We purchased a Modern Platform Frame yesterday. We visited the store several weeks ago and the salespeople were helpful with selecting a solution we needed. They were not pushy during the sales process even though we didn’t make a decision that day. We were quoted a price of $199.99. When we purchased yesterday, we were initially given a price of $249.99. I told Chris about the previous verbal quote made by a different sales rep and he immediately honored the less expensive price. No hassles. This was most appreciated. They also made paying very easy with Apple Pay.

Went in on a Saturday looking for a mattress. Christopher was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. We were able to find a mattress in a very short time and he helped with the price as we didnt need a foundation. Very happy!

We went in looking for a bed for our 3 year old and I must say the level of service we were presented with was nothing short of perfect. The sales associate Casey was very kind and patient with our son as he pulled out and let our son try multiple beds, even putting ones back down that he had already tried until our son finally landed on the one he really liked. Casey was just great very helpful and he was very nice 😊 if I need another mattress Ill go back to mattress firm and I will let people know just how they take advantage of the handicap and probably the elderly to both myself and my friend are handicap in wheelchairs they wanted to charge my friend 75 dollars just to bring it inside the house Im not sure if I will go back to them?🤦🤷

Went today to buy a bed and was very impressed at not only the beds but the prices and the very nice guy Chris who waited on us. We visited the Rochester Mattress Firm location on a whim. We’d just finished dinner nearby and had 10 minutes before the store closed to quickly go look at twin mattresses and box springs for bed frames we just got. Promising to be quick and not keep him late, Cameron was super patient! He explained the difference between the various mattresses and, while what we were looking for was for a guest room and would rarely be used, why spending slightly more would lead to long-term savings and satisfaction.He was so great we ended up looking for a new mattress for our master as well. What started as a quick, look-and-see visit turned out to be a three-mattress (plus two box springs) purchase. Our entire house will be sleeping much more soundly and comfortably, thanks to Cameron!

I made this order on the internet and not in the store. The Matress is the one I ordered and the Matress is great so far. But when I ordered it it had a six week lead time I was ok with that. The day before it was scheduled for delivery the date gets pushed back a month. Thats annoying why did you have to wait until the before?Fast forward to 10 weeks since I ordered my Matress guys show up they are nice professional and efficient. Old matress gets thrown out into the front lawn new box springs go up new matress comes in and... Its frozen solid so it wont fit up the stairs. Delivery driver calls his boss, the matress will have to thaw before it can go upstairs. They will have to schedule another driver to come and bring it up. I have to call the local store and set up delivery. Why couldnt the delivery boss make the call or call me with a date?Associate at local store tells me he cant send new people out until the drivers get back to the wearhouse (The drivers are 2 states from home and its snowing outside) but if they make it by 5 hell call me and see what he can do probably Wednesday or Thursday. If not hell call me the next day and hopefully hell be able to get someone out. My bed old is now gone, and its going to be several days before someone can move the new one the last 10 feet to my bedroom thats annoying.So we could have a place to sleep that night my girlfriend and I carried the matress up the stairs ourselves.

The costumer service was inviting, friendly and polite. He made us feel welcomed and answered all of our questions. He let us try out all the mattresses and advised us on each one we were interested in.

Had to travel out of state to pick up mattress with the understanding that due to the inconvenience mattress firm would throw in a mattress protector. 4 months later i get an email stating it was cancelled, i called they said their mistake they will ship one to me. Again I had to go and pick it up. Very frustrating regardless of covid or not.
