Poor customer service...called looking for velcro by the yard so I can purchase it locally. Lady who answered was super rude and refused to sell it to me because I am not a LEO??? Website and physical sign on the shop say the store is open to the public. Not sure how velcro would be a controlled item for LEO’s? Ordered online! Lost sale!!

Wow! when I go to this store I feel like somehow I have stepped back in time!Now whenever you go anyplace you get SO frustrated because customer service skills are few and far between!!!!!NOT here! Customer service is #1Stock is #2Everything we need is always there!What they have is also the best for the job! EVENTHE SOCKS!!!!!If there is any occasion when they dont have what you need they will break their backs to get it for you or make a suggestion!Making a return? Good service, the products they carry have lots of sizes. I take wide boots, many stores dont carry wide widths.Staff friendly and knowledgeable about their products.

Staff are very helpful. The store has gear not just for police, but also guards like me. If you need to get a #ThinBlueLine fix, go no further! Clothing for all weather, holsters, bags, and pepper spray. Anything you need to get the job done. Very courteous.

This is the only place I go for pepper spray. The lack of parking out front is miss leading as there is plenty of parking accessed by a side driveway to the west of the building. Police Supply carries everything security/LE except firearms and ammo. The basics are always in stock and the staff is extremely helpful.

Not a huge selection, prices arent that great and the staff doesnt know a lot, but will try to convince you that they do. If you need a vest ordered, do not go here or get sized here.

Their website needs some serious work. It’s not optimized for mobile viewing and many of their links are broken or old. They don’t have a search function either. I mean, come on. It’s 2018, considering that the internet has been around since 1990, the first internet capable phone since 1995 and the android/iPhone since 2007 you’d think a decent website would be a standard thing. When I visit I’ll update this review.

Good selection, fair prices and great service.

Bought a gun from Mike, listed as excellent condition, received it with rear sight sliding back and forth & had holes drilled into the slide (dovetail area) from prior repairs, sent Mike an email & pics, Mike said send it back for a refund. He received it on July 2nd, he relisted gun on GunBroker on July 3rd, it sold on July 3rd. I called Mike on July 9th inquiring about my refund, he gives me a BS story about it being a holiday week and couldnt send the refund (but he was able to relist & sell the gun) and stated that he would sent it in a few days.I had to contact GunBroker & AFT to get Mike to send refund. Shady person.......

Odd hours. Changing hours randomly by just posting hand written signs on the door. Wierd. Its a specialty shop so it has regular business.
