Not to happy with this place . I loved my car but Im tired of not being able to get it fixed properly since the day I pulled it off the lot. Im very sad about that. Everything was great until they got my money.

I went there seriously shopping for my daughter and had cash on me. The guy was a complete...and rude. I went inside I was only customer and he barely spoke to me so I left. I think it was because he saw me looking under cars checking to see how much rust. They wont do business with you if you look under the cars. Found a good car someplace else. They seem consistent in their behavior the guy didnt acknowledge me either when I walk in. I had to approach him and he was alone in there!

Son was pressured into buying a car THEY suggested back few years ago. Extended warranty was JOKE. They own the shop they send you to. Refused to fix things that other shops said HAD to be fixed! Long story short we did voluntarily repo. Now 3 years later Credit Acceptance is garnishing him for car he had 4 months for entire finance amount because Dealer refuses refund amount financed for warranty and car they sold for over $9000 was only worth $2000 at auction. Poor kid is so f%@ked now losing 10% week off his pay because these guys are WORST EVER! RUN DONT WALK Their 5 star reviews are BS! Write themselves up as great. Would NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! Finance company is in with them to ruin you!

Got a nice vehicle with low miles. Good payments get the car 2 days later delivered to my work because I work such crazy hours. Nice people told them what was wrong with it and he was walking out the door same time as me to get it to the shop. Very nice, fast and gets things done.

They were great when I was buying a car, but then my pick up date kept changing and then when I needed help with my extended warranty nobody answered the phone and I had to leave work to talk to someone and they were rude when I got there.

Bought my first car a 2007 Nissan Maxima from them 4 years ago with absolutely no credit history and they were able to get me approved with a very affordable payment and an even better warranty which fortunately didn’t even need to be used that much! Staff was great and they helped out with any questions I had with no problems at all, I’ll be back there very soon for another vehicle

I have BAD credit, but these people helped me and treated me like everyone else who has good credit. I just bought my car there yesterday and literally it took me two days to get my car. I started the day looking at crappy cars all over the Rochester area, I was so discouraged and thought I was destined to pay big dollars for a high mileage, dirty broken car. I found out there is hope at Joseph Sage auto. They can get you financed with not too much down its around 10%-15% of price of car down. And then you drive. They were so friendly and FAST . I have been buying cars from Buy Here Pay Here lots, and I have to say this is a way better option. For one you can fix your credit, and for two you get a car that is actually solid. I have had too many bad experiences with driving a car home and having it break right after, this is totally different and worth the investment. If you have bad credit and want to change that come here and stop wasting your time with those other places that sell you crap on wheels and report nothing to the credit reports after you pay off thousands of dollars.

These people are crooks who seek out people who they know cant afford their cars. They must have a scam going on with credit acceptance that just keeps filling their warehouse on Mt. Read with repossessed cars. Dont even waste your time here!

Very rude, no one came out to help me. Upon entering the building no one acknowledged me and let me stand at the door awkwardly until one of them felt inclined to speak up. Then they wanted to see what I qualify for before they would let me test drive a car. I immediately declined and promptly left. A ridiculous requirement and clearly an entrapment technique.

I bought a nice truck from this place not even six months of me having the truck the transmission went. They had me take it to airport transmission and the costumer service suck they had me and my wife wait for four hours for a rental. Kept my truck for over 3 weeks and when I got it back my truck had greased up finger prints everywhere they didnt want to take responsibility for and on top of that 3 months later my trucks transmission is acting up again. Will not recommend this place to no one pls do your research before giving this place a change really not worth it

Take your $ elsewhere only had car 1 year and the engine blew. On top of all the other repairs it needed throughout the first year!!!!

Ive had my car for less than 1 year and Ive had to bring it to the shop 6 times. And every time I bring them my issues they dont want to help me. Their garage workers fix the car but leave another issue for me to come back and pay for them to fix it. Every time I try to ignore it the problem worsens. I seriously regret buying my car from them but now there is nothing I can do.

Warning!!!! Please i advise you do not go there. Im sure another dealer can help you. A few people i know bought there cars from them. They sold people cars that ended being no good. Transmission, electrical and so on and they was not willing to help. The only help was on their availability if they wanted to when people have jobs going through this mess and disappointment regretting buying a car from them

I personally didnt buy a car from here but my friend did and has had a terrible experience the car was poorly detailed had swirls all over windshield and cigarette ashes inside on the console the check engine came on and had to take the car the multiple times and they had them drive all over the place cause they do not repair cars and just one shop thats very unprofessional
