I had my Audi Q5 serviced yesterday and it was a very smooth transaction. I was warmly greeted upon arrival, they took my car in right away, there were multiple places to sit and wait if you wanted to watch tv, work or have a snack. It was a nice environment that I was able to get a lot of work done in a short time plus that had Starbucks coffee. Everyone there was very nice and seemed interested in me & my needs.

Issue required a part delivered overnight, but was provided a brand new loaner vehicle, and staff helped me fix a balance issue and a bracket on the rear facing mirror. Car runs great, and an fair dealership to work with. Just wished the Audi A/C Air filters lasted longer.

On 8/13 I joined the Audi family and got a ‘21 A5 coupe. It was a dream come true. I had been wanting to get one for over a year, and my stars/hard work finally aligned for me. I worked with Allison Avery, and she was great! We contacted each other via email, she didn’t play a bunch of games and attempt to upsell me. She gave me a good, solid deal and trust me, I did extensive research To make sure it was legit. I had to drive an hour and a half from syracuse, so I really appreciated how she had all the paperwork ready to be signed. The worse thing when going car shopping is having to wait long for service. She had me in and out in about 20 minutes. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and I look forward to doing more business with her in the future when my lease is up! I bought my used Audi a couple months ago and love it. I had to use the service departs twice now for minor issues and they have been great about getting right in. They are friendly, efficient and I really appreciated the service people both times coming to update me on how much longer it would be. The waiting area is very clean with comfortable seating and work stations with free coffee and soft drinks. My experience with the buying process and service so far exceeds my expectations. I just wish I bought an Audi through them years ago.

They had THE BEST pricing within a 300 mile range. Allison Avery was my sales rep and could not have been easier to deal with. Everything was simple, they didnt try to sell you everything under the sun in terms of warrantees (just asked once and moved on). Id recommend this dealership group to everyone as my previous car was a Honda from right next-door.

I think the best experience is having a single point of contact, Even if your call goes to VM Paul will always call you back within 15 minutes. When your Vehicle is ready you get a text, I stop in at Pauls office and he goes over everything and even handles the payment. The Porsche Service department is outstanding.

Great Service! I set up loaner car for my service. The loaner was ready when I arrived. Oil change and $10,000 mile check up was completed on time and rear windshield wiper issue taken care of without charge. Very nice and friendly service!

Danelle assisted me with my first Audi oil change and she did an amazing job. She is very professional and took her time explaining all details for services due, and made sure all my questions were answered as well. She is great to work with ! I was out in less than an hour and was happy that I was able to work with a representative who is caring and provides quality service.

We had our car into the Audi dealership last summer to get the coolant checked based on the recommendation from a mechanic and smell of antifreeze. They pressure tested and said it was fine and nothing was wrong despite the smell. Less than a year later we had it in for an oil change and the mechanic saw evidence of a coolant leak so I brought it back to the Audi dealer, with the same question. They miraculously found a leak, now that it’s out of warranty, and refused to honor the claim from last summer. Needless to say I am very upset and disgusted at how they handled this situation and how they did not honor the repair that should have happened last summer. We will not be returning to that dealership and will not be purchasing another Audi.

I would avoid this dealer. Traveled all the way from new jersey and is nearly impossible to get in touch and is on vacation every time i call. Tells me to drive with a expired tags. Pretty nasty experience with a spending of 120k. Brand new car had damages and would waste your time to the max and would not care. Thanks for nothing. Porsche of Rochester was easy to work with and extremely friendly. They got my Porsche in on the pre-determined schedule, troubleshooted and remediated an oxygen sensor notification thru the OBC that resulted in no cost remediation, and lastly got a needed oil change completed. All within a reasonable time period. Zach looked up some rear tires for me and was willing to expedite the next day at a reasonable cost. This was my first experience with Porsche of Rochester and as I exited the lot, it made me feel better coming back in the future. Thanks!
