The tire recommendations, service and price of my tires was great. I wish they had asked if I wanted the tire replacement certificate before automatically adding $100 to my bill (I probably wouldve gone with it anyway). It felt like they were trying to slip something past me.

Baby needs shoes...I called him back and apologized, tires grip the road better AND now my speedometer reeds right, according to those Your Speed Is before they were off, when my speedometer said 45, the sign read 49mph. That means whenever I set the cruise control I was speeding. 4 @ 45 who knows what at 55 or 70.THANKS JERRY

Always the nicest guys to work with, I set up a appointment on line and when I got there they got me right in, fixed my flat at no charge even though there were people buying whole sets of tires they didnt bump me back. As I watched them with other customers, they were just as plesent with everyone and this was on a Saturday a very busy day for them. Their whole team is great. I will not go anywhere else.

Bought a set of tires online and booked a 8:15am appointment as it said it will save me time. A day before my appointment I get a call to reschedule it to 12:15 pm the same day. I reach at 12:07pm and it is 1:10pm and my car hasnt been pulled in the bay. If you have an online appointment system, either it is broke or you cant manage it. Dont waste your time here.

Went to the store for a tire patch at about 445pm on a Friday. Quickly seen and assessed. I was able to stay on my car while a very friendly and attentive staff worked. Was on the road again by 510pm. All at no cost! Great team and great experience.

Excellent work,competent and friendly staff.But I agree entirely with the reviewer about appointment times.a timed appt means they will get to you as quick as they can.I booked an appointment on line for my Wife and was told I had booked it for the day before.Impossible to do.It would have been better if they owned up and said they were overbooked and would it be possible to book it another time.But the work cannot be faulted.

Professional, friendly, no high pressure up-sell. I like doing all my tire work at Discount Tire so any warranty repairs (leaks, punctures) can be handled from one place. Book your appointment ahead online as they are usually busy.

As I sit here and had a 10am appointment now its 11 and I am staring at 4 open bays and nobody is doing anything. This is the last time I will spend my money here. It seems the people coming in for the free air get more service than the people who just spent $1,200 for a new set of tires!!

The sales team and installers at the Rochester Hills location were kind, knowledgeable and efficient. Will recommend people I know to go to this location.

Got a great deal on set of 4 tires. Beat the price of Costco and gave us better tires to boot. Finished the job 15 minutes early and texted me right away. Friendly desk staff.

I am very pleased at the professionalism and courteous staff here. I had a tire blow out and they were quick to assess the tire and get a new one for me in a very timely manner and assured me they would not break the bank to do so. The place was like a well oiled machine from check in to check out. While sitting in my car while they were working on it they explained everything in detail what they were doing. Thanks again. Just as customer service. I’m a returning customer and bought all my tires at this location. Just came in for a flat tire. Caught a nail in the road. They turned me away. All bays open with one car in and they turned me away because I didn’t have an appointment. I had a flat tire. A FLAT. TIRE! They couldn’t just put the spare on and send me on my way or fix it real quick. These businesses are NOT hurting. I’ll take all my new business elsewhere

Dropped our truck off for a set of tires. Called the next day and were told all done, ready to be picked up. When we got there to pick it up, they hadnt even started putting the tires on. Not amused.

Even though that i had no appointment (didnt know i had to have one to fix an air leak) they squeezed me into the shop. No charge at all to fix the leak. Only downside is that I had to wait an hour.

Had to wait a little while but it was well worth the wait. The service was spectacular. I shall definitely be a repeat customer whenever my tires need servicing. Outstanding job.

This store is a joke. 5 people in line and the keep answering the phone. No service. I have an appointment that I made a week ago and they would rather answer the phone the honor there word. Will definitely go to bell tire or the dealership next time. Way to go Discount tire for closing the other store a giving up on service.

Theyre online scheduling is convenient but still has to wait for quite some time however my experience with Micky and Tina was amazing. They are so kind and professional. The best part - my tire was repaired free of charge!

Being in the retail business for years, I can say that Im truly impressed. The assistant manager, Coty, delivered outstanding customer service! If youre in the market for some new tires at a great price, Id highly recommend this gentleman. Because it was an emergency, he even went in the shop and put my tires on himself. This place is run quite poorly. I dropped in one day and was told to make an appointment and return another day, which I did. When I returned, I waited for almost two hours while other customers showed up after me and were seen before me.Running late for other plans, and feeling a bit unappreciated, I asked for a refund so I could leave. The manager came out of his office and hurled some condescending, insulting comments my way and required me to insist repeatedly that he just give me my money back so I could leave. I tried hard not to respond to his disrespect and fortunately I was able to leave without issue.After reviewing the receipt at another Discount Tire, it turns out that they also lied and told me that the tire I bought matched one I purchased just a couple months prior. Turns out that it wasnt even the same tire. Avoid this place at all costs.

Went back for their recommended 6000 mile tire rotation. Picked up my car and saw that they had scratched up one of my wheels with their air ratchet. Sure, my car is 22 yrs old but its obvious I baby the thing--very disappointed they treated my baby that way. My 1996 Acura did not deserve such a brutal touch. Ouch. I cannot recommend this store.

Went in recently for wheel balancing when Kory indicated a potentially hazardous tire condition which could have caused a catastrophic failure leading to potential injury and/or death. 2 tires were pretty bad and could have failed at any time. I needed tires. Typically of late I have been ordering tires on line, but Kory was able to cut me a deal on some nice Michelins for a dollar a tire less than a big on line resource.These young guys ran this store like a well oiled machine despite being pretty busy. Due to the Wuhan, they had a system where you were greeted, registered and given a place in line where you waited in your vehicle till being directed into a service bay limiting exposure. Very Smart! The Techs working looked like NASCAR pit crews, these were some hard working, efficient young guys and very courteous. I was very impressed and will only be shopping this Discount Tire for my future tire needs.

Not impressed...went there to show the dry rot on my 2000 mile tires that I purchased from them...They never once tried to quote me a new set of tires...what?

Great experience. I arrived late to my appointment, they still got me in. Had an issue with a tire leaking air and they patched it with no charge. Lobby was clean with spaced out seating. Will definitely return when I need to purchase new tires. Worked with Andrew, he was polite and professional.

Had my wife take the SUV to this location. I was told by some friends that this tire shop knows how to work on all makes and models.They did not know how to take out standard Mercedes bolts off. 17mm socket. They claimed the chrome cover Mercedes puts ontop of their galvanized bolt was warped.Took it to another shop and tires were all replaced with no headaches.

The staff is courteous and they are always trying to help.

Stopped in to have them one of my tires for a slow leak. The service was quick and friendly. Gerry treated me as if I was part of his family. He looked me up in the system updated a couple of items and gave me attention as if I were buying a set of 4 premium tires. Again, I just had a slow leak in one tire. He took my info and walked me out to the car and looked the tires over. Said it would probably take about 1/2 hour and I would be out of there. Well, they found a screw in the tire, fixed it, and had it back to me in 1/2 hour. All of this was a no charge! I left a tip for sure and reminded myself that this friendly knowledgeable service is why I have been going there for 15 years.

Took care of my tire problem and even got me into the shop before my appointment time and on my way quickly. IThe shop is clean and set up to deal with social parameters during covid.

They said it would take about 45 minutes and it took almost exactly 45 minutes they were very friendly and very fast.

This location is great! I was in the market for new summer wheels and tires so I came to discount tire. I was helped by Trevor who worked with me on getting the right wheels, making sure the fitment was correct. He made sure I was informed every step of the way from initial contact, ordering, shipping, communication, and final install. They helped me get the wheels that I love, tires that are great value, and a helped with getting me the best price and discounts that were available. My tire issue was taken care of, in an efficient manner, and each of the workers appeared to be industrious and serious about his job. I would give it a 5-star eating if I didnt have a 1 hour wait, but many people were ahead of me.

I stopped in at 8am this morning and was extremely happy with the service. I needed a tire repaired, and they had me done and out the door in just 30 minutes. No pressure at all to buy an unnecessary tire, just sent me on my way with no charge for the repair. Definitely would recommend this location.

Got my tires for cheaper price than on tirerack by 7 dollars a piece. Tires are balanced well and the car rides great. Lots of customers on the day of my install and they told me 3 hours wait time so i knew what i was getting into. They offered me to make an appointment and come back Saturday for a 30-45 minute install, which would have been great, but i needed the tires that day. Actual wait time was about 2 and a half hours. They were handing keys back to customers every 10-15 minutes it seemed like.

The people were nice, the value was great for the tires. I was a bit disappointed because I bought tires then had to get an alignment. When I did they told me I needed suspension components that required almost double the price of the tires. Not their fault, but finding basic safety issued before selling tires would be helpful in decision making. If you have any questions you should get a safety inspection before buying tires.

Parking is impossible but I got lucky and found one open spot. The shop is professional and I spoke with a nice gentleman who set me up. He went out to my car to check the tire size. After ordering my tires he said I should expect a call when the tires come in.In the meantime I also checked Belle Tires prices. It turns out I didnt even need new tires. The guy at Belle Tire actually checked my tires and recommended I wait a few months before replacing them because the wear wasnt bad and they were still good.I never received that call, and I wont be answering or coming back.

The guys at Discount Tire are always great. I have been taking my vehicles to them for years. They dont try to force you into products you dont need like some other tire shops, always having your best interest in mind. On top of that, they offer some free routine services and competitive pricing on the rest.

I placed a phone order for a tire that is listed on their official website for $193.95 and when I got to the store for service the salesman tried charging me $293.95! I showed the saleman the website on my phone and he tried haggling with me rather than honoring the website price. I had to make it clear that I wasnt paying above the price listed on the website before the salesman made the necessary adjustment. They wont get anymore of my business and Id definitely recommend anybody else steer clear of their blatant price gouging.

This is the ONLY location Ive found to correctly balance performance wheels. Ive tried numerous of locations and businesses all with mixed results, but time and time again DT in Rochester Hills never disappoints. Even though its quite some distance from my home I will travel to ensure my balancing is done properly by true professionals.
