They need to be reported as I will follow up with that after this I am completely upset with this location the man who sold me the phone worth only 29$ charged me 50$ and did not explain any of the policy to me at all very happy to take my money, but when I noticed the phone did not work as I expected I did as everyone else would of done take it back! the very next day in the morning, but he was quick to explain to me that all sales are finale and explained to me it was on the receipt, I stood and asked him why did he not mention this very important information!!! I would of turned around and walked out the door the moment he said no cash back and all sales are final he sold me the phone with the intentions to take my money charged me double the amount the phone is worth and hold your money!!!!! Now I am stuck with a phone I dont need or want he then tried to apologize for not explaining it to me but that he cant give me my money back!!! said he called the owner and he said no cash back!!I was not told verbally in any way this person is a crooked individual who is only doing what he can to take you for what you have liars!!!I have worked at a phone retail store before and never have I had to deal with what I had to encounter like this I not once sold one phone without explaining all of the policy with returns as it is a common issue with phones so yes I will be reporting them to the better business bureau. I uploaded a picture with the merchant sales person who is guilty of intentionally being a crooked sales person.

After they tried hard to sell me some phones they stole my number and now i cant make any calls smh im calling boodt and bbb and even police so pissed off
