The service was done efficiently and quickly. The screen never looked better. Even after there was a minor glitch and you all fixed it just as quickly and efficiently as the first time. I couldn’t have asked for better service. This store is one of a kind and you should think of expanding to more locations around town as this type of service and quality needs to better spread on a larger scale ! Thank you again so much !

I just moved to South Carolina not really sure where to look to get my phone fixed. Especially for a reasonable price, after calling around for estimates...Smart Phone Repair offered the best price. They were welcoming and they literally were done in less than 15 minutes. I definitely recommend this spot!

I called about 3weeks ago to the Smart Phone Repair on Albright in Rock Hill to get a quote on how much it would be to fix the back of my red iPhone XR. The guy told me $100. I called again on Tuesday an a lady answered the phone I asked the samething and she told me yes they could fix it in it would only take 15-20 mins and I told her I’ll be they in about 10mins. When I got there she told me that they couldn’t fix it I would have to take it to the one in Lancaster to get it fix but if I left my phone with her it would be a 2 day turn over point, so I would have went 2 days without my phone. Poor communication honestly.

My iPhone was cracked and they fixed it in 10 minutes,they are courteous and very friendly and respectful I LOVE THIS PLACE

I went here almost 2 weeks ago to get my screen fixed a week later my phone started freezing so I would have to lock my phone and unlock it just to get it unfrozen also my screen cracked a week after getting it repaired also now my phone is dying at 40% ever since I brought my phone here and now I need a new battery. My boyfriend also went here at the same time and got his screen repaired and is having the same issue with freezing. Not to mention my mom went here a week ago to get her charging port replaced and they charged her 50$ and didn’t even replace it he did a quick fix. I would not recommend.

Well..when I got it done I thought it was great but after about a week the screen wouldn’t let me in or do anything with my phone .So I took it back to him and he advised me to twist it and so I tried that about a few day then my screen cracked .then I took it back to him to show him it had cracked by twisting it so much just to try and use my phone and he told me that he would fix it but I would have to pay him again and it was only a few weeks since he fixed my screen and he was the one that told me to do it. So I figured he would own up to his job and advise an fix my phone without me having to pay him more money-?

He was so very nice and and fixed my phones in about 10 min. So glad to have someone close and. I do not have to bother my family.he really knows his job

Great service, friendly staff, expert knowledge. Fixed my Iphone when Apple told me it was dead and wanted me to buy a new phone. I questioned the battery, but was told it was the mother board. I only needed a new battery and these folks diagnosed it and replaced the battery quickly. Phone working great for nearly six months now - no issues. Never trust the Apple folks, go here instead - especially with battery problems.
