I have to say this place was great and extremely helpful when financing for a new car. Most of the cars they sell are in pretty good shape for a very affordable price. Andy one of the salesman been an excellent person to talk when understanding the whole financing situation as well as providing a great atmosphere in the dealership. Rochester this is the place to buy a used car and you wont be disappointed.

Bought my very first car from here im late july of this year the next day i notice the back passenger door wasnt working i let andy know, he told me to call the shop located behind him to fix it and although it took a min to reach them (1month) after multiple voicemails i got an appointment although was out of my 30 days he still got it fixed for me despite my radio not working since then the car runs great and andy was very helpful and flexible through out the process and got me a good deal .

Ive bought 2 cars from there now. Nelson is great, works with you and truly cares about every car and person he works with. Will find a way to get you a car regardless of your credit situation and I really mean that... not like all those fine print TV commercials.

We had a great experience at Excell Auto. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and my parents and I think we got a great deal on the car. We put a down payment on it and they got it expected, dolled up and did all the necessary repairs in a matter of days. If we are in the market for another vehicle we will definitely be returning to Excell Auto sales. I recommend going here if you need a good car!

Recently purchased a Pilot from Excel. They said if we had any issues in the first 30 days or 1,000 miles they would fix it. Well we drove it home and noticed some things. We called and brought the car back for them to fix the next week. The didnt fix the AC correctly, my small children are now riding in a car and getting overheated. There was an engine code for the coil pack that hasnt been addressed. Theres an issue with a door lock. They said they had to order a part and would call us when it came in. That was six weeks ago and we still havent heard back from them. Weve called several times and NO ONE has returned our calls! If we had known this was going to be our experience, we would have kept looking and gone somewhere else!

Terrible service if I could do 0 stars I would. DO NOT DO BUSINESS. Have gone back and forth many times to get purchased vehicle taken care of and every they take it they do nothing to it. Very upset. They talk a lot on how great their service is and try to smooth talk you but it is for show. DO NOT DO BUSINESS, you will be disappointed!

Got are car from them in april of this year june my car started to make noise lights everything seems to be going wrong took it back to andy who did nothing he will sweet talk you until your 30 days is up.smh my car is so loud its a shame...he holds your car and does nothing to it...it was 3 things wrong with my car it had smelled its a cracking noise when i turn in my car and my exhaust pipe ..his own people told that he wasent going to fix. It 375.smh sad in so many levels ..karma is her name it may not come now but its coming .hard working people come there. Looking for something on there budget for there family to have something nice and he just do. People wrong and dont help ..

Johnny and Andy were both great. Went in to look at one and ended up liking another one better. Had all the paperwork drawn up and was in and out in hour. No BS or extra fees. Highly recommend.

Bad customer experience I test drove a vehicle the muffler was loud so I asked them to fix it I was told it would be ready and inspected in 2 days I offered to even put a deposit on it still. 2 days passed no call so I called 3 times just to be texted by Any saying wasnt going to work out . Like what? Total waste of time.

Bought a vehicle 2 months ago and it has been back and forth 4 times for the exact same thing from the week I bought the car. Im always told someone will call us back or we are left to be on hold for more than 20 minutes. Car still not fixed. Better off going elsewhere with your business.

DO NOT buy a car from here. My wife and I purchased what we thought to be an AWD Nissan Rogue. Less than 6 months down the road is started having issues and our mechanic had informed us that our car in fact did not have the AWD parts in it. We confronted them with that info and they made us purchase AWD parts for them to put on it. This guy doesnt even know what hes selling. We had to pay for AWD twice all in all. Not to mention almost every light on the dash is on now and they were unable to fix that as well. Youve been warned.

I purchased a rav 4 from them exactly 1 year ago. Within 2 weeks I was going to war with them about the drivetrain needing to be repaired which was part of the 30 day warranty. After a few months they finally agreed to take care of it. Since then this car has been a nightmare. Ive had to put 4 grand into it and now it wont even pass inspection. Not to mention all the body damage it had (I purchased it covered in snow) that they didnt disclose to me. Lesson learned... women should never purchase vehicles without a man present. And always have a mechanic look at it. Would never recommend this place.

BUYER BEWARE!!! They sold us an older vehicle and didnt take the time to go over it properly. We had to bring it back twice for repair. I dont think they even repaired it the second time when it showed a code for an evap leak. We asked them to provide details of the supposed repair and they gave us the runaround. Now we have to pay to get it fixed elsewhere.Update: we paid $5000 for a vehicle that they didnt do repairs on within the 30 day warranty period. They only pretended to repair the evap leak. Our cost to have it fixed elsewhere is $1100. The back rotors were also shot, along with one caliper. They didnt even change the air filter or recharge the a/c.Take your money elsewhere.

Hes all smiles and promises until you finish signing the paperwork and the vehicles inspected. took almost 2 weeks to get the car and gave me a loaner with a dash lit up like a Christmas tree. Told me if there were any problems to let him know! I gave him a list, and when i got the car back was told unless it was needed for inspection, it was my problem, not his. Buyer beware. He will use all the options to price his vehicles but it seems it doesnt matter if any of them work right.

I bought a 2009 Equinox the passenger seat was broken and he promised to fix and did not. He never return my calls or messages and he is not to be trusted. He is very charming and warm when you meet him never the less after the paperwork is signed and he has your money you are no longer a priority or even important.

I havea car for your month from Excel Auto it has no emergency system breaks they said everything was fine it passed inspection how can a car pass inspection without no emergency brakes they read it up they refuse to fix it they gave me an extended warranty the warranty would not even cover the axle now my car is sitting up on a jack somewhere and I cannot drive it if anyone feel that thats safe is not safe Ill call the dealer told him about it hes ahead driving with no brakes he doesnt care thats the way they sold it to meI had to give him at least one start for the post if I did I wouldnt give him no stars and the dealer name was Andy.

My credit was not great. They worked with me and a small bank to get me financed. Took time to get it because its an hour away. He even brought it here To me.THESE GUYS ARE UNDER INVESTIGATION!!!! THAT. CAR THEY SOLD ME IS UNSAFE.... I told them right off there was something wrong and it seemed to pull a little bit it might need alignment. He said I must have hit a pothole. I had my friend check it out and he said I needed a wheel bearing. Which I bought. When he took wheel off, the wheel bearing was rusted in. He could not get the ABS sensor out it was stuck. The lower arm bushing, the upper arm, and the tie rod, plus the wheel bearing were severely rusted. My friend told me it was unsafe.THEN I got a recall letter. Evidently the airbags explode. So I took him down to have it fixed and they did a free inspection. The back brake is Rusted through its not even touching the padSO. Then I noticed today or yesterday that my passenger side mirror is falling off. The Slime bag hate it with black tape so nobody would notice it. Until it fell off. I have filed with the DMV. Ive also talked to my insurance company the police and anybody else I could think of. Nobody cares but I am driving around an unsafe car. The could going with any minute and maybe hit somebody or the wheel might fall off in the front and hurt me.NOT ONLY THAT... when he did the paperwork he pulled a fast one on me. He said the car was 5999.. he said the tax was about $800. I gave him a 1300 as a down payment. So I should have only borrowed 5500. YET SOMEHOW I ENDEDE UP PAYING 6300. WITH THE RIDICULOUS RATE OF 28%. I WILL BE PAYING OVER 8000 FOR THIS HUNK OF JUNK.WHAT A BUNCH OF SCAM ARTISTS. I WAS NOT WELL AT THE TIME. HAD SURGURY A WEEK LATER. I WAS NOT THINKING RIGHT. AND HE TOOK ADVANTAGE OF MY PAIN.
