Great place to go. Doctor was great to work with.

Carl was very helpful and fixed my problem. My hearing aids were not working at all, so you would think the office staff would be trained to speak clearly, slowly, loudly. However that was not the case. I had to ask her to repeat, repeat. Nor did they tell me on the phone they had moved. I like the hearing aids but wish I had gone to a different source.

Although everything SOUNDS great about this place, they’re in it for the money and that is all. Recommend going through your doctor and insurance NOT THIS PLACE. They say they cannot use old hearing aids and you NEED to buy new ones that cost thousands. WRONG. if a family member gives you a pair..they can be refurbished for you for much cheaper. ALSO. my confused grandmother came in and bought yet another $5k set of hearing aids. They fought hard when we wanted to cancel the order. THEY DO ANYTHING FOR PROFIT. patients are not first. Please go to your doctor instead.

I recently completed the process of getting Moms hearing aids. She was so nervous about it that she backed out of the process a year ago. Well, we showed up again and Jason was as caring and kind as he was the first time. Mom got her hearing aids this time and it was a great experience. She loves them and cant believe how much she was missing without them. Thank you, Jason!

This place is awesome. Very professional, friendly, and go above to make sure there customer is taken care of.

I had been dragging my feet about having my hearing rechecked, and seeing if my aids could/should be tweaked. So glad I finally made an appointment with Jason at Rochester Hearing Enhancement Center! Because of Jason I found that my hearing aids had many more functions than I had been able to access. My former hearing aid office had neglected to tell me of or even activate many of the features my aids we capable of. I joke with my wife and grandkids now that I have bionic ears of course my grand kids have no idea who the Bionic man Steve Austin is..LOL. I will continue to rely on Hearing Enhancement Center for any and all of my hearing aid issues. Thanks Jason!!
