My family came in today and we loved Ian Phillips! His knowledge of cars and trucks helped us whittle down a massive inventory to a select few cars that were perfect for us. His no hassle attitude made our experience stress-free and fun. He even went out of his way to make sure our family felt safe in the environment during these ridiculous times. We cant wait to work with him when looking for our next vehicle!

I was a bit apprehensive after a frustrating start. But the customer service and attention to detail has been far more then I had expected. Thank you. I explained what I was looking for and they have worked hard to try and locate me the perfect car!

Holiday time. Under staffed. Polite and friendly.

We lease a maserati and we were promised that we would always receive excellent service and support but that was a lie. We were told we would always have a loaner vehicle and even pickup service for any of our scheduled maintenance visits, another lie. My pregnant wife and I drove hours for a scheduled maintenance appointment only to find out that none of these promises were true and now we have to wait hours, without a loaner vehicle and then drive hours home late at night. We guarantee that we, nor our family or friends will ever do business with maserati in any shape or form. And we will submit honest reviews of our experience to every internet and business review site available so hopefully no one will have our dismal maserati service experience.

Very rude and disrespectful all because I am 19 and was looking to purchase a Maserati? Totally the wrong way to treat anyone who walks through the doors of a dealership...my friend tanner was 16 when he bought his Audi R8 and the dealer he got it from was respectful. But these employee’s have the audacity to say “you look to poor to purchase a Maserati” well I’ll take my “poor” self and take a trip to OH and I’ll take my $35,000.00 to their dealership for their $32,000.00 Maserati. Never in my life have I ever been so disrespected before. I will NEVER return to this dealership nor will I ever suggest it to my family and friends....profiling people on how they look. Seems they never heard the saying DONT JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER.

Though I didnt buy my Maserati from you guys, still was a pleasant visit when I went in too look around during when my Maserati was being serviced the sales people were extremely friendly and easy going. Only thing I wish you guys had a loaner cars for the service appointments for your out of town Syracuse folks haha. When I go to purchase another Maserati or Alfa Rameo I know right where to go! Thank You!
