely the lowest. They told me it would be done in four days, but it was actually completed in three! Wow! It looks so good now. Theres no way anyone would ever be able to tell that there was a big old rusty scratch across my car before. I had a window that wouldnt roll down, and they fixed that for free. Plus, they cleaned the inside of my car. I will definitely use their services again and I will happily recommend them to others.

I came in for an estimate on a large piece that was broken on my undercarriage and they said they would need to look into it by first lifting it up in their garage. So I said that was fine as I was working during the day anyways. They personally dropped me off at my work which I thought was very nice of them.When I got back to the shop they had already fix it! I didnt even have to tell them. Now I know most would like to have at least a confirmation of the quoted job to see what it would cost beforehand. And honestly I would have preferred it but when they said all it cost was $30 for the work they did, I was trilled, so I didnt mind. Overall, getting my car fixed in the same day for that cost was amazing.

I brought in my 2017 fusion after someone rear ended me. My rear end wasnt falling off, but was not in great shape.It took them 6 weeks to get the car fixed. I had to call them nearly 3 times a week and they kept saying it would be ready, but always had another excuse for delaying it the next day. They didnt have parts available for a very modern, new car which delayed it inconspicuously even further.After getting the car back, things were clearly not reassembled properly. The window was not air tight anymore and the rear heater didnt work well either.Look elsewhere for a more professional and efficient body shop.

Most collision shops DO NOT offer loner vehicle so I was very happy that I was offered a complimentary loaner, no matter the extent of its used condition. I can’t say how pleased I am with the work that was done to my vehicle. I would have been nervous by any shop working on my vehicle as I really take pride in my vehicle and proud of the condition I keep it in. But upon picking up my vehicle and looking it over I wanted to dance. Thanks guys for doing such an immaculate job repairing the damage.

Hello, I just read a questionable review and was shocked. This place has helped many. They have free loaner cars and for those without rental is invaluable and have numerous cars available. They have helped my folks and my cars and focus on real issue with the problem. They have knowledge as to what they do and community benefits from it.I do not know why/how someone could say anything but the best in service as well as work for collision work and also mechanical auto repairs!!!

WHAT A SCAM!!!I guess I should have known better and looked at these reviews before I ever put my foot in this SHADY joint.I was given an estimate which was reasonable compared to other shops that I was quoted so I decided to use them. Long story short, I decided to just get the dent popped out and touched up and pre-paid and got the receipt for the job. (I was not offered the estimate report and I didn’t think of it since I had just made a simple deal, MY MISTAKE). When I went to pick up the vehicle I noticed the touch up was not done so I called next day and I was told that was never the deal. I went to the shop to sort this out and I asked to see the estimate and got a copy which clearly shows that it was altered after my complaint of paint being not touched up.I tried to speak with the owner Gary who never came on the phone and conveyed the message though the workers that “We are DONE with this job”.This is my first WORST experience and I will sure to look at the reviews before I do anything now on!Check out YELP reviews too.

I highly discourage anyone from buying a used car from this collision repair shop. I found them because I was searching for a used car in the private party sale section of Craigslist. The price seemed great, so much so that I didnt even try to negotiate down. I was willing to pay the asking price. The owner never disclosed in the Craigslist posting, nor by e-mail, nor by phone that the car had been in a rear end accident with over $6k worth of damage. I was only clued into this fact just a few hours before I had planned to see the car in person, when I googled the address given to me and found this listing: A collision repair shop. So anyone buying a car from the shop should probably assume the car they are buying has been in a collision. What also annoyed me and ultimately made me walk away from the deal was the following:1. The seller would not allow me to have the vehicle inspected at a Hyundai dealership less 15 minutes away. Basically, it was too much of a hassle for him. Whats somewhat comical, is that the seller offered that I could bring my own mechanic or have one of his shop mechanics inspect the car at his shop. Both of these proposals are unrealistic because of the following: Fist, I dont have a trusted mechanic in my pocket that I can call up. Second, why would I trust his own mechanics, working for him, to tell me there are problems with the car THEY repaired? A laughable proposal indeed.2. The seller acted like he was doing me favor3. After I saw the car, the seller sent me multiple e-mails trying to get my credit card information for a deposit to hold the car. Asking for a deposit to hold a car is not in and of itself is not unusual; however the e-mails I received were super shady in that they did not specify how much he would charge me for the deposit. This was the entirety of the first e-mail I received We will need a credit card for deposit to hold the vehicle. and then the second I will need a credit card number to hold this car. Those are not quotes from e-mails; those are the whole e-mails.4. The vehicle was listed in a private party section of Craigslist. The seller was a dealer.5. When I asked to see the completed RD-108 form (the bill of sale, you can google it), I never heard back from the seller. I suspect he would have wanted to charge me documentation fees, and who know what other fees...

Terrible experiene with them! I would never recommend them!I purchased a 2009 Chrysler Town & Country from Bob Cook of Rochester Motors. Bob and Gary (the owner or manager of A Auto Point), have a business relationship together. Not sure exactly what their relationship is, but Bob is allowed to place his vehicles for sale on the A Auto Point lot. A Auto Point does the body work and other automotive repairs? Bob showed me the van in June 2016. The air bag was missing when shown to me, but it looked like a pretty good deal. I had previously purchased 2 vehicles from Bob Cook within the last 12 months and I had zero problems! So I totally trusted Bob. Obviously this was a mistake. I know these vans are notorious for having worn out ball joints, tie rods, rusted out rotors.. etc., so I asked Bob to double check all this because I didnt want to buy it and drive straight to Midas and spent another $1500. Bob assured me everything was good. But then what I was expecting to be a 2 or 3 day wait for the van, turned into 60 days. I would have given up on the deal, but I had such great success on the 2 previous purchases worked out so well. I trusted him and tried to be patient.After buying the van, I noticed all the music stored on the hard drive skipped every 15 seconds. For this I just assumed it was something they did not catch. But after a couple of days driving I also noticed the brakes were not right. Then a day or 2 after that I tried to put the stow n go seats into the floor. None of the seats fit into the floor properly! And the large back seat would not even release from the locking mechanism. I took it back to A Auto Point and they turned the rotors, replaced the pads and charged me for it. Again, I wasnt going to make a big deal out of it. Maybe it was something else they missed upon inspection. BTW: This is a salvage vehicle. The only guarantee I had was Bobs word that he had it all checked out.So they did fix the seats, no charge, but said there was nothing they could about the hard drive skipping. Their mechanic Russell told me I would need to talk to Bob about that.Ok so a couple of days after that repair I realize the rear a/c was not coming out, the in-dash dvd would not play and the dvd entertainment system had no power. So then I started worrying. It did not seem like they checked out anything on this van!!It got worse... I dropped the van off on 8/18. Then I called every other day for status for the next two weeks. It was becoming apparent that Bob and Gary had some kind of rift between them and that both were refusing to look at the van. After the first week the dealer Bob Cook, stopped returning my calls and texts. Bob was my contact, but since he was unreachable I tried contacting A Auto Point for an update. When I got there I asked for Gary. When Gary talked to me he tried to prentend he didnt know who I was or what the situation was. I politely told him, enough is enough! Are you going to look at the van or not? The next day Gary called me back to say there was a missing tube in the rear a/c, and so the air was blowing into the cavity. Good news! Something easy and cheap to fix! Unfortunately, it took him another 8 days to fix! Apparently they wanted Bob to go buy the parts. So again they sat around waiting for Bob. They got the van on 8/18/16. Gary just called me back yesterday 9/6/16 to say they were done! (19 days!!!!!!!)As I drove the van away from there, I could see the engine light was on, the display panel said GASCAP, and the airbag light was on. Gosh, all of these could be really minor problems. But would anybody reading this post have the courage to return it back to them again? 3 Weeks to fix one issue with the a/c!!!!Bob Cook told me he had somebody else that would look at the DVD, the hard drive and the DVD entertainment system, however the sad problem is he is not returning my phone calls again!!So in a nutshell.. all I can say is STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I found this shop because the owner was selling a car on Craigslist. Firstoff, the owner listed the car as having a clean title when, in fact, it had a rebuilt title and he didnt tell us until we had driven an hour and a half to see the car. Shady. Secondly, the owner refused to let us take the car to get it independently inspected claiming that it was a waste of his time (even though he didnt have to be there or spend a single moment dealing with it). VERY shady and makes me wonder what he didnt want us to know about. Maybe these guys do good work. But I wouldnt trust the owner any further than I could throw him. As of today, that car has been languishing on Craigslist for over 28 days now, even though the price is out of this world. Thats a pretty clear indication that Im not the only one who has the good sense to avoid such a sketchy deal.
