I have been coming to this garage since 2000 I travel all the way from Hilton, NY that’s over 30min if traveling one way and drive by at-least 8 car repair shops. The owner is honest and very knowledgeable of what he is doing. They are down to earth and interactive with the customers. I trust them with all my vehicles and will continue to recommend them to other.For the ppl that say there cars had issues after work being done here, I mean honesty your car was possibly on its last limb anyways and just happened to be a coincidence, so man up and don’t blame a business that’s been around and in the community for over 35plus years

The Owner is a rude and combative individual. Took car for simple signal light repair . Returned to shop to be told car won’t start and key won’t release from ignition. And the lies just piled up . Send these fellas packing back home . Disgrace .

Ive been going to C&C auto since I was 17 years old. Im almost 45 and they havent disappointed me not once. From oil change to tires, brakes and rotors. You name it, theyve done it. Amazing people, amazing service!

If you need a sincere mechanic to work on your car this is the place. I have been with C&C auto service for years. They will tell you if they can do the work or not how much approximately will cost and if their is something they can not do they might even direct you where to. I am satisfied they are very professionals.

Rude customer service via phone. I called to inquire on a service as I was directed to this company from my insurance provider. The representative that answered the phone was incredibly rude and had told me there was no way I was provided their contact info by my insurance since they’d stopped offering the service years ago.I won’t be considering this company for any future services, incredibly unprofessional.

I’m very disappointed, this was my second time going back. I believe in second chances, I had an oil change 2weeks ago paid 40. I have no oil in my van what so ever, I mean it’s dry and this is the second time that this has happened smh.... The first time was with my 2008 Honda Accord and now it happened with 2005 y Honda odyssey. I don’t have a leak, I just took it to a mechanic and everything was legit. Just sad how this happened to me twice

Poor customer service! I all need was inspections....he charged me $64.80 for all this extra service I dont need. One wiper for the driver side for $15, and since I told him I dont need the breaks change jus tire rotations with he said to me $10 but ended up charging $24 because I told him I dont need the breaks. If he had told me this from the first point I would of go somewhere else.

Fantastic customer service! I called yesterday morning to have my snow tires mounted. Needless to say this was very last minute on my part. They were very accomodating when I could not find another place in town that was able to do this today. I stopped my vehicle off and it was done within the hour. They were very busy and still made time to take care of each customer. They were more than reasonably priced! Thank you guys again for helping me out during the last minute Rochester snow!

Was very rude overcharges a job when I went to go get an inspection sticker first thing he said youre going to need tires ask him how much are tires he was going to charge me 120 for each tires told him I can go somewhere else to get them he said if you go somewhere else dont ever come back here for an inspection.

Came in for a last minute oil change, needless to say they were very busy but they got it done and I was out of there in less than 10 minutes.
