This was probably the best decision I could ha e ever made. I entered their showroom and immediately knew that it was the place I was supposed to be. Tom Sr and Tom Jr were very very helpful and were extremely patient. Honest and transparency are very important when it comes to creating business relationships and I have referred everyone I know to them because they were both honey and transparent. Went to the location with every intention to purchase a vehicle as it was exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately upon arriving to the location Tom seem to be extremely inconvenienced by the fact that I was out the location to look at a vehicle. When I inquired about taking a test drive I was offered to take it around the parking lot. Seriously that’s considered a test drive? After convincing him to allow us to take a test drive he was completely condescending. I did love the vehicle and this was a hard decision not to purchase it from them due to the fact that the experience was completely horrible. Tom had no skills whatsoever with the sales process. He never greeted me, asked me for my name or made any attempt to engage in conversation. The sad part about it was that I completely love the vehicle and it was exactly what I was looking for in the price I was looking for. Unfortunately due to the absolute horrible engagement from Tom I will never purchase a vehicle from there. Hopefully he reads this and this becomes somewhat of a coaching opportunity for him.

Tom made my purchase all very easy. Found the car on the internet, walked into the showroom the next day, tom arranged finance and we had a deal. Picked it up a week later washed, inspected and fully charged. Thank you, would recommend Tom to anybody looking for an electric vehicle.

Beware!! I originally thought I had the best experience when purchased car after totaling mine, well I was wrong! I was in bind and my grandfather recommended Dioguardi. I should’ve waited and shopped around! I was not on my toes when purchased suv due to the accident and being sick. I never test drove suv! I was never offered to test drive just encouraged to apply for approval! I drove off that day and was on cloud 9! I still had rental and when I actually drove in suv I hated it! The seats were worn and so uncomfortable! It had no power.. no car mats! When asked they put the cheapest car mats probably from family dollar! What car do you buy for 24k with no mats ? No test drive? Tom knew my situation and that I previously had caravan with kids. I had stopped in and explained I wasn’t happy within first week and that I should’ve test drove it. The biggest issue was the suv couldn’t hold my family comfortably even with third row. Yes my fault for not speaking up to test drive prior but Tom quickly moves to sell same day so you have no time to think when in bind or desire ! I begged for him to help me because it was only week in and I couldn’t be comfortable with seats nor with my family. I also found out was expecting baby during this week. I needed van like I previously had and thought Tom would help understand. Nope!! He gave me attitude and told me I was stuck or needed thousands! I told him to cancel warranty and I was going to try sell it or refinance to trade in sooner. Then he suddenly made numbers work to get me into van he had on lot. I trusted him and gave benefit doubt. I asked if I was going be upside down and loose lot money? He reassured me was okay. when sign papers you’ll notice he folds it over or talks so you don’t really see fine print: He will force you practically to buy warranty and not take NO for answer. He will tell you to buy gap insurance and won’t sell car without it! Reason being is when you drive off his lot your upside down equity. The reason being for warranty is NOT because he cares about you having pay repairs but he doesn’t do much to the cars he sells so he knows you’ll be back with repairs! He has mechanic to fix and then bills warranty. What most don’t realize is that the issues were preexisting. It’s win win for them! They make money on sale with minimum repairs and then make money through warranty on claims to fix what they didn’t! We are paying for that nice new building! Long story short I drive away in van and call him immediately about small chip windshield. He tells me it was repaired and wouldn’t crack further. Lies! It got bigger and cracked fast! I had no car mats in 2019 caravan purchased. The tires are original tires with 44k miles. They slid in snow ice and I need to replace them because they are that worn. The worst after all this is I realized the ride I was taken for! The down payment originally was lost! Within week he de appreciated original sale by 3k, over charged me for van, and I’m now in negative equity over 7 grand!! I canceled warranty after multiple request. I refinanced with advantage whom I was with before and highly recommend. I had put thousands down to have refinanced lower interest, and pay for gap insurance under advantage because I owe far more then van worth! When I sat down with bank to refinance I couldn’t believe what he sold me and how he took advantage of my situation. I now have vehicle that’s upside down financially, cracked windshield that my insurance won’t cover because it was there when I purchased it, Horrible tires that will cost me over 700 to replace and car payment that is towards Toms profit for year until I pay down negative equity! He did same thing with suv sold me! It was over priced! Don’t be fooled and taken granted just because in bind! Their are many dealers that offer financing to not perfect credit customers. I would never recommend Dioguardi! They are crooks!! I’m filing complaint better business bureaus and pray this van last a long time. Shop around ! Make sure test drive! Read all fine print with numbers!

The Best Car lot in the city. The only car lot that actually will take the time to actually clean up your credit before they even sell you a car. My experience doesnt reflect the person that shows up to the radio station. He said one thing to my husband and I and we confronted about it became very defensive and condescending instead of apologetic. Just because I found myself in a bind doesnt give him a right to talk to me or my husband anyway he chooses. Im glad there are others with a better experience but as for me and my husband, family and friends we/they will never visit again.

I heard the advertisement about guaranteed financing so I go to look for a vehicle. The Owner comes out to greet my wife and I and asks me, whats your credit like? I answer him and state that I have No credit. So I guess that the owner felt Obligated to give me an economics lesson along with a scolding!!! He says, How old are you? Why dont you have any Credit, You should have Credit!!! Of course I became offended!!! I dont Need a Lesson or scolding or made to feel as though I am a failure!!! I NEED a car and I NEED you to honor your advertisement!!!!!Needless to say, I took my business somewhere else and I have a 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander!!!Thanks for the scolding Dioguardi!! It seemed like it was a major inconvenience for him to move cars so I could test drive an Escalade that looked great on the out side but inside had a puddle of water on the floor and dirty fingerprints all over the white interior. The description of the extras was completely inaccurate and when I questioned Tom on it he told me not to look on my phone and how he hates those things. This guy is a stone age salesman and I got the feeling anything this guy showed me or said was a lie. When I called my girlfriend to tell her about the vehicle he got up and went in the other room. I walked out saying Id never go there again.

I stopped in after hearing Mr. D on the radio Saturday morning. We did everything that day and i am leaving today (monday ) in my Acura truck. They were veey helpful, friendly and easy to work with . Id recommend them to anyone .

So Friday past our car died. My daughter got in search mode and found a few things she liked at Dioguardi. We got sat morning getting ready. I said did you do the online application. She said and did it. About 10 mins. Later Tom called. Asked a few questions and then wanted to know when we were coming in. So we took a uber down. Talked some more and proceeded to do the paperwork. Well long story short he gave us a ride to get the down payment then took us home so we didnt have to get a uber. Picked us up Monday took my daughter to her DRS. Appointment because the car was not ready. We had finished all the paperwork and there was a problem. He let us take the car overnight turned around and got us a better car. Mr dioguardi is a fast talking salesman the first time I met him he was so friendly and nice but soon as my car started having problems I quickly saw his true colors the first day I got my vehicle 5 minutes down the road my check engine light came on I took the vehicle to his mechanic 4 times and nothing never got fixed I took it to the gmc dealership to find out theres 2,400 dollars worth of work that needs to be done he then tells me they dont no what there talking about dealerships always run the price up and I should take it back to his mechanic so long story short I had this car for 2 months and its been problem after problem now Im locked in for 5 years with this car so if your looking to buy a car from dioguardi autosales I would really think twice no think three times before going there his cars look nice on the outside but there really not good cars I think he buys them from the auction washes them up and put them right on his lot so all the five stars reviews you see Im pretty sure they wrote them because they wrote mine it so much more to say about this guy but Im tired of typing I would never recommend anyone to him

Lets just start off by saying I wish I could leave a 0 star review and also I wish I wrote this when it was still fresh in my head but I was too busy trying to look for a car with real professional people instead of these rude unprofessional people. So I went in there for a mercedes s550 that was parked outside asking for some details on it, first of all I walk in there nobody said a word theyre all just looking at me not paying attention so I ask if anyone could tell me anything about it and the owner says what do you want to know? And I say idk just any details? Average car buyer questions ? And he goes rudely all the details are online so I go ok well Im here now and he immediately skips over my question and says hows your credit? And I tell him I dont plan on financing I would just like to buy it outright and then he proceeds to sarcastically laugh and say yeah ok everyones got all this cash they want to spend on these Mercedes, what do you want to do, go sit in, take a picture of it and leave? I was so shocked I was dealing with such narrow minded unprofessional people (who I didnt know was the owner at the time) that I promptly left and told them I wasnt interested in it anymore. There were more things too that I missing but I was so mad I didnt even think to leave a review. Also called back later to talk to the owner little did I know that the person I dealt with when I was there was the owner so I told the guy that answered the phone that he was very rude and unprofessional asked if I wanted to come down and say it to his face very sad, they dont know theyre living in 2019. Wont be recommending this place to anyone. later found a mercedes on Craigslist with less miles for a cheaper price so Im really not even that disappointed in the end. It reminded me to write a review for them when I saw their commercial for a 2011 Audi A6 and they were advertising it as a 2016. Not sure if it was a mistake or they were trying to lure customers in with a better inventory.

Attitude from the son direct towards me was very uncomfortable. No help for me at all for a customer wanting to do business with them for the first time . Ill take my business elsewhere

I have NEVER been more pleased and have NEVER had such great service and assistance with buying a car. TOM DIOGUARDO JR AND SR are absolutely AMAZING people. They walked me through the entire process and helped me get exactly what i want CHEAPER than the price i was expecting. .. I will never go to another dealer again and i reccomend everyone i know to go to them... Great prices, great customer service and a very quick and easy process... Best deal EVER!!!!EVEN when i lost my title, and had expensive insurance they found a way to get me into a much cheaper insurance policy and they ordered my old cars title for me on the spot... GO CHECK THEM OUT... you will NOT be disappointed! !

I want to thank Mr Diogardi for helping get my credit on line for pyrchasing an auto. He got me going in thr right directipn and it took some work but I have gone from a 580 to a 718. I have lrased two vehiclrs sincr getting Great advive from Mr Dipgardi. He truly cares aboit people and ypu can bet I will br seeing him for my next car. This guy is a pro and people who know him know what a great guy he is. I cant recommend him highly enough. No B. S. If your looking to be treated fairly by someone who cares as much about you as the sale then see Mr Diogardi. One of the nicest people you will ever meet in the car business. This is no BS youll be glad you did,! And by the way Mr Diogardi has NEVER advertised guaranteed financing ever. You look and nobody guarentes everyone. You have to haveHave to have some real stability and have some good credit.

Very RUDE customer service over the phone. after putting an online application in he calls my home number accusing and yelling at my husband saying fraud application so I attempt to call him back to get things figured out he continues to scream at me saying I put the wrong cell number and the application. I told him I was sorry it wasnt fraud he continued to yell at me til I finally said obviously this will not be a good situation for us and he hung up on me. I have never felt so disrespect by a business before and will never recommend these people to anyone.

Dioguardi is the best dealership in Rochester. I waz skeptical about going to buy a car at first because i felt that they were not going to approve me dueto the luxury cars that they always have on their lot, but once i actually stopped in Mr. Dioguardi and his son Tommy gave me the help that you would expect from a 5 star car dealership with no hassle, no run arounds just straight to the point. So if u looking for a quality behicle without the hassle go to Dioguardi you will not be disappointed i promise.
