I recently dug a old Dell tower out of my closet that had been collecting dust for the past 5 years to backup old pics and movies that were on it. Upon firing it up I noticed it required a password to open Windows, and I thought oh no...I will never remember what the password is. I thought for sure I had lost all of my photos and movies that were on there from many years ago. After trying over a few hundred times to open it I finally gave up and decided to look up a computer specialist to help me out. I was so fortunate to find Gem Systems, they said to bring it in and they will try to get it figured out. The next day I dropped it off in the AM and by that evening they called and said they were able to get in it and recover my data. I am forever grateful that they were able to help me out and give me back my memories of times gone by. I have a gaming pc which also functions as my work computer for digital art. The power supply failed and when I needed it up and running the same day Gem Systems were the only ones I contacted who could accommodate me. I went in at 9am and by 10am my pc was good as new with a new power supply and I was on my way. Really nice guys and I will definitely go back for tune ups and if anything else pressing arises.

I got the locked screen with a virus and phone number to call to unlock my computer... I later found out it was called the FBI virus.... I called GEM and they were able to save my data and remove the virus and I was up and running the next day..... Great Job Computer Guys!
