These guys are INCREDIBLE!!! Never seen service at this level before. Had a business computer that wasnt booting and I needed to figure out what was up pretty quickly. Id never been here before but decided to give them a try. Walked in and was immediately greeted by a cheerful tech (the owner I think). We started the usual whats it doing conversation while he powered it up. Before I knew it hed diagnosed the problem and was opening up the case and poking around. Within just a few more minutes he was replacing my power supply (which turned out to be the problem) and had me back up and running in about 25 minutes...ALL WHILE I WAS STANDING THERE!!! Im a bit of a power user and Ive NEVER seen service like this before ANYWHERE! Prices are VERY reasonable as well. From now on Metrolina Computer has all of my business as well as anyone I hear of with a computer problem. This place just ROCKS!!!

Brought my sons laptop in today. While I didn’t actually need repair ( my laptop is under warranty), the person that helped me was honest and kind and mentioned the warranty before working on the computer. I had no clue or knowledge of a warranty even existing. He helped give me the information that I would need and walked me briefly through how to do it. I will definitely return in the future with any laptop or computer issues I may have.

Very professional and honest diagnostics. I really liked their helpful attitude and the cost of the job done has been so reasonable. They helped me figure out the faulty piece in building my new gaming PC within no time. I am very satisfied and definitely will reach out to them for any further computer related issues.

Had these guys build me a high end PC with around a 4k budget and these guys absolutely killed it. They already had some of the games I wanted downloaded on it when I came to pick it up and all I had to do was take it home and plug and play. I ran into a problem setting it up where I wasn’t reaching the maximum potential of fps for the machine and I called these guys up and they were able to fix the problem via MyDesk in about 2 mins. Cant recommend these guys enough weather it’s from your simplest PC issues to big high end gaming builds!

Simply the best/ every time I call I get a professional individual with in depth knowledge of computers. Since having Any Desk they are able to remote in and fix simple stuff that in the past would have entailed taking the CPU to them.

Took my laptop in with a problem couldnt open up some files. And within about 15 minutes they had me up and running again. They said it was an easy fix. (For them) A minimal charge and out the door I went. Thank you so much for the help.

Metrolina Computer is tops. I come down to Rock Hill from Huntersville, NC for my computer problems. I usually speak to Matt. He is knowledgeable, friendly,,and very reasonable. He wont sell you a computer just to sell a computer. Everything favorable I have seen in the reviews is true.

We have used Matt at Metrolina for years. He obviously knows what he is doing, and is very responsive. When we were hit with a serious virus a couple of weeks ago, he was immediately available. He took our server, fixed it right up, and had it back to us in about four business days. His price for all of this work was outstanding, and he did a great job.

I was very impressed by their knowledge of the computer world. They diagnosed the problem with my computer very quickly and did an excellent job in upgrading and repairing the machine.The technician took the time to explain to me what was wrong with the machine.When the job was done, he also walked me through what to expect of the new parts he had installed.If I have any more computer issues, I will check Metrolina first.
