My BF needed a new compound bow. Staff was very helpful and store is very organized and clean. There is also an archery range in the archery pro shop. Well be back!

Dropped my bow off for new strings (first time customer) they were honest and professional from the start. Picked my bow up, had a few questions, and they were great and very informative. They have gained a customer out of me! Would recommend.

The reason why this store is receiving a low score is because I entered for the chance to win a 5.56. I was told the drawing was going to be tomorrow on a Sunday. There were only a few entrees so I bought 6 tickets to increase my odds on winning. I eventually found out that they were going to push back the drawing a few months due to the low amount of entrees for the gun. It was false advertising and the customer service was very poor and you could tell they were salty for me asking for my money back.... that would have never happened if they kept their word on when the entry was going to be drawn.

Went there for a non-resident fishing license.Very helpful mgr. Was done in just a few minutes. Also looked over the firearms section while I was there.Very friendly atmosphere.😎😎😎

Helpful, friendly, and knowledgable staff. My only complaint is almost no womens hunting clothing and no size small in mens but lots of inventory otherwise. Store is very clean and well organized.

Sorry for the long winded review up front ! To start I work in retail sales and am a retail sales manager have ben for the last 11 years . I know all the sales games and tactics but this wasn’t the case here This place is absolutely amazing! People at the archery building and the retail/ fireArms side were very helpful in getting me everything by I needed! I want to say they archery side tho is where I spent my time looking for my first bow set up And I wasn’t disappointed by any means! Me and my father went in just looking at cost of setups wasn’t looking to buy just then but the ( and I’m sorry if misspelled!) banou one of the guys at the shop we’re very helpful and that’s a understatement.he and I believe his name was bill spent the time and truly cared about giving the best service possible. They helped me get the bow to my draw length and fully set it up helped me get it sighted in to get started cut the arrows everything in one shot . I ended up leaving that day buying my first set up a absolutely beautiful camo Hoyt torrex pkg! I couldn’t be happier with the bow. But this was just the start Iv ben back few times and every time the gentleman banou has ben there and helped me out from peep sights, arrows to release options I kno I can hand full I am very thorough when spending my this kind of money on and investment, but answered every question I had with a smile. I know how hard that can be day in and day out but he made my experience best it could be Thank you guys and gals again! I’ll be back for sure!

Great selection of winter coats and guns. After searching through many stores for a heavy winter coat, I finally found what I was looking for at Coyote Creek. They had so many to choose from. I found a heavy, durable, warm coat.Went back a few weeks later look for my first pistol. They had a large selection to choose from. I found there people helpful and friendly. I bought a Ruger Security 9 pistol. It was the best fit for my grip. I also got a gun mounted laser pointer and ammo. Very happy with my experiences and product quality.

My husband and I love your store and have supported it since its beginning. Recently we have stayed away due to Coved 19 and to the fact that customers and some of the staff are not staying safe by wearing masks.Dont you feel this is important issue?

Stopped in for first time today. Had a good selection of firearms for all interest. Prices seemed fair to me. Cheap prices for 9mm and .45 practice ammo. The counterman was very helpful and respectful. They also have a decent selection of hunting clothes and other accessories. If Im in the area Ill be going there again.

I will never buy a firearm from Coyote Creek again. The firearm I bought was filthy, they couldnt locate the key to unlock the receiver, I had to bring the firearm back four times and they still couldnt get it right. They sent it out to there gun repair man who unlocked the receiver, but they cant get the key. It continually jammed, finally they gave my money back. There good guys but the firearms not so much.

First time visit after numerous recommendations from friends. Staff could not have been better. Replaced a handgun sight in 10 mins at very reasonable cost. Had a new release gun in stock that none of the online stores have yet. Will definitely be returning there.

I have been shopping at coyote creek for 2 years now and have never had an issue until today. I tried to return a package of broad head arrows that I was not satisfied with.just not enough penetration compared to another type I use. I just wanted to exchange them for a different type. Unfortunately they showed no compassion with my dilemma. So I now have a $40 set of broad head arrows I will never use. They just lost a customer I will shop elsewhere from now on where customer satisfaction is number one.

Great selection of quality products. Staff are helpful and polite but you will need to ask if you need help or they dont approach you. Prices are good considering overall excellent quality.

I like local shops like this, close to home without the big box stop. this is why we bought another kayak here instead of Walmart right up the road. Yes the kayak cost more money here, but it is better quality and from a store with local owners.I would buy from these guys again.

The archery range is definitely the best one in the area. Laid back comfortable atmosphere. And the staff deserves a better word than fantastic. Bill at the range is always approachable and helpful. He goes well beyind good customer service to make sure you are enjoying your time at the range. You can tell they care and they love what they do. Its obvious they are passionate about archery and have a voundless ammount of knowledge. We keep going back there because of how well they treat you and the nice facility. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. It got marked down because their selection of targets and gun parts was smaller than I would have expected for a sporting shop. Even Walmart down the road had a better selection of targets.
