I had a very pleasant experience. I met really nice people. They all help me with my mask fogging up by giving me anti-fog. Even though Im a little bit younger than most I am around 11 and all the adults help me this is my very first time at airsoft. And I loved it so Im going back for more. But with my own gear next time.

It’s seedy, for games it works but I wouldn’t recommend buying or trading there they will rip you off and take your money but the staff there is decently nice the only problem I had there was with the store

The biggest(and best) indoor airsoft place I have ever seen. staff are super Friendly and helpful. Prices are more then fair and the people that go there are awesome.

I loved the fun it was cheaper than the other place I went to!!! I also like how the BBS are sold in different quantitys at pretty low prices!!! The indoor arena is awesome!!! I rate Airsoft Tacticals a 10/10 place to go!!!

I called Airsoft Tactical many times, left 3 voicemails, and sent them an email over the course of 2+ weeks; they never called or emailed back. A woman finally picked my call up after 3 weeks from the same number listed on their website. She told me she didnt have any dates available and hung up on me. I called back and inquired if the call was dropped. She denied even being a part of Airsoft Tactical or knowing what it was, but the same number goes to the Airsoft Tactical voicemail detailing open hours, party promotions, etcetera. Very shady!

My favorite place to go on weekends, me and my brother go every weekend make new friends and have a blast, the refs and owner are nice, they very organized and cool people 5 stars!

I looked on their website and their Facebook page to find an open session. It said there was a session on Friday January 13th at 4:00. I drove from the buffalo area over an hour and a half only to find that there was no one around and the door was locked. The session started at 4 according to the website, website calender and Facebook page. I showed up at 5. I called the number several times and no one answered. I messaged them on Facebook and the person who replied said that they were opened and to call them. I told them that I did call about 4 times with no answer and they told me that two employees were there. Im not bashing their field because I havent experienced it yet but if you decide to go make sure you call and someone answers and tells you that there is a session at the time you wish. I hope this gets resolved and I can play at the field but as of right now my experience was horrible. This is the review I wrote on their Facebook page. word for word. copy and paste. The person I was messaging said this Seriously Vincent you did a one star review when I am clearly communicating with you! - copy and paste. I replied with this You are communicating with me but the service Ive received is not good at this point. Im sorry if youre offended by that but you cant blame me. Your website gave me false information and so did your Facebook page. Now youre telling me that youre open when youre clearly not. The door was locked and the open sign was turned off. I knocked on the door several times. They then blocked me on Facebook and didnt get back to me. In my opinion I was very polite and calm, even when dealing with such unprofessionalism. If you decide to go call and make sure someone is there, I havent played there yet but my experience has been stated above.

The idea is fun but when the equipment isnt sufficient it makes for a bad time. It was a waste of money.

**** PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM A LOCAL BUSINESS CALLED AIRSOFT TACTICAL in Rochester, NY as well as its scum bag of an owner, Quint Jackson. This dump is located in the seedy part of the city in a neighborhood that looks like you most likely get jumped after dark if not shot dead at point blank range. Had I known its location, I would never have allowed him to go. My son went there and traded in over $300 worth of his own airsoft gear for a couple of new airsoft pistols. He never received ANY receipt for his trade, which immediately raised my eyebrows. One of the new airsoft pistols he received was defective. So he returned the defective gun worth $110. They ordered him a new gun and were to call him when it arrived. He received no receipt for the return of the defective gun. SURPRISE! Weeks had passed and my son calls to find out if his airsoft gun has arrived. It has not. Several more weeks passed and he calls again. This time he is told that his gun arrived. He and his buddy go to pick it up in this seedy area of the city, and when they arrive he is told his gun wasnt there and they confused him with some one else. Now, my son calls and asks to talk with the owner. The owner tells him there is no gun on order for him and that they have already given him his money back for the defective gun!!! I then call the owner who is extremely rude and belligerent. He told me that I basically since I have no receipt to prove that this transaction happened and that he and the ENTIRETY of his staff remember giving my son back his $110.00 in cash. When I ask him if thats true then to please provide me with the receipt for the cash he claims he gave to my son. Well, of course, there is no receipt for that either! This dirt bag basically said you cant prove I owe your son anything! Bottom line STAY AWAY FROM THIS SEEDY COMPANY!! They are liars and cheats and seem to have no issue with literally stealing your money and do so with a smile on their face and smug attitude! PLEASE PASS THIS ON TO ANY ONE WHO PLAYS THIS SPORT AND TELL THEM TO STAY AWAY FROM AIRSOFT TACTICAL ON LINCOLN AVE, IN THE CITY OF ROCHESTER!
