***BUYER BEWARE***DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. WHY IS ZERO STARS NOT AN OPTION? I bought a vehicle from this dealership about 6 months ago. The day I picked it up and drove it home there were serious issues. The check engine light came on and a stop engine check oil pressure code came up Ok, cool. Things do happen. I was a pretty nervous but was assured that it would be taken care of. I brought the truck back to be serviced for this issue 3 separate times but the problem was never fixed. The salesperson just seemed to get increase annoyed each time I called and there was still an issue. This is a good truck, I would never sell you a bad truck he said. Well, it was a bad truck to say the least. Before I made my third payment on the vehicle the engine blew up - and they REFUSE to even call me back about the problem. I have never received such horrible customer service IN MY LIFE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!

Bought my car from them a couple months ago and the experience was wonderful. i had basically no credit and they got me approved and in my car in a week. they understand the customers needs and do the best they can to get you in the car you want. i will be going back for any of my car needs and recommend to all!

Would not recommend for any services! They have very poor customer service and response time, they also dont keep up with whats going on when things are going wrong.They wont refund you your money back and theyre very good at clearing off the lights on the dashboard.

I went to this car dealerships back in October looking for a new car, unfortunately things just didn’t work out with the bank which was fine. But I put $1000 down on a car initially, it has been almost over a month since I requested a refund and I still have not been refunded. Every time I call I either get sent to voicemail or they say it’s processing. A refund does not take a month to process. At this point I am going to take out a fraud case with my bank against them in order to get my money back.

I am here with my friend she is having a terrible time. Her monthly payment is not what it was suppose to be. Her check engine light is alreasy on and I am listening to her get the complete run around as I am standing here writing this.

Only giving one star because I have to. I went in on a monda . Discussed a car and approved with my down payment. Explained I needed the car quickly and was told wont be a problem. The car was pulled in the shop for inspection 2 days later. Called for updates and the owner just went around in circles. My husband stopped and found out it just needed a sensor replaced and should be good to go the following evening. I called multiple times the following day. At 5:30 thay evening I finally got someone to answer and was told they knew nothin . The next morning I noticed my deposit was returned . My husband called and the owner said I refuse to deal with your wife.. She was yelling at him over the phone and he ended up hanging up. This place has AWFUL customer service.

First off let me start with Tina and her company... this is the second car I have bought from her... her attitude and performance are always top notch. She went out of her way to accommodate me while I was stuck at work, even let my dad bring the car to me so I could trst drive it! Thank you so much! Now as for reviews, my company thrives on them its how we get business. I check the reviews on everything and noticed a lot of bad ones for this company. What I want to say is people this is a buy here pay here place with used cars every car is going to have issues. A year after buying my first car from her I had to spend a grand to fix my power steering. Im not complaining my credit stinks Tina got my 2 great cars at great prices. I think the customers need to be as polite as the reps. Great job Tina keep going! Ill be back soon for my 3rd one!

Bad business

This was the worst experience I’ve er had with any car. They made me go through a complete hassle with my paper work after that process I was told I have to probably put down more until I brought my dad with me then the story changed. There was so many problems this wasn’t a completely unprofessional experience I am currently hurt

Went there and told me my only option was a van ok np told me i got approved by accident gave the wrong title for trade in my mistake but he had lien release so he should of known told me pick up was Tuesday so put insurance monday night van wasnt ready 4 days with no insurance never a call back. Never im sorry or anything told me one van was all then went someplace else and got what i wanted. Keep in mind they will tell u one thing and do another never a call back i called them all day long and on top of it 5 days with no insurance picked up paperwork and went else where. The gentlemen i dealt with is manny very unprofessional and only wants a sale just watch going there. Anything to make a sale but no sale on ny end wont recommend to anyone watch out for them

I went to several dealers before going to auto loft. Everyone one of them tried to get me into a more expensive car than the price I gave them. My credit wasnt great and I knew I wasnt going to get financed for much. A few dealerships tried to get me into cars that had been sitting at there lots for awhile and were rusted out or needed major repairs. So walking into Tinas shop I was very skeptical and nervous but she was very kind and understanding. She explained everything on the paper work, didnt try to push me into any car and did a lot to accommodate my needs. The car was taken care of, cleaned and inspected before I picked it up. I will send anyone I know to her if the need a car. I cant thank her enough!

Probably not the best, but they do have a few good cars and trucks, Id get my own financing though.

The first month the car gave me problems. I went to their site for the 3 months warranty and is a fraud. I paid almost $2,000 for fix the car with their mechanic and its still not working. And everyday broke more stuffs and is getting wet inside.

The hospitality of this auto dealer makes me want to come back and also tell my friends about this Dealership. I havent even bought a car from her and i was satified with what I saw! As soon as we walked in, my mother and I were greeted as opposed to the previous used car dealership who just looked at us like we were wrong for going there. She gave us accurate information and was very appropriate and really knew her stuff!! Thank you for your warm hospitality I will be getting my car from here!

I wouldn’t dare send or try to buy another car from them they tried to sell me a car with a lot of things wrong with Suzuki xl7 2008 Window crack bad tires and that just to name a few I will post what else wrong with it once I get home to the paper and if you would like to see pic of the stuff I would be glad to meet you up there with photos that I took with my phone when I had someone put the truck up to inspect it.... I would be back with another post to share my experience with them which was bad and I would be contacting bbb cause no one should be treated the way they tried to treat me and to get my 200 dollars back for the window that was broke when I got the suv

Horrible place dont come here unless you want to be ripped off, and sold a car that will either die in a few months or break down right after you buy it. Also CHECK THE FRAME THOROUGHLY. 8 months after I bought my car the frame completely snapped, had to junk the car I paid over 3,000$ for, that Im in fact still paying for! (even though I scraped it 2 years ago) DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! The car gave me nothing but problem the 8 months I owned it. Bought a new car that Ive had for two years from a reputable dealer that I have had ZERO problems with. Auto Loft is also WAY over priced for the JUNK cars they are selling! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Horrid customer service. Basically there to look at there cars and was given the feeling I was wasting their time. The cars on there lot are mostly junk, but when asking about the few that seemed to look ok was told to go to their website. Well they lost a potential customer.

Horrible service they are rude and unkind to all forms of life, and the prices and mileage for the cars they are selling does not not match up, they are well over on some of their prices for their cars. They say first time buyers can put $500 down for a car, that is a lie, they will tell 5 differnet things on 5 different occasions. They get three thumbs down!!!!!!!!

First off if I could give a negative star rating I would..... Do not purchase a vehicle from this dealership. They are hacks. They sold me a car that leaks oil, and tranny fluid, and this was after Tina looked me in my face and told me nothing leaked on the car.... Not to mention almost exactly to the day 4 months after purchasing the vehicle the timing belt and water pump a wonderful 2,000$ fix.... Also my car has a bad evap valve....another very expensive fix seeing its in the gas tank. Come to find out her mechanics are not certified and have never even been to school for this stuff according to the owners son. My advice save yourself the money and time from buying a car from this half assed business. I am also in the process of filing a lawsuit. Not to mention my car is un inspectable due to a rotted frame
