I went to Hidden World Vinyl Records on July 24th 2021 for the first time. It was great! Nice selection and I found several records I had been looking for. Friendly staff, they even through in one of the records I bought for free since I bought several. I found the prices a few bucks less for each record than at Rochester Records which I also visited the same day.I also liked that they had a separate section for 12 singles with prices from $2-3 bucks for some of the ones I wanted. The place is a bit harder to find, but thats what Google Maps is for! Worth your trip.

Great record store and great owner. The man who operates the store treats you like family and well. When being a reoccurring customer you create a great bond. I’ve never gone to a record store where they treat you so well and I’ve been too more than few.

Friendly locale that serves up a great selection of vinyl alongside other music formats. Equipment available too. See tokens include the rare and unusual to the commonly found editions. Priced well. Staff is friendly, interested in the customer, and works to provide a good atmosphere. Background music that was playing was unobtrusive but not stale. This feels like the music shop you probably remember from yesteryear and its just around the corner!

I haven’t seen anything like this (that’s what she said). Incredible titles. Prices are on the money, as are the friendly staffers. My 76-year-old dad even loved it, for crying out loud! The barley pop? Pffft. You had me at hello from the gutter, but adding some liquid courage to the buying experience was just icing on the proverbial cake. If my wife doesn’t kilt me for spending too much here, I know one thing: I’m coming again. (that’s what she sa.... oh, sorry).

They had amazing customer service, the owner was very friendly however there is a limited selection and the prices are a little high. Still amazed at the level of customer service though!

I visited Hidden World Records with my daughter and a couple of her friends. I just gave her a turntable for Christmas and it was time to pick up some vinyl to play on it. Good selection of vinyl and the owner was very helpful. I will visit the store next time Im up in Rochester.

Only place open during the current pandemic and it was just what we needed. Theres not a big selection of popular bands such as Journey and Bon Jovi but we did find some Bruce Springsteen and Bob Seiger. The prices were great! The owner is fabulous! Overall great experience!

We just bought a record player, and this was the perfect place to start getting records. So much great music, affordably priced, with a very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Check it out!

This was a great way to spend the evening. I took our 2 year old son in and we found some incredible finds (as Ive been trying to source some jazz legends on vinyl). Vy was so patient and kind with my son and its interactions like these and a great shop like this that will help instill a love for music in the next generation! What a selection and looking forward to catching shows there in the future 🙌
