I was curious to see what items the store would have and as I was wandering around, I was greeted by the most friendliest sales associate ever by the name of Kim. As we chatted, I disclosed how I was in the city of Rochester due to my wifes interview at the Mayo Clinic. With it being a Monday afternoon, it was quite slow and so Kim and I had a couple of minutes discussing sites and all the great benefits of being a part of the city. Overall, even though I did not purchase anything from the store, Kim was superb in customer service and I will highly recommend this store for anyone looking to buy some souvenirs or simply want to have a nice chat with someone who is a great representation of the community of Rochester. Keep up the great work Kim and two thumbs up for the establishment for employing someone as great as her!
