THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO FOR PHONES AND PLANS AND SERVICE! I went in today only to get advice on changing the screen protector on my phone. I was not anticipating even mediocre service because I’ve had so much of that in the past. But I was wrong: the service representative, Tyler Blake, came to me, and he not only helped with the advice but also did a screen change for me and was SO polite and friendly. I also noticed that the customer representatives at the other three stations were equally attentive to their clients and the lady at the next station just raved about her young man when she was leaving. Need help with cell phones, smart phones, service plans? This is the place to go!

I believed I was paying too much for Tru Vista Internet service. I contacted Josh too see if a personal hotspot could be a solution. After asking a few questions, Josh walked me through how to set up a personal hotspot in order to stream entertainment. He even offered tips on how to use the system. This has saved me $70 a month.thank you, Josh I love saving $$!

In a hurry to get me out. I had a problem, wasnt buying a new phone. Not great customer serviceI went back to Verizon today. Manager and blue eyed Billy were great. They fixed the phone and answered all my questions. As a result, I ended up doing an upgrade and if they hadnt been so nice, I would not have done that. I upgraded my phone to a 12 Pro today and Regis Fewell was the best! He took his time explaining how my new phone worked and what I needed to do to transfer my old phone over to my grandson. My husband and I upgraded our iPhones from the 8 to the 12 Pro. Billy was thorough and detail oriented, providing us confidence that all our apps and information transferred well to the new phones. The trade in deal was fantastic, ok choices for phone cases, and we are looking forward to the other benefits of our improved plan. Billy explained the insurance program very well and while we opted out for ourselves, we will be sure to cover our daughter’s phone when she upgrades in a few weeks. He also put on the screen protectors. The whole process takes some time, but that is true no matter who is doing it! We also enjoyed meeting Zach and the general office atmosphere is team oriented and efficient.

Had an absolutely phenomenal experience, not only got my bill cut down got a line that hadnt been used in years taking off but also got a new phone hooked up and upgraded for about half of what I thought I was going to walk out the door for! I went to three different stores and was even sent across to a different town before I came to this store, all were able to do the same thing here but didnt take the time energy and effort like these guys in about 20 minutes helped 0:). At first I thought”Worst customer service ever”. I bought an IPhone that stopped working on the third day. I took it back to the store and was told to call Apple because it wasn’t their product. Absolutely no help whatsoever. I have been with Verizon for 16 years and have never been treated poorly before.The store manager was off the day I took it back. He called me shortly after I left the store. He apologized and asked me to go back to the store so they could give me another phone. He has since called to make sure everything is working right and apologize again.

I went to this Verizon authorized dealer to trade my iPhone 8 plus in. I was able to get a great trade-in value and purchase a iPhone 12. Josh was very good about explaining the process and it was easy. This is the second time I have used this location about an issue of my phone. Last time I actually had Josh as well and he was able to get my iphone up and running again.I would recommend this dealer.

Regis went completely and helping me get things straight on my account do I not purchase anything I was still pleasantly surprised at the amount of help that I received with other reps not necessarily at the store when it came down to fixing my account and put other things like setting up model page he also put me on a unlimited plan along with my auto pay which gave me a discount making my bill cheaper than what it was no one else even attempted to look at my account but time out of this day to make sure I was taking care of at least I can do is right this review on his behalf if you are visiting the Cherry road Verizon wireless Regis is the guy you should go and see. And I can guarantee you all my friends and family will be going to this gentleman to purchase their devices from now on.

Even though I live in the Charlotte area -- This Verizon location will be my go-to store from now on!! Exceptional Service from Brandon, the store mgr! He helped me resolve some issues I had with the Verizon Charlotte Arboretum location & the Verizon Telephone services. After no help & resolution from the Charlotte store & the telephone reps, I randomly called the Rock Hill store asking for guidance. I spoke to Brandon - told him my situation and he told me to come in and he would help me get everything resolved. Ive been a Verizon customer for over 18 yrs and have always had good service (until this situation). Brandon went above & beyond to fix the issues that the Charlotte location & telephone reps created! Thanks to Brandon EVERYTHING is resolved!! I just purchased a new phone from a sales rep name Regis he was very knowledgeable and very helpful in helping me get my phone set up and showing me how to use it. There was a glitch in the system so it took a while to do the task but he spent over 4 hours making sure that I was completely satisfied. Regis has been very helpful to me. I give him very high marks.He gets five stars for excellence. The reason I came to this store is because when I was in Union South Carolina I was not given anything like the amount of information that I have received today. On something as simple as buying a screen protector and not informing me of the consumer that I have a warranty that I could easily use to get something so simple replaced that took the gentleman in the store this time no time at all to inform me on this and instead of directly wanting to charge me he asked me if I had access to my original receipt which I did not but he did go out of his way to order me a screen protector even though his store did not have any in stock. Which is a completely different experience that I received here at this Rock Hill Cherry road location from Regis than any of the other locations however I did have a pleasant experience in Spartanburg South Carolina but that was after I had such a terrible experience at the Union County location. What I can tell you is that the next time I need to purchase a phone or have a situation that occurs I will seek out Regis even though he is in Rock Hill South Carolina. I believe its worth the trip.

Quite frankly, I cant believe Im having to even write this review, but I want to warn other people lest their information be put at risk! I recently discovered that Brandon Silvious, who works at this location, was convicted of larceny by an employee. As he is in a position where he has access to both my payment information AND social security number, this makes me deeply uncomfortable.

On 5/10 I was highly disappointed at the customer service that I had received from my first rep I think his name was Aaron. I felt rushed and that the rep was being short not answering my questions with clarity and was defensive in his response with some of my concerns. I didnt want to be rude so kindly waited as he appointed me to another rep who name was Regis who was able to assist me with phone storage space. By going to Regis I was able to sign up with auto pay which was an issue the first rep couldnt fix or didnt take the time to figure out the system issue. Regis also helped me and showed me how to free up storage space on my phone. Im glad I was able to get with a rep that left me satisfied.

Regis was extremely helpful in helping me get my new phone. He went above and beyond to ensure all of my apps, contacts, messages, photos, etc were recovered after not updating my icloud in years! Highly recommend this store and Regis to anyone in the area

I came into the store thinking I’d find the new phone my husband wanted. Regis showed me the phone but after reviewing our account said that we were eligible to trade in both our phones for about the same price we would be paying to swap out one. He was careful to check with Verizon headquarters to be sure that the offer would work as he felt it should. With Regis’ help we traded both phones and walked out with two new iPhones and an upgraded plan.Regis set our phones up for us, explaining some of the newer functions and answering all our questions. He spent a long time with us to be sure we were comfortable with the new plan and phones. We were impressed with his pleasant personality, patience, and thoroughness.

I was very pleased with the expert service provided by Regis when I purchased a new Samsung A71 5G phone. He was training s new employee and even though he had to include his training with Gavin, it went quite well. He has lightning fast fingers when scrolling and moving icons and such. That proves he is experienced and knows what is needed to get the job done.I highly recommend shopping at this Vrridon store and recommend you ask for Regis when you do!
