Had a great experience with “Doug”. He was very knowledgeable about the phones and the plans available. We have 5 in our plan and upgraded 4 phones to 12Pro and ProMax. He zipped through downloading our old phones, (I have almost 20,000 pics and almost 1,000 videos). Couldn’t be more pleased with Doug, and we love our new phones and our upgrade to unlimited data. Give that man a raise. He would be hard to replace.
This store cost me 730$. I had a cracked phone, but was assured by the female salesperson in the store that I would get credit. That was a 730$ mistake that really hurt me financially.She also told me that I was able to get a certain promotional deal and that ended up increasing my monthly bill.Be warned this is not a corporate store. It really hurt me to be wiped out of the 730$. So much that I had to apply for a forbearance on my mortgage for August. Please be careful.

Both Benjamin and Doug were extremely friendly and professional. They were highly knowledgeable and did not pressure me into buying a phone but gave me excellent advice. I ended up making a purchase today and feel very good about my choice. Highly recommend this store!

Benjamin provide the best customer service experience I have ever had in a Verizon store. He was prompt and very considerate. He was able to introduce other products without being pushy and took the time explain other options related to my phone. More Verizon Agents should have his friendly patient disposition.
I placed an order online to pick up my device at the store. Long story short, I encountered an issue with my online order and needless to say the multiple telephone representatives were not helpful after spending 2 hours on the phone. Benjamin, the store manager stepped in and did the right thing for the customer. Going back to basic with caring for the client is always appreciated.
Benjamin was very knowledgeable and honest in guiding me through the process of getting a new updated phone. He answered all my questions and he was very patient with me. Benjamin made sure I understood and was happy with each step from beginning to end.
By far the worst service experience I have received in a long, long time. Additionally, if you want your Verizon account to be manipulated without your consent, feel free to go here. Without asking I was signed up for insurance on my device, new line activation charge was not discussed, and when I was leaving... I was then asked to sign a Victra checklist page stating that the above topics and more had been discussed. After reaching out to Verizon about the experience, they said they would reach out to the Manager and have them contact me. So far not a word from Victra or the manager....Well, Called the number provided and the service folks answering the phone cant even link you to the right person to help... again bad experience.
I went in for a screen protector and doug knew exactly what to show and helped me out every step of the way. The staff was very helpful in general and kind in every way possible.
Michelle Fisher had incredible customer service and went above and beyond to accommodate me! She made my entire experience a positive one and I greatly appreciate her 🙌🏼

I live in Indian Land, SC but prefer working with the staff at this Rock Hill location instead. Everyone has been helpful and have assisted me with switching platforms - iPhone to Android. Never felt rushed even as store was closing for day.

Michelle was amazing. The staffing at the store is sub-par. She was the only associate working as others called out and the manager didnt come in to assist. I waited close to 45 minutes waiting my turn.Michelle was well informed and very helpful.
They are looking out for you and your $$ compared to corp.

One of the rudest Verizon reps Ive ever dealt with told me I had to pay $20 because customer service on the phone couldnt help me and told me any frustrations that I had I had to call back customer service and walk back into the store.
This store is not interested in providing true customer service. They did not follow up with us when a manufacturers defect was discovered. We had to go out of our way several times before getting any resolution from Verizon directly. The store would not help us until we were physically in the facility and even then they just handed us off to Verizon corporate. Verizon took care of us very well once they were made aware of the issue but we will not be purchasing any more equipment from this facility.
Did not like my first experience at all. Ran me around in circles telling me I didnt know what I was talking about when all he had to was tell me that store itself couldnt use my ID but the Dave Lyle store could. Was rude and very disrespectful in how he spoke. Will not be back. He was fine and nice until he seen my husband and son walk in.. his whole demeanor changed and I did not appreciate it at all. Makes me wonder if he was racist. No one showed and disrespect ad still was talked to like I was an idiot.
I stopped by the Rock Hill store on York Rd (Newport area) just minutes ago to deal with a minor issue. I was met by Alyssa and Andrea, they were both prepared to assist, I sat down with Alyssa, she was wonderful and resolved my issue in minutes. She reviewed and found the best plan for me without my asking. Alyssa made my visit pleasant and saved me a few bucks on my monthly plan. This is the worst Verizon store! I have been in here twice in the last month and both times the staff has been so rude to me. I would rather go to the store on dave lyle even though I know im going to have to wait longer. All the employees care about here is getting the sale. They can never address my real issues. so absolutely brusque!!!!! I will not be coming back here!
These people waste your time. Pick another store. There is nothing you can do to resolve this. Your company failed to do what was expected. Problem resolved with another retailer that knows customer service is.
This store only had 2 employees in it when I got there. Both of them were with other customers at the time. When I walked in I was not acknowledged at all. No Hello well be right with you or anything. After 15 minutes I finally left. Very rude and disrespectful people. I will never go to this store again.
I went in on 8/17 and ordered the Samsung Galaxy Book 12 Inch 2 in 1. None of the retail stores within a 50 mile radius had it in stock. Which is fine cause it is very expensive. Every store I went into from York, sc to Pineville, NC I asked for the Samsung Galaxy Book. The immediate response from the sales person was either they dont sell books we only sale phones and some tablets. I know they cant learn everything about all the things they carry. But dont look at the customer like they are morons. Ive been with verizon since they merged with alltel. I have 5 smartphones on my account. So obviously I like being with Verizon. BUT THE IN STORE SALES ASSOCIATES NEED MORE TRAINING IN HOW THEY TALK TO CUSTOMERS. ALSO THEY CANT SALE THE ITEMS THAT VERIZON OFFERS IF THEY DONT KNOW WHAT ALL THE ITEMS ARE, HOW THEY WORK, ALSO WHICH WILL BE BETTER FOR THE CUSTOMER.
Well if you want poor customer service and a rude attitude this is your place. I had simple questions got no answers no results. On top of all that my phone service is still horrible.
I couldnt even figure out which actually worked there. And when someone finally asked if they could help me their attitude was rude and quite obtuse.

I purchased a Mifi personal hotspot + 5GB of monthly data. The store is clean and the people are nice and helpful. The sales consultant, Jennifer, was very knowledgable and did a great job getting everything set up in a timely and efficient manner.
