Ms patty the manager of the store is rude and unprofessional and doesnt care how she speaks to you i lost my debit card and had to wait on another which caused me to be two weeks late on my payment one of her employees called me and said i can make a minimum payment of $13.00 but then Ma Patty called in became real rude when i told her im unable to make a payment and told me what you think your not suppose to make a payment I hate i ever rented a chair from this place

Great customer service, and always a clean environment! Patty goes above and beyond to help customers find everything theyre looking for and keep everyone happy! Ive recommended dozens of people to this location because of how hard she works for customers.

I like best way for their prices. But their delivery stinks as of right now Im still waiting on washer and dryer that was scheduled between 1to 3. If I wasnt in dire need I would I gone somewhere else. Its now 3:37. Far cry from 3 . I understand 5 or 10 minutes. But really. There lucky they got 3 stars

I got the refrigerator delivered today. I am a nine year US Army veteran that has recently had 3 bulging discs and am out of work. My long time girlfriend is a waitress and you can see how bad it is for our refrigerator to go out at this time is. With out the money to purchase one we have to rent one. The delivery guy lets me know that he can only leave it at the bottom of the steps. I say ok. I go inside to get some cash to give him to let bring it in the home.

Got to watch employees they will give your personal information out over the phone

I can admit that Bestway has good quality furniture. The only issue i have with them is that they will mess up your account. I can admit i will be off paying by a few days but still pay plus the late fees. But neither here or there the employees sometimes still didnt keep track. Please if you rent from Bestway keep up with ALL of your receipts. The reason is that i have known Best way to put money in others accounts and that is because me and the other customer had the same first/last name. So pay attention to that as well. Other than that they are pretty ok.

It was very nice experience and I will recommend them to anyone and the quality of the product is the best and the sale ppl is very nice and experience in what they do.

We were loyal customers for about 8 months. I will admit that I fell behind payments as they were aware. My intentions were to never rig them or rip them off when I was late. However, they will constantly attempt unauthorized charges causing overdraft charges to my account at the moment which puts me in more debt with them and my bank. I did call to address this issue that I had with Bestway of why they would think they can use my bank card without my consent as me who is the consumer and they are the merchant which is totally illegal. The account manager even said, they would remove all bank cards off their system which was totally false as they continued to keep making unauthorized charges. This has happened more than 7 times within 1 day at one point. So on top of being behind because life happens, overdrafting my bank account, having to owe Bestway plus their overcharged late fees made me realized that I shouldve never made it a option to rent out furniture from them so I ended up giving up their merchandise back to a rude, inconsiderate crew. I will not recommend renting from this company as there is so many other companies with the same or better quality merchandise.

Horrible Horrible Horrible they keep going in my account on the wrong days and messing up my account I told the Gm who just sits in the office and she still messed up I guess they dont know they days of the week. I will never come back to this store they are horrible!
